out of season dark chocolate butterscotch cold brew

I absolutely love Troubadour Tavern! One of my favorite quick service locations at Disneyland. I usually place my mobile order on the app and stop by to pick it up. It's a very easy process & the employees are friendly. Troubadour Tavern is my go-to spot for the best cold brews in Disneyland park. They are currently all decked out with Bluey & I tried the new Mud Cake Cold Brew which was super chocolatey & delicious. The magic asparagus pretzel was super cute & fun! It was a regular pretzel covered in dyed chocolate but I enjoyed the whole experience. I only hope in the future they can add some more vegetarian food options because typically all their food offerings contain meat!

Not bad! I've wanted to try for a while, but they were always closed on my previous visits. I Mobile ordered the basic potato with sour cream, butter, bacon and scallions. There wasn't much seating and it was busy so had to wait a few to find a seat. The condiments are hidden on the back side of the restaurant. Staff was friendly. My potato was good but nothing special. I would have preferred more butter as it got a little dry. I like how it's tucked away a bit near the theater which makes it more spacious to walk around.

While waiting for the Pixar Pals Playtime Party show at the Fantasyland Theater at Disneyland, my family and I decided to grab a quick snack at the Troubadour Tavern. The Troubadour Tavern is located between ToonTown and It's a Small World Ride. It's right next to the Fantasyland Theater. This is a quick service food stand. It does accept the Disney Magic Key Holder Discounts, Disney Vacation Club, and the Disney Visa card member perks! There are some really good quick service items here. This is probably one of the best options in Disneyland. It has some unique drinks and small bites to eat. Some of those include the following BBQ Burnt Ends Potato Chicken Al Pastor Potato Strawberries & Crème Lemonade Chocolate-Butterscotch Cold Brew Ube Popcorn Mix Chicken Pot Pie Baked Potato and so much more! I ended up getting the Fireside Mac & Cheese Bites Plain. It typically comes with the Four Chile rub, but I did ask for a custom order on the Mac n Cheese bites! It was delicious! You could taste the fried gouda and the macaroni in each bite! It was so good and it was a perfect snack to have while waiting for the show to start at the Fantasyland Theater. If you're in the area, Troubadour Tavern is a must try at Disneyland!

Walk up window (Not a sitdown restaurant). There are some tables outside you could sit at and eat. Not that many seats though. Got the bulgolgi potato and it was super good! Great gochuchung flavor for the sauce, and the meat was not dry, but tasty! Definitely recommend this item!

Showed up before it opened and the app's order window wasn't until 15 minutes after open, so I decided to just wait in line. I was the third person to order and it couldn't have been quicker as the potatos are already lined up and ready to go. Wanted to try the bulgogi potato and it did not disappoint. In fact, my wife tried a bit and exclaimed "That's so weird!". But she meant it in a good way, as in it's so weird to get tastes like that from a potato. My wife (who is Korean, btw) said she expected there to be rice to chew on instead of potato. My mouth felt like I was in a Korean restaurant. LOL. Pro tip: Show up a little before they open if you want a chance at a table or bench in the shade.

I tried the cookie cold brew here and the cold brew tasted too diluted. The redeeming factor was the cookie, if you take a bite out of it and drink the cold brew at the same time then its decent. Pickup service here was super efficient and bonus points, it has a "hidden" photobooth nearby!

Tavern I tried the "Lime ice block drink" for $10.79. It's a fun, sweet lime drink that's super refreshing, especially when you need to cool down. Just a heads up, the block of watermelon melts pretty quickly, so make sure to enjoy it fast! I'd give it an 8.8/10. Location: 10/10, really easy to get to (it's in the Bluey area).

This is one of those vendors that you should always check when at Disney. It's a bit of a treck since it's all the way by the Fantasy Theater in front of Toontown but you can always look at the menu through the app. They're constantly having new and delicious food and snacks here and it has never disappointed! We got some good curry samosa a few years ago that was super delicious and the on our recent visit, we went and got their Ube Popcorn Mix! If you're okay with boxed popcorn, you'll really enjoy this despite the popcorn being a little stale. It's mixed with freeze dried skittles, M&M's, and pretzels with Ube seasoned popcorn. Extremely delicious and dangerous (it turns your whole mouth purple lol). The hours of this place is weird though. Sometimes we get there and it's closed, other times it's open but randomly? Idk. I guess it's not like a popular vendor so they have odd hours. Regardless, must visit! IG: @ammysalamii

