They're terrific, punctual, careful, and effective at removing stains from carpet and upholstery with no chemical smell. I have 2 small dogs and believe me, their service is amazing and so reasonable! I just recently noticed that they also do dryer duct cleaning, so I asked them to come out and clean mine. I have known for a while that there is an issue with my dryer venting to the outside, but no dryer repair person or siding person wants to be bothered with it. John fixed it. My dryer had a disconnected pipe inside the wall and needed to be replaced, because the section from the inside wall to the outside was not continuous and the dryer was emptying into the wall. There was metal tape and insulation and dryer fluff all getting everywhere, when I ran my dryer, and I tried to clean it myself, but I could not fix it. John took off my vinyl siding, the vinyl dryer piece, and removed the loose fluff, loose siding, made a new wooden housing inside the vinyl to nail the vinyl dryer vent to and now the new metal pipe extends from inside to outside completely. He replaced the vinyl trim, and now there's no more bump in my outside vinyl wall from stuff building up in there. WOW. Can I say that this is my favorite repair ever? John and his son can tackle any handyman project. I've tried for 13 years to get this fixed, and now it is fixed. Thank you, John!! Amazing!

They treated the home with respect, wearing shoe covers and cleaning up diligently, despite it being a dirty job. They had different methods for different vent styles, and helped with a few above and beyond tasks, like re-shaping a bent duct. Christian and Zeke suggested that the ducts of my home had never been cleaned, ever, based on the quantity and type of stuff they were finding. It seemed like a pretty intense job, but they were in good spirits the whole time. My dog was nervous about all the noisy tools- shop-vacs, leaf blowers, etc.- but the guys were so sweet to her, she wanted them to stay. I'm not kidding, the air quality is IMMEDIATELY better in this house, and the smell is wildly improved- maybe even gone.
