Love the atmosphere here, everything is delicious, nutritional, healthy, and very affordable that you can enjoy the food, drinks and desert here. Pearson is amazing, taking good care of us all the time. Would definitely visit here again and again.

I wanted to take my dogs out to lunch and ended up at True Food Kitchen at Westfield Century City last Monday, March 23. I've been to this mall many times but didn't know this place existed as it was a little difficult to find but we found it! The overall experience was pretty good. I did feel a little weird about the guy greeting us when we walked in for a table----it was empty as it was a little before 3pm and after their lunch rush. My roommate and I walked in with two dogs (one in a stroller). He asked if it was just us two and then asked whether we wanted to sit inside or outside. I told him wherever we could sit with our pups and he said 'There's not that much shade outside.' I repeated that I had my dogs with me and pointed to them and he led us outside. He gave us a table that was half shaded and there were maybe two other parties scattered on their patio. When the server greeted us, we asked her if it was at all possible if she could move the umbrella just a little bit to give us more shade (no other tables were using it) and she did it with no problem. Our server (I can't remember her name and I'm sorry for that) was excellent. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. She gave us great recommendations. I ordered an order of air fried fries to share for the table and I was trying to decided between a couple of things but ended up deciding on their Jambalaya and got a side of shrimp and a side of chicken for the pups. I ordered an iced tea to drink and that was refilled promptly. Portions are perfect, flavors are clean, prices are reasonable. I finished everything and felt very full by the end of the meal but not gross. I'm kind of upset I didn't know about this place before. My dogs very much enjoyed their time----the location was very peaceful. On the website and other photos I've seen of the menu for True Food Kitchen showed photos of a lunch menu but when we asked, this location only seems to have one all day menu. Not an issue, just to be aware if you were looking at one of their lunch menus and thought something on their looked good. I didn't feel like drinking so I didn't get any alcoholic beverages but they do have them and can't wait to try them next time.

I had the pleasure of dining here at True Food Kitchen during a private event. I never even realized this restaurant was there honestly. The inside is very clean, spacious, plenty of seating and a great place to set a networking/business lunch. The servers were extremely friendly and gave great recommendations for good drinks to have. I am extremely glad we found this place because my newest obsession has been the Edamame Dumplings (Veg). I honestly could not get enough of them and I wish they came in a bigger size order. I also truly enjoyed the Mediterranean Hummus (V). Both of these being great options for someone who is vegetarian!

The avocado toast is delicious! Ambiance is perfect for friend hang out at brunch. Service is good. Definitely will recommend. NO Parking Validation.

I got to try True Food Kitchen the other day and I had a really good experience. The restaurant is nice and spacious and we sat in the outside area with the pups. The food was very tasty and light with very clean flavors. Healthy food done right! I really liked my iced lavender matcha latter as well. I got the turkey burger with the kale salad and I enjoyed both. Our waitress was also excellent. I'll definitely be coming back to try more things.

If you need a food spot or bar with TVs to catch some of a sports game, True Food is an excellent (and possibly the only) option for you. I had a Lucy Liu Q&A at the AMC at Century City Mall and HAD to quickly catch the end of the LA Rams game with 30 minutes left. Thank the heavens for True Food Kitchen! I was able to belly up to the bar and watch my guys clinch a Playoff spot. The staff was friendly and great the whole time, with one guy knowing wassup as we quipped about old man Rivers being back in play. My friend hadn't been to True Food before so we started with the Edamame Dumplings as I knew they would be a hit. Yep, my friend agreed those little fellas slapped. We also tried their pizza and enjoyed that, as well. They have gluten-friendly crusts! Again, I love that True Food lists the calories and protein - 1000 and 26g for this sourdough crusted za. The Seasonal Roasted Butternut Squash Pizza also had lemon almond ricotta dollops on top with some caramelized onions, raisins and organic kale. Solid thin pizza! True Food Kitchen is a little off the beaten path when you're at the mall, but trust me it's worth a visit!