We stopped by on a cold day. My husband ordered the BBQ Burnt Ends Potato and my eldest and I both ordered The Troubadour Baked Potato. Baby shared. Our family of 4 thought this popular lunch option was decent and very filling. Especially warming on a rainy day! If you love loaded potatoes, than Troubadour Tavern in Fantasyland at Disneyland Park is for you! I'd return to try more of their menu options! Very sweet and helpful staff members! Not to mention there is seating available nearby! A solid 4 stars from me! SYOY! :-) *Song Credit: Views by @iksonmusic

Troubadour Tavern is pretty well hidden in Disneyland, so it wasn't until recently that I even knew it existed! It's located just to the left of the path you take to enter Toon Town. The only reason I found it was because I was eyeing a seasonal Halloween item - their bulgogi baked potato. The bulgogi was flavorful, and there was just the right amount of kick in the spicy sauce and cucumbers They also now have their celebration baked potato - think Thanksgiving food all rolled up into a potato, it's topped with turkey and cranberry sauce. I enjoyed both potatoes, and actually eating them at the same time was a really nice balance. There isn't too much seating around this spot, but the walk to some more seating options by the water isn't very far. The potatoes were just the right size, they can make for a meal or even a nice snack to share.

As far as park food goes, this was pretty good. I thought it was filling, given the price. The potato was soft (which I like) and there was a good amount of meat. Seating was a little rough at first. There's only a few tables and chairs, but if you wait long enough, you'll get one. Service was fast and it's nice that you can mobile order.

When I saw the new menu update at Troubadour Tavern, I was very excited and wanted to love it! However, this quick service spot fell extremely flat for me. I got a loaded baked potato and the spicy mac and cheese bites. The baked potato was very undercooked and hard -- it had so much potential but needed more toppings and flavor. The mac and cheese bites had a strange flavor on the outside that didn't match the mac and cheese at all. They were also dry and seemed like they had been cooked hours earlier. I ended up throwing away most of this meal, which made me so sad! I love the location of this spot and how quiet it is near the Fantasyland Theatre, so I'll be back to take a break from the crowds, but definitely not for a snack.

What other better place to celebrate our friend reunion at a place called "Reunion"? ;)…read more We were looking for a good brunch place to try out and found this place near Corona. Parking: I had no problem finding parking spot as the lot is huge and shared with many other businesses. Interior: We were seated right away without any wait time as we arrived when they just opened. We were seated in a dark area of the restaurant (think bar vibe) so I was a little not sure at first. Most brunch places I went to were always filled with sunlight and bright colorful interiors. This place embraced a classic, quiet feel, something like a Steak House would have. Service: Our server's name was Susan I believe, who was nice and attentive through the whole meal, despite the crowd slowly built up and filled the restaurant. She never failed to check back on us, not just once but twice and refilled our water. She probably isn't as familiar with the brunch menu favorites but seem to know more about the Main menu. The General Manager came out and greeted us because most of their customers are regulars and it's uncommon to have first timers like us visiting. This nice hospitality made us feel very warmly welcomed and impressed. Food: I couldn't decide whether to go with the Slow braised beef on the brunch menu (braised beef benedict) or the main menu but ended up going with the Main menu to get a good portion size. It was a perfect choice because the beef is just amazing. It was cooked to a soft perfection, well seasoned, the roasted vegetable was also cooked just right and not super raw/ crunchy like other places. Then the star of the show arrived - the butter cake. As Susan suggested, this is their most popular dessert and I can see why. The butter cake comes piping hot with the ice cream on top. There's a nice sugar crunchy feel near the bottom of the cake. It's so delicious that I want to come back just to eat this cake. We had a great time overall and would love to come back.

