The fries gave a throwback retro vibe since they tasted like they were frozen in 1986. This burger is great for anyone wanting to pay triple to experience a holocaust in their mouth. If I were to recommend anything I highly recommend the touch screen service to order. Not that there is an option. You have to use the touch screen no matter what while everyone stares at you as if you're the idiot even though the touch screen interface is ridiculous. Burger is 10$ . But what you're really paying for is the show at the cashier line. Literally tons of people are waiting in line for pre cooked burgers. The slow down can be attributed to two people making the food however that's being generous. It's only ONE person making the food. When they make your order they make sure to give you as little as possible of each topping. Look at the picture at the end of the review. Then look at the line. The True burger sauce recipe is solely Mayo and Dijon mustard. The other handles the fry station (chicken tenders and fries) and she's the one on her phone checking social media. Yup, no gloves, no care, no nothing. She can only go as fast as the burger guy can cook so that's 1 order for every 15 minutes. Here's the big kicker, to save time they actually stick pre portion frozen foods to THAW above the fryer until they get an order. Frozen foods hanging above a deep fryer. Now that's a health hazard if I ever saw one because it sits in the bacterial danger zone: perfect for food poisoning. There is ZERO hustle here. No urgency. I believe they only cook 2 orders at a time and are getting paid more when they cook slower. It's pretty bonkers I've seen slow at other places but this place takes the cake because they don't seem to care besides watching time pass by no matter how many customers are in line. I'm writing this review as I'm boarding my flight. The half eaten protein bar at the bottom of your bag will make a better meal than ordering and eating a burger here. Summary : you will wait 20+ minutes while they carefully craft your multiple topping burger with no toppings. Empty burgers. Unlimited toppings mean absolutely nothing. I ordered a double Cheeseburger. Hot off the grill and quality. It was delicious! The kiosk didn't have the double burger option I wanted and there was a very short line. I was able to place my order with a person, fast and very friendly. If there's a line and it's busy, of course anyone would expect to wait. After my burger I complimented the guy who took my order, I think he was a manager. He appreciated a compliment and told me of the irate people who leave bad reviews. And dare I say, the Impossible fake meat here was even better than a real beef patty. All the burgers were built on a crusty bun with a choice of unlimited toppings including lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, relish, and even some hot items like grilled onions and sautéed mushrooms. I've never seen someone working who is so reluctant to do anything, then act appalled and inconvenienced when they need to do the bare minimum to keep the business running. It's an airport! There's an unwritten rule that things should generally be a bit quicker as people are on schedules. More than 5 times did people need to bail on their order to catch their flight after waiting for 20+ minutes. Refunds were refused and I hope they submit a chargeback. Even airport employees with their limited break time - wasted. The consulting companies that started getting hold of terminal food and bev need to be stopped.