We ordered the guacamole with flatbread, teriyaki quinoa bowl with steak and salmon, jambalaya pasta and chicken tenders with fries for our daughter. Everything tasted good, no complaints. Ambience was nice. I noticed there were a lot of families with kids which made us feel more comfortable dining with our 2 year old. Service was slow, our starter took a while to come out. Our server was okay but looked pretty distracted and in a rush. Place got a little busy so we had to get his attention for our check and some to go containers. I can definitely see us coming back for the food and hopefully the service will be better next time.

Super yummy restaurant that leaves you guilt free for eating such delicious foods. This is a little hidden at the mall but definitely worth the visit. There was plenty of seating inside and outside but it was raining so we chose inside. Our waitress was friendly. I ordered a chicken sandwich with fries and it was so good!

Dined here last Saturday night. I really liked the atmosphere and the great service so I am sorry to report that I did not care for the Salmon meal ($30). The Salmon was not that good and I would not order it again. The Salmon was dry, and had that bitter aftertaste like you get from fish just unfrozen. The vegetable also tasted just reheated. The rice was fine. For $30 this is not the kind of meal I want. What this restaurant excelled in was the Organic Black Coffee. I would definitely come back here for the Organic Black Coffee--it was delicious! Maybe the best black coffee I have had--and they had unlimited refills! Yes! I just don't know if I would come back here for food? Parking is in the mall parking lot and it's expensive to park here--everyone knows that. Parking cost is one of the reasons I don't shop in this mall often. We came here to see a movie at AMC. Even with the movie validation, the cost of parking for True Food and the 3 hour movie was $16.00! That's a lot in my book.

The quality of the ingredients makes up for the overall taste of the dishes. Guess it's a peace of mind knowing the sourcing is better than other places I feel like True Foods service has taken a dive from my past few experiences Food 4/5 Adaptogen tulsi tea = 5/5 one of my fav teas Truffle edamame = soggy and cold 2/5 Hummus = pretty bland 3/5 Burger = average at best 3/5 Passion fruit tart = very very sour - a sour that makes your face cringe 3/5 Flourless chocolate cake w/ice cream = 3/5 definitely better than the fruit tart lol Salad = the better dish of the few but to much cheese 4/4 Service 3/5 Average service, not sure if it's because we came at the end of the night Ambience 3/5 Sticky residue on the bar seating.. sticky enough for your plates and napkins to stick

Great place to stop if you're at the mall and want a quick bite to eat. The best part about it is it is all pretty healthy options. I tried the air fried tenders and they were delicious and fresh. Super clean environment and the staff were all very friendly.

The vegan food is amazing! I got the cauliflower and the sweet potato chips and a tea to go. My daughter loved her pepperoni pizza and the dragonfruit lemonade. Pearson is an awesome server, very attentive and has great recommendations, he was able to answer all our questions. The place is casual, clean and beautiful art on the wall.

I dined here with one other person while spending time at the Century City Mall, and we were seated right away with no wait. The restaurant was clean, calm, and inviting, which made for a comfortable dining experience. Our waitress was pleasant and attentive--not overly chatty, but friendly and professional. I ordered the Teriyaki Quinoa Bowl and added the sustainable Arctic salmon. The waitress asked how I wanted the salmon cooked and mentioned that medium was the chef's recommendation, which I appreciated. The salmon was cooked nicely, though it was slightly more fishy than I prefer--but still very good overall. I also removed most of the avocado from my dish, and even without it, the bowl was very flavorful and satisfying. I had teriyaki sauce on the side. My friend ordered the jambalaya pasta and said it was good, though not particularly standout or "over the top." We both had water, and the meal felt reasonably priced for the quality and location. Overall, it was a solid and enjoyable experience, and I would definitely return when shopping in the area.