It has this dark but classy aesthetic and I was not prepared for that (in a good way). This restaurant has been here for about 2 years with different ownership and menu so I was excited to see what they had to offer. Hugo helped us with our order and he was very friendly and professional. We went ahead and ordered the ahi tuna taco, pork belly bao, garlic fries, the margharita pizza, the yuzu lobster pasta, and for drinks I got the virgin burning thyme. My friend got that and other drinks as well. Ahi tuna taco - 5/5 probably the best food item for the evening. The tuna was fresh, perfect amount of kick in its sauce, and the outter shell was perfectly crunchy. I think them replacing the shell with wonton was exceptional with the texture. Every bite was extremely satisfying. Pork Belly bao - 4/5 everything was delicious. The bow itself is bouncy and moist. There wasn't anything special about the sauce inside with the pork belly, but I would definitely give it a try at least once. A great portion with your friends or family as an appetizer. Garlic fries - 3/5 It was a bit underwhelming, but nothing horrible. I could not taste the garlic at all, but the fries itself was cooked to perfection with the outer being pretty crispy and inside being soft. Margharita pizza - 4/5 I really like the crust and the breading of this pizza. It was crispy and the pepperoni was cooked to perfection. I really like the small pepperoni because it gives an immense amount of flavor in each bite. The cheese and the tomato sauce was fine, but nothing special. Yuzu lobster pasta - 4/5 I wish I was able to taste more of the Yuzu since that's in the name of the dish, but I could not. If it was just called the lobster pasta I would say it's amazing. The tomatoes were perfect to lighten the entire dish with the heavy sauce and the pasta. The lobster was cooked fine. Other than that it was fine, but I would say either enhance the Yuzu flavor or remove it in the name of the dish. Burning thyme - 4.5/5 I really like the acid and the balance of sweetness and sour in this drink. Usually, I get skeptical when I make an alcoholic drink version because the bartender tends to over sweeten the drink, but this was not the case, and I enjoyed it a lot with our food.

My Delmonico, which is normally super juicy and tender, came out closer to medium instead of medium rare and was also a touch cold. That said, The Ranch is still one of my favorite spots in OC. If the kitchen can consistently match the high standards and execution that the servers provide, this place will easily stay at the top as one of the best steakhouse experiences in Orange County.

The tasting featured a great lineup of green and yellow Chartreuse paired with small bites. It concluded with a complementary Chartreuse-based cocktail from one of five recipes. Brand ambassador Taylor guided the event and began by telling us about the unique history of Chartreuse. The tasting started out with a small spoonful of Vegetal Elixir Chartreuse to warm up the palate. This is the base spirit of both green and yellow Chartreuse and clocks in at 138 proof. It was surprisingly not harsh, but immediately kicked my salivary glands into overdrive. I didn't even know that vintages of Chartreuse was a thing, but Taylor walked us through tasting three different vintages of both yellow and green Chartreuse, and it was surprising how different they were. The lineup concluded with more rare varietals of the green elixir 1605 and yellow cuvee. Great job, thanks Taylor! Chef Kling presented each small bite which included a crispy Icelandic cod, a roasted beet crostino, and a lamb slider. All of them had a five star list of ingredients and were delicious. Strong Water is known for their excellent cocktails, but their food is also great. For my cocktail at the end of the event, I had the Bar Flower (Green Chartreuse, Crème de Cacao, Pineapple, Lime). This was so good, with the herbal and chocolate flavors perfectly balanced. It was served with a flaming lime half. This was such a great event! Chartreuse retails for around $100 a bottle, and the higher-end varieties cost even more. At just $45 per person, this event was an amazing bargain. Strong Water frequently hosts great events, so keep an eye on their social media for upcoming dates. I really love Chartreuse, so I went back a few days later on the last day of Chartreuse week to try a few of the other limited time cocktails. I started out with their twist on a Grasshopper (Chartreuse, Crème de Menthe, Chili Liqueur, Crème de Cacao, Cream, Cane, $22). This was a great classic Grasshopper, but the Chartreuse added a herbal complexity, and there is a dash of heat on the finish from the chili liqueur. Next I had the Flare Gun (Yellow Chartreuse, Overproof Rum, Italian Bitter, Lime, Cane, $20). The yellow Chartreuse definitely comes through, but it's softer and has a light sweetness, unlike the green variety. Even though it contains overproof rum, it is perfectly balanced and not boozy at all. I usually don't like bitter drinks, but the bitterness was at a perfect light level. I finished off with the Tales from the Black Lagoon which is my favorite drink here, and it's also a favorite of many of the bartenders. All three cocktails were a home run. Chartreuse is an expensive spirit, so those drinks cost a little more than average. Shout out to Karen, Joey, Edgar, Jordan, and Ying for excellent hospitality, as always. Strong Water is our favorite place. We can't wait to go back!
