I'm incredibly happy with the work Trinity did on my home. We didn't have a very big job, just some fascia boards and soffits that were water-damaged and falling off our back roof line. Unlike other contractors who bid on the same job, Trinity carefully examined the issue to understand possible root causes, and then talked me through exactly what they would do and why it would prevent the issue from returning. Trinity's bid wasn't the cheapest, but their reputation and communication made me much more confident in the investment, and I'm glad I chose them over the cheaper options. I highly value communication in a job like this, and Adrian exceeded all my expectations. He talked me through all the options, and shared regular updates about the start date and what to expect. Antonio did a great job knocking out the work, and the end result looks perfect! Overall, we are extremely pleased with the exceptional work demonstrated by Trinity Outdoor Design. Their quality of service, communication throughout the project and the final product exceeded our expectations. We had needed some accommodations regarding when the loudest construction would take place which they respected and they even finished the project earlier than anticipated which was greatly appreciated. The only feedback we have is that we had hoped to work together to resolve a misunderstanding regarding something we needed done for the project that turned out not to be included in the original estimate, and was a little disappointed that they didn't follow up about the issue at the end of the project. We believe that if there had been a little more communication at the end of the project, their service could have been even more exceptional. I cannot say enough about this company!!!! We have a floating balcony that was literally falling off the front of our house due to water damage. After receiving over 10 bids for our project (some who stated it couldn't be fixed, some who did not communicate with us at all... just took measurements and left, some who provided an estimate 2 weeks later, etc.), we decided to go with Trinity Outdoor Design. Adrian was prompt to reply to our inquiry. Scheduling a consultation was seamless and he showed up on time. Adrian was the only contractor that took the time to thoroughly explain all the details of the actual issue and the way in which he had planned to go about fixing it. Any other contractor that would touch it wanted to rip up the floor, whereas Adrian explained that he could complete the repairs by accessing the area through the ceiling of where the joists entered our home. Upon informing Adrian that we wanted to have him complete the work, he scheduled some time to sit down with us at our home to discuss the details. Within just a couple of days, he came back out and we spent close to 2.5 HOURS going over every little detail. He was unbelievably patient with our many questions, extremely knowledgable, and explained things in layman's terms so that we could understand. He shared various ideas for design and provided details regarding estimates for what we chose. We also explained that we were having carpet installed in the coming weeks and wanted to have the work done prior. "No problem," he said and he made it work! Over the course of the time that Adrian was here completing the project, his communication was impeccable!!! He always let us know when he would be arriving, what he would be doing on that particular day and when he would be leaving. For a project that we assumed would make a huge mess, he was sure to clean up each day to where it was spotless before he left. He was unbelievably respectful and super sweet! :) By the time he finished, we felt as though we had known him for years! Adrian did a PHENOMENAL job!!!! He is a true artist! Our balcony is absolutely beautiful and the end result is beyond what we expected! The ceiling inside looks as though it was never touched. He completed all the dry wall, paint and texture and it looks amazing! Some of the bids that we received were similar in price and did not include dry wall. We would have needed to hire additional contractors to do that part of the work, which in the end would have cost us more. Upon request, he even took a look at some of the other work around the house that needs to be done and advised us on how he would go about fixing it. One in particular, where another company advised to rip out our entire bathroom, he explained that he would start by simply caulking the bottom of the shower to see if that remedied the issue of water leaking... then tackle it from there, if the issue persists. We definitely plan to reach out to him when we're ready. In the end, we are unbelievably grateful that we found Adrian. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. We absolutely plan to request Adrian and Trinity Outdoor Design for all of our contracting needs. We HIGHLY recommend him! We can finally say, we got a guy for that! ;) read more

After Adrian quoted out the project, he sat down with us and went through every line of the quote in detail to ensure there was no confusion. During the project, which lasted about 2-3 weeks, he gave us consistent updates on the progress, and ensured we were happy with how everything was coming out. When we replaced our refrigerator, we discovered the only way our old refrigerator could be removed from our home was to use the stairs of our elevated sun deck.