HUMMUS MASBACHA 10/10 was so smooth! Really flavorful and everyone wanted more of this! This was a vegetarian option which came with some chickpeas and a boiled egg on top. Just a heads up in case you don't eat egg that you should ask to take it off. PITA BREAD - This game with the hummus and it was perfectly warm and toasted and soft on the inside and crispy and the outside and just a mind-blowing pita bread! CHARRED EGGPLANT 9/10 was really soft and had a mild sweet flavor. It was cold which I was a little surprised by, but it went well with the warm Pita that came with the hummus! Only reason I took off a point is because it felt a little oily and it was the only item that didn't get fully wiped off the plate. CAULIFLOWER FLORETS 10/10 So flavorful and I think this might have been the family's favorite on the menu because it just disappeared. BREAKFAST BURRITO with FALAFEL 11/10 My in-laws don't eat meat or egg and wanted a proper vegetarian item for breakfast and we asked to customerize the burrito by replacing the eggs and bacon with falafel. Father in the thought he would not eat any of the burrito but ended up actually finishing his half of it! The restaurant needs to add this as an item on the menu! SHAKSHUKA with MERGUEZ SAUSAGE 10/10 What are really delicious and hearty breakfast item here. Husband and I shared this one and it was really flavorful and a good portion size as well. Good amount of sausage in there that went with the egg and the tomato sauce. JERUSALEM BAGEL - 12/10 This game along with the shakshuka and I think everyone on the table wanted more of it! It was actually warm and so huge and had that perfect crisp outside and a really lovely flavor. Cannot say enough good stuff for this one. SHUK SALAD with CHICKEN BREAST 10/10 Just a simple and healthy salad here but I would highly let the money if you want to balance out some of the heavy items on the menu but still get some vegetables and protein in. We did not use any of the dressing.

First off, no one greeted us as we entered. But we learned from last time that we the customer has to take the lead and so we did when a staff member said "hi". We managed to get seated but there was no warmth either literally (on the 74 degree day the overhead fans were blowing way too hard) or figuratively - the staff just don't seem happy. Mrs G ordered falafel (not my thing) and while she said the inner green paste was tasty the outer crust was essentially burnt. She cut the green out and left the burned outer layer on her plate (leaving very little edible material for $15). I took a pic but not posted. Then she had a green salad for $17 plus chicken for an extra $9. The salad was OK and the strawberries were a nice touch. Unfortunately about 1/2 the chicken was overcooked/bordering on burned and not eaten. I had the Schnitzel sandwich ($22). The white bread was overcooked toasted so I chose to eat less than half and chicken was tasty but over cooked IMO but I ate it because there was little chicken, I was hungry and I had to eat something. Add a soda ($5) each, tax and tip (I left only 10% to show that I wasn't pleased and told the waiter) plus $10 for parking ($2 per 15 minutes) and were $100 out of pocket for lunch. We drove home and made some mac and cheese, a big salad and a glass of wine. Will we be back? No thank you. Hopefully you will be more fortunate.

