The only reason I'm leaving 2 stars instead of 1 is because of how poor the alternatives are in Terminal 7. The buns taste as though they were made last century, and the paddies might had well have been cut off an elephants leg. Literally the only thing available to eat when I was here. The cashier is super friendly, the service is super slow. After twenty minutes I thought they had missed my order but then I got. Next time I'd skip the fries, they just weren't my type, thick cut but no salt or seasoning whatsoever. Burger was good, you get a choice of several toppings, including grilled onions and mushrooms. Id give 0 stars if it was an option. There's a restaurant you can sit at across the way, just go there. I order a combo that's supposed to come with a fountain drink, fountain machine is broken and I cant even replace my drink with a bottle of water. Canceled the combo just to get an inedible burger. This was the only place in the terminal where you could get a burger, so the line is always extremely long. They charge obscene amounts for what should normally be inexpensive food items, and the quality of the food itself is godawful, even worse so than the worst fast food places. It's literally on the same level as food you'd find in a school or amusement park cafeteria. Not only that, but the service is abysmal. There is only one cashier and two people working on orders as slow as possible, as if they were intentionally being slow. In fact they worked so slowly that it felt less like an actual eating establishment, and more like some weird avant-garde performance art. Took me about 20 minutes to get to the register and another 15 to wait for my order, so that's 35 minutes in total. By the time my food was ready my flight was already boarding so I had to show them my boarding pass with my food in one hand and baggage in the other. I ended up having to eat my food on the plane. Slowest fastfood ever. You have to que for 25 min to order. Then making your order takes them another 20 to 25 minutes. Staff acts uninterested and the quality of the food shows this disinterest in the customers and the food. waited 20 mins to order then waited 40 mins for food as my flight had last call. only got half my order told them I would take anything they had - so for $44 got only 1 order of fries and chicken nuggets. no sympathy from wait staff as crowd built up. sad prick of a company failing to pay / motivate their employees to actually care ar all. The food was good. However the service from the front cashier 'Umma' was terrible. Super rude to multiple customers. The staff in the kitchen were nice and worked hard to prepare good burgers. Terrible service. The employees were all moving at a snail's pace. No one had a smile on their face. No one made a friendly greeting or effort at all. For burgers which are not cooked to order it took a ridiculous 40 minutes to get our food from when we first lined up. Every order ahead of us was wrong. We got no lettuce and when I went back to ask for it the guy was like "lettuce?" and slowly walked back to the kitchen who informed him there was no lettuce. He tells me "no lettuce" with a shrug. There was no apology or effort to make a sign or otherwise let anyone else know. I asked for extra ketchup and he poured the 10 remaining packets out of a box onto the counter in front of me. I rarely will say something bad about a restaurant but this was soooo bad, maybe this will save somebody. It was a frozen then warmed piece of meat (I think) that had each of my family members wanting me to get my money back. The vegetables requested barely were visible and it tasted worse than it sounds. The pictures look great that they display but it is nowhere close. You order by kiosk so you barely talk to anyone. They'll have to improve quickly or they won't last very long. At least the fries were ok. read more

Grading thjs on the curve of a terminal with next to no dining options and the volume of terrible reviews setting painfully low expectations...it wasn't half bad at all! Ordered chicken strips after reading all of the terrible burger reviews and figuring those would be hard to mess up, they were "fine". Standard frozen varietal served on most kid's menus but passable. My wife braved the burger and it was actually really pretty good! Nothing to go out of your way over but with limited options and a captive audience, really totally decent! Staffing levels seemed fine and they had two self serve ordering kiosks in addition to a cashier so line moved quickly and food probably took 15 mins to come out. Would be a 3 star review under normal circumstances but bumping to 4 given this being one of the only games in town. read more
