Asbestos check and dried out a flood caused by a leak they did a nice job . I would not use anybody else for this kind of work

Our housekeeper inadvertently used a bleach-based product to clean our carpet. I thought the carpet was irreparably damaged. I called Tru Eco Dry. Justin did an outstanding job repairing a bleached carpet that had a color difficult to match. Justin had to order a special color. He then did a spectacular job matching the color. Justin destroyed my expensive area rug. Had him pick it up to clean and he brought it back with a stain that another company said it was probably paint that was spilled on it and he tried to clean it with paint thinner. He left my house without so much as an apo logy. When I finally got him on the phone he said to send him the bill from the recleaning I had done by another company. Love this service My rug was thoroughly peed-on by my 16-year-old dog, who has since died. After she was gone, the rug made the whole house stink. Tru-Eco Dry really helped us out. I have used this company in the past without a problem. So I was happy to use him again, until he came and did THE WORST job reinstalling my carpet! After our basement flooded, the carpet needed to be dried and reinstalled. Another company dried the carpet, and he came to reinstall it. I have a baby that crawls on my carpet and it needed to be properly done. He didn't tack it properly down and the carpet bubbled and rolled back up. I messaged him to come fix it and he did a horrible job. I even sent him pictures that the carpet was not properly tacked down. Again, he comes to fix the problem but argued with me in front of my infant as to whether he should be responsible for fixing the other part of the carpet that wasn't tacked down. Mind you, I paid him to do the job right the first time! I now need to get someone to fix his work, as he took little care into properly reinstalling it he carpet. If you are considering using him, RUN away. Go to another vendor. He will take your money, rush and do shoddy work. And that's unacceptable. Again, choose another company. Trust me. read more

Warning about True Eco Dry. I found in my experience with this company(Justin) that He is whatever you want him to be. If you want mice removed from crawl space, He becomes a mice remover. If you want your gutters cleaned, he becomes a gutter cleaner. Whatever it is you request, he magically becomes. Which is what unfortunately happened in my case. It's obvious that Justin is not a dryer of carpet. And instead of saying he wasn't, he decided to become one just to make that extra money. He ruin my carpet because he didn't know what he was doing. And I wanted to know just how hard it was to dying a carpet. So I watched a few YouTube videos and found it to be a very simple procedure. So I challenge myself to see if I can accomplish a better outcome then True Eco Dry. (Pictures showed on google as well as Yelp) I found that it didn't take a rocket scientist to dye a carpet. Why was it so hard for Justin? Because he's not a carpet dyer as he claimed to be. Initially I was going to take him to small claims court but I find this more exuberating. Proving that he is not a honorable so called business owner. He never refunded the $325. Which is OK, because I sensed he needed it more then I did. Because he couldn't even come up with half. As the guy who wrote a review says.... Justin spilled paint on his expensive carpet and tried to remove it with paint thinner He doubt it that he'd ever get his money for damages. But maybe he did recover his funds. Who know. What I do know is the beautiful pictures of great work done by True Eco Dry. I personally doubt that that's their work. Because if it is, the question becomes. Why did my experience turn out so horrible. Once I,  myself, finish cleaning up the mess Justin made. I will upload pictures of my own doing. And will advise you the consumer to stay away from this place. And do it yourself. Or hire a real professional. read more

Terrible business manners. We had our couch done and the man who cleaned it did not even pull the couch from the wall, take apart the sectional or get the sides. Though he did charge us full sectional piece ($140). When we left a message on his machine, not only did he never get back to us, but ignored all of our calls. We will not be recommending this company or ever doing business with them again. read more

Honestly the worst business and customer service interaction I've ever encountered. Justin is very friendly until he damages your property, then any sense of customer service is out the window. My tech. Justin, called and let me know he was ahead of schedule and would be there an hour early, that was ok and appreciated. Upon arrival, he was very pleasant and professional. I showed him the 3 rooms and hall way I wanted cleaned and he informed me that the $119 voucher I purchased was really for a bigger scaled job and I could've purchased the $89 voucher for the size job I needed done. He then counted the stairs and told me it would be an additional $18 to clean the steps. I assumed he told me this to help justify the voucher amount I purchased. I was surprised at how fast he completed the 3 rooms, hallway and steps (he was finished in less than an hour). When he was finished, he told me again that the additional charge for the stairs would be $18, although I didn't understand why, if I purchased a higher priced voucher in the first place that he wouldn't take that into consideration. I paid the difference and tipped him $20. He told me he would go out the side door rather than the front door he had been using. When he was gone, I realized he had left the front door open. I went to close it since the air was on and there, in my bushes, lay 2 bracket pieces to the full length screen door and my screen was just placed in the frame. He clearly was aware of this and rather than telling me about it, he opted to use the side door, charge me an additional fee and excepted a tip. I was very disappointed. When I messages the company the next day to tell them of my experience is when the professionalism went out the window. He claimed he "yelled to me" from the front door about the screen while there. He was defensive, accusatory and never offered a solution, instead he just kept defending his actions and pointing out my lack of. I belief the technician to be the secretary and business owner all in the same. I explained I wasnt looking for a refund, rather just some professional courtesy by not charging me on top of what he pointed out that I had already over paid for. As for the screen, I wasnt blaming rather I just expected him to tell me rather than avoid it. Do not use this service. read more
