Blood orange gose

You won't see my food in the pictures because I had to take it to go and eat it in the car. I will say my sandwich was delicious though, but they apparently lost my original order or gave it to someone else. There were 3 of us on our "ticket" - you scan a QR code and order from your phone and you include info on where you are sitting. My beer came out speedy, but my husband's only made it to him after our friend went up and asked about it (that was our second attempt, first time we asked a server walking by). My husband and son's food came out in a normal amount of time and at least 45 minutes later and after asking 3x mine still had not arrived. So we finally got someone to help, who gave me a paper menu to check off my original order and then she asked the kitchen to make mine first. At that point everyone we were with was finished their meals and we had somewhere to be so I just ate my food in the car. Seems like a cool spot, and maybe we just got unlucky, but it doesn't seem like their ordering and serving process is working well.

I love this place! First of all, the ambiance is amazing. Whether you come on a sunny afternoon or on a late night weekday, the vibes are consistently cozy, chill, and comforting. It's feels upscale, but so very homey. I ordered a turkey and ham on sourdough bread with spinach, lettuce, tomato, pickles, onion, and avocado. The sandwich came out to be $11.75 which was pretty pricey for a sandwich. But, I did get a lot of stuff on it so it makes somewhat sense. Also, the avocado is not extra, so you know I have to get that! The sandwich came nice and hot and deliciously toasted. It had the perfect crunch and all of the flavors meshed well together, despite all of the things I got. They filled up the sandwich and it was hard to bite since it was so big. Which is a good thing! Overall, I would probably come back if I'm really craving a nice crunchy sandwich.

Look at this cross section. Quite a fine wine and dine experience for me and my girls!

I love sandwiches and theirs were spectacular. So many options and mine added up to $11, filled with the most delicious toppings. Anyone would be able to create a combo they love. It was easy to order on their website and the inside had a lot of seating with lounge seats as well.

Different set up you sit and order via QR code and rare to find a beer and wine sandwich place but very good! They could use a few more side options but sandwich was amazing!

I came here on a Sunday afternoon with a larger group of friends! The first thing that stood out to me was the cute vibe of the place. It's a very dark, cozy restaurant. The ordering system was odd. You have to create an account, order your food, and enter payment info via the website. I wasn't a huge fan of that system but it was definitely unique. Looking further into the menu, I noticed a lack of variety. This place is mainly sandwiches, wraps, salads. It reminds me of a bougie Subway. The sandwich I ordered was good, but it was something that I could've easily made at home. As for the parking, there's parking in the adjacent garage for free on Sunday's. Overall, I'm not really a huge fan due to lack of variety from their menu but I'd consider returning to try the drinks as the restaurant has a great atmosphere.

italian sub inspired sandwich

Lovely sandwiches and atmosphere! The first time I came, the ordering system made me sweat a little. Nonetheless, I prevailed and was rewarded by a lovely sandwich. I always get heavy toast and the roof of my mouth becomes a victim for the next week. I've been on a sour-savory foods kick recently and have found an intense love for banana peppers as well. I tried recreating an italian sub but there was too much meat. I would recommend the general principle of it, for sure.

Wrap with 2oz Pepperoni, 2oz Salami, standard cucumber, sprouts, tomato and lettuce, extra Avocado, light Mayo and light mustard.

So good! And at a decent price. I personally think 4oz of meat is a good portion, so it's nice splitting that up between two types of meat. I love how you can customize your order since I don't like cheese usually and deli foods usually always have it - the option to leave it out is just one extra thing that made my experience eating here great. The 50 cent cookie is also an incredible perk that I take advantage of every time I come here! Ive been here a few times now and I love their beer selection as well. I love lighter beers and ciders, and their selection is definitely complementary to my preference. Ive never had their wines but I've seen a decent selection of those as well. The inside seating can get a bit loud in the evenings but the outdoor seating is always a great option. If you go at the right time, you can catch sunset as well! It's a great location to just chat with friends while eating something that is not too heavy.

Spinach salad a la carte

Love this little spot. First time visiting. Prices are great! The self order electric menus with a la Carte options are great for people like me--pescatarian & dairy free. I ordered a spinach salad which was really yummy and had some red wine. I definitely will be back! Staff is friendly and helpful. Dimly lit coffee shop/wine bar/tapas ambience is a great casual, yet classy experience.

Tru is a wonderful spot for any occasion. Studying, gathering with a group, or even a date. The vibes and atmosphere are very relaxed and homey. The sandwiches are delicious, and include fresh meats and veggies. I definitely recommend the sourdough toasted, always my go to with a glass of red.

No, it's not the cleanest bar in town, but the friendly service, spacious beer garden and energetic vibe are just a few of the reasons this is consistently voted one of the best college bars in America. If you don't like beer or cider, you're not going to find much else on the menu, but for hopheads, it doesn't get much better than this. Upstairs, you'll find more than a dozen beers on tap, including a number of local and NC craft brews (and no, you don't HAVE to order one in a Blue Cup, although it's a great value). There's also a smaller bar on the Beer Garden level, which also has about a dozen picnic tables and a small stage for music (there are shows most weekends). He's Not Here is pretty strict on checking IDs, so don't show up without one, no matter how old you think you look. My only complaint was the $5 weekend cover charge, which seemed a little egregious for a place that just serves beer. But that aside, this is a great spot to meet friends, enjoy some live music and drink a few beers. Just down the alley past YoPo at W Franklin & Columbia, and definitely worth a stop if you're in Chapel Hill.

Sit at a picnic table and have a blast catching up with friends. You never know who's gonna show up. The service is quite perfect... I mean, they know their beer.
