    Alignment spec sheet

Thank you tru-line for getting me right with my alignment on my Volkswagen, you guys are awesome. Whenever I called they were always so helpful and respectful to me. In the picture is The previous measurements of me going to Firestone and spending 250$ for an alignment that didn't fix everything, Tru line was able to get my car right and I now have a shop that I can trust. Great stuff guys thanks.

Brand new tires, mounted, perfectly balanced and aligned

I have an SUV that's lifted and equipped with oversized off-road tires with steel- reinforced sidewalls on rims with a non-factory offset. In the past, various shops struggled to properly balance and align this car. Not so Tru-Line; they did a perfect job out the door. Perfect balance and alignment; as straight as an arrow. Highly recommended!

Honestly heard of this place online and wanted to check it out, I had just installed Coilovers and new suspension components and it really messed up my camber, toe, and wheel alignment. And so they got me in the acceptable amount degree and recommended me rear camber kit. Although my steering isn't completely straight but they are getting me in again soon to tweak it to my liking which I thought was awesome.

Amazing experience. I saw this place on Yelp and was wondering why they got straight five star reviews. My own experience cleared up the doubt. My Lexus got nail punctured on rear right tire. It has been slowly leaking for the past week. Costco refused to fix it and the reason they gave me was that my front two tires are Goodyears and rear two are Michelins, and the brand does not match but Costco offered me 1000 dollars to replace all four tires. No thank you Costco. I then found Tru-line on Yelp, called in a day ahead and stopped by the next morning 7:20. They got it fixed in 20 minutes for very reasonable price and said the external tire plug is reliable for the tire's life.

Tru-Line is a step or two above what you might consider a typical alignment shop to be. They have the equipment and knowledge to do anything frame and alignment. I made some significant increases to my Toyota Tacoma's suspension height, wheels and tires size. Before doing so, they gave my truck a thorough inspection, explaining to me what was wrong and what was installed by the previous owner. I discussed my mission, they gave me advice to stay under a 2" lift to maintain factory geometry, I took it to the max and couldn't be more satisfied with the results. My truck handles better than it ever has and the new tires show no sign of wear. They even offered to install all the parts I was ordering! Front wheel bearings, wheels/tires, stabilizer bar brackets, front coil-overs, rear leaf packs and reservoir shocks.. I'll always go back to Tru-Line for all things frame and alignment.

I've got a long history with Tru-Line and they have been amazing for decades. I had my 1983 Supra suspension modified by Byron back in 1983 and the work was flawless. Fast forward to 2021 and Doug and the team did a great job on my S2000. They dialed in an alignment that will work for the track and for street duty. Truly masters of their craft and I only trust Tru-Line for aligning my cars. They communicated well during the process to make sure we were going with the right specs and made it happen - and delivered sooner than promised. I swear it seemed like my car was cleaner when I got it back too. :D. Even though you'll see exotic cars being serviced there frequently the pricing is very fair. Highly recommended.

From a mechanical and technical standpoint, they're very thorough. They do well with specialty alignments. For two of our repairs - there were two billing discrepancies. However, the owner of Tru-Line followed up and made it right.

A 1/2 hour later was told that there was a hole but it was not fixable and that I needed to buy a new tire. And if I buy a new tire, I should buy 2 new rear tires due to the kind of car that I have that this is recommended to keep up with the high performance. I was working with Brian to get the best price for 2 new tires, then he was talking me into 4 new tires. I first agreed and he was ready to take my car back to the bay and get these new tires on. I was like HOLD UP, I'm not getting them today. However I kinda was feeling pressure. After 4 months and every month I was getting air put into my rear tire, I finally decided to move forward to 2 new tires. However, I am the type of person that will get a second opinion and to see if another tire store can offer me a better deal. So on my way to Discount Tire, I stopped at Les Schwab to see if they could find out why I was losing air in my rear tire. They checked it out and came back to me saying that I just had a small nail in my tire but they were able to patch the tire up and that all my tires had another 20,000 miles left on my tires. I was extremely grateful and left the store thinking wow, I can't believe that discount tires, a place that I have gone to for years, lied to me and tried to take advantage of me! Brian made me feel like I had to get my tires replaced ASAP. I am so disappointed in this place. I will never go back there again. And I will make sure that anyone who asks me about tires, I will tell them to stay far away from discount tires, they take advantage of any female walking into there store and they lie to you and scare you into buying tires that are not needed. I am so disappointed and upset. Don't go to them ever! There are a handful of other tire stores in a 1/4 mile radius, go to any of them and ALWAYS get a second opinion.

These guys are amazing. Every time I have gone here for an emergency tire repair they have saved the day, they're very accommodating, and they're very fast. I didn't even have time to finish this review while I was waiting for them to install the two tires I ordered. Highly, highly recommended.

I found a listing for Tire House & it said Open - on a Sunday! I called but no answer. Started to feel very discouraged, but then my phone rang and it was the technician from Tire House calling me back!! how refreshing is that?! A returned phone call! I told him I could visibly see a nail and needed to have the tire looked at and hopefully repaired. He asked that I come back in about an hour, and I happily agreed. Upon arriving, I was directed to pull forward into the lift area. He helped me find the special tool/key needed to take my wheel off (which I didn't even know was required). He got the tools out and removed my wheel, verified that it was a nail that could be removed and the tire plugged. He did all of this in about 20 minutes. The repair was affordable and because he was so kind and willing to help I tipped another $25. Thank you for your willingness to help & fast service on a Sunday! Much appreciated!