While the pastries they still had looked delicious and enticing, I wanted something savory and the only option left had jalapeños in it, which I wasn't feeling. The cashier convinced me to go with one of their breakfast options and I looked through the menu to see a few good options on there. I ended up going with the Egg and Cheese Croissant with Dukkah, mostly because I wanted to see what their croissant was like! I found a seat at a table inside and despite being a small cafe, they have ample seating. The ambiance was cozy and made me feel like I was in a Parisian cafe for a moment while the seats were very comfortable. I felt relaxed and at ease while waiting for my food to come out. It came out fairly quickly and came with a salad and a lemony dressing. The croissant was so soft and flaky and nice and warm in my mouth. It really sopped up the flavors of the just egg omelette and melty vegan cheese. The dukkah added its own magical seasoning and enhanced the flavor of the croissant. I would highly recommend this dish! It is a bit pricy but well worth it. I was a bit confused on where exactly the restaurant was, as I at first walked into the non-vegan counterpart, Chaumont, which is located to the right of this cafe. I realized after that this in fact was the wrong cafe and then when walking out saw the vegan labeled above the door next door. The Butcher's Daughter is quite the foodie oasis…read more Tucked away on Melrose in West Hollywood, this stylish fully vegetarian eatery feels tropical and modern chic with great lighting in the day and perfect mood lighting at night. It's warm, it's fun, it's intimate, it's delightful. Flavors are out of this world for eats including our favorite dish, their Pad Thai. Portions are average to moderate depending on the dish. The Pad Thai always seems to be on the medium-ish side, but good portions non-the less. Just about every dish can be made vegan friendly as well. Gluten free and nut free offerings as well. They have indoor and outdoor seating, but it feels very open air inside with tons of green plants and those open doors to their patio. Full bar with incredible libations, including less common beverages with Mezcal and cool Liqueur. All day breakfast available. Enjoy brunch and brunch cocktails on weekends. Enjoy Starters/Shareables, Salads & Bowls, Smoothies, Stone Oven Pizzas (available with Vegan Mozzarella or Cashew Ricotta options for dairy free folks, GF dough option dough also available), Entrees, Cold Pressed Juice, Coffee, Lattes, Sodas, Teas and Baked Goods. Family friendly, kids menu available. Dog friendly. Gender neutral restroom and the coolest handwashing vanity area with more plants :) Parking choices range from valet to local garage or street. We were in a garage at an event close by so opted to stay there and walk exactly one block over. Everything is fairly reasonable, including great deals on their weekday happy hour 3pm to 6pm, featuring $12 Draft Cocktails, $10 glasses of wine, $7 draft beer and a small variety of Bar Snacks. I have been to their Venice location on Abbot Kinney Blvd and the vibes are similar, but more beachy and crowded. Both take reservations and I definitely recommend on weekends and end of the weeknights. Definitely team The Butcher's Daughter - West Hollywood. Be back soon :)

I visited for the first time because I'm aware of the hype this place gets from the NorCal location…read more(which I have not been to) and I happened to be in the area, so why not. The place wasn't quite what I expected as it was very simple inside. For a place located in Beverly Hills, I had a vision of it being decorated nicely and plenty of seating. Seating was minimal to window stools and a small area behind the counter. That said, I came to try one of the bowls since that's what I was most familiar with. They offer a handful of bowl options preset, or build your own. There is also a dozen or so smoothies to choose from. For my first time, I went with their most popular bowl, the Bay Blend Bowl. I was familiar with everything that was in it, except the coconut beach base. The bowl was very good and you can taste the quality ingredients that are used. The service was great from the moment I walked in and was greeted until I left the store. The bowl was presented beautifully and was a perfect fit to the top of the lid. The first few bits were good, but I wasn't wowed. However, by the time I got to the coconut base, I was impressed!!!! I like coconut, but am very picky as to the what foods it is combined with, texture, sweetness, etc. This bowl worked in every way. Once I tasted the coconut, I think every bite from there on out had a bit of coconut on the spoon. Something different and refreshing! I get the hype and I will definitely return. Only thing I was a bit annoyed by was trying to find parking. All the lots were full and so were street spaces. I was on my last circle around the block when luckily someone pulled of a space. Plan accordingly as ya may be walking a bit.

Something happened internally. The serving size is less generous for base and toppings. The base…read morewould go past the rim of the bowl. Now, there is a noticeable portion decrease. The toppings would usually reach the dome of the lid and you would be scared of opening. Today, my toppings only reached the rim of the bowl. My partner goes more often than me and he noticed it a few weeks ago. Also, there must be a gnat issue. We sat at the countertop along the storefront. There were gnats flying above our bowls and into our faces as well as a graveyard on the countertop in the corner (near the poster). The sun probably killed them. My partner thought they were chia seeds but I didn't have any chia seeds in my bowl. I saw legs and wings. I lost my appetite then looked at the topping bar. There was a sneeze guard but most of the toppings didn't have lids. Maybe the staff was in the process of refilling the bar. They do slice the fruit in house. Idk. Might take a break. If I return I'll only do takeout. I do love that the Acai has no sweetener added and it's 80cal per 100g.
