First and foremost - the man himself - Dom - the owner who is a retired Marine ( my Brother, Semper Fi) and his love, his care and his imprint are evident all over this establishment - from the impeccable, well organized and super neat and inviting interior to the entire team that echoes with his love and service to the delicious food. Love that he doubles all voluntary donations made for the wounded Marines. Got a small container to go and I kept eyeing it as I drove off and eventually pulled over into a nearby shopping center and let the entire neighborhood in on this secret with my vocal approval and singing. Since no one was manning the pizza, I ordered by the main register, who then summoned a young boy. I asked for the slice to be well done. My slice arrived warm at best, oily (see pic), and the crust was not firm and crispy. It was extremely mild tasting. The knots were disappointing, looked better than they tasted.
