I don't like using the term "know it all", but when someone doesn't want to listen to the customer, that's what I call it. Instead he chose to use weedblock, which has HOLES in it. I did try reaching out to Viktar first. He read my message but didn't answer. So if he is an ethical person, he will come back and do what I'd asked him to do in the first place, and not have waited until I give this review. I would post more pictures of the weeds and grass growing through the holes, but I'm being kept busy pulling them myself.
