The man who handles the booking pushed for us to set up a recurring appointment every two weeks before sending the ladies over. I told him that I would prefer to see how things went before committing to anything on an on-going basis. Because I was pleased with the first visit, I booked a second visit in three weeks. When I confirmed the appointment, I was again pressured to set up a regular appointment and declined. This morning that second visit happened. This time only one woman showed up (30 minutes late). My interactions with the man who handles the booking was less than polite. The woman who showed up did an okay job, but definitely not to the standard of the women who previously cleaned. She didn't even touch an entire section of our living room (our office space) and didn't clean the toilet! She only swept and mopped a portion of our floors and only vacuumed half of our living room carpeting. Kind of weird. She was very kind but stayed for more than 3 hours and didn't do a thorough job. After reading the other reviews (probably should have read those earlier) I won't be calling this company for a third visit.
