I had to grab something to eat as soon as I got here and settled for a Garlic Cheesy Brat from Edelweiss. I mobile ordered it to avoid long lines because the park odds crowded today. It was ready but the time I got there. The brat was really good. It's a pretzel bun filled with garlic cheese and a brat. The pretzel was soft in the center and a perfect hard exterior. The breast was full of flavor and not greasy. I also got a Matterhorn Puff with lemon curd, cheesecake, and blueberries. It was good but I could do without the frosting on top. Overall, everything was good and the service was quick.
Saw this online, we got the bratwurst pretzel bread with garlic and cheese. Holy cow. Loved. Tik tok is a really a hit or miss with suggestions but this was plate lickin good crispy pretzel outside soft breading inside, mixed with the juicy bratwurst we did do a side of mustard which of course made it good but took away from the garlic cheese flavor. The 1 point off was due to the fact we did mobile order and the line was longer than the regular line?? Our time was 8:20 but we didn't get it until 8:25. Again, personal preference but I mean.. the point of mobile order is to get it on time and avoid the line? On top of that, the cups of water tasted like soap to us. Regardless, like a true fatty, we going back and buying two of these bad boys because I'm not sharing
One of the hidden gems in Disneyland across from the Matterhorn. The cheesy garlic bread is amazingly good. The cheesy brat is almost too good and both are quite reasonable and filling. The service is typical Disney friendly. Though there was construction going on there was still many places to sit and eat.
The cheesy stuffed pretzel is pretty good. I loved the pretzel bread, which was softer and bouncier than expected, and it certainly lives up to the cheesy part. Only gripe is the price at $10 for a single one!
Hubby got a Matterhorn puff to try. I thought it was just ok. Could only taste the lemon curd. Hubby liked it.
I like almond danish so when I saw they had one for Halloween menu special, I had to give it a try. Located in Fantasyland. Almond danish was pretty big. I didn't know, it was actually a chilled item. Pretty good and wasn't too sweet. It was a bit too dense. I also got the frozen slush with half cherry and half coke. They made a Mickey head on top, which was super cute. Service was quick since I did mobile order on the app. Seating area available around the stand.

Location: Located next to the Matterhorn ride. Service: Service is pretty decent. Didn't take long to get our food. Food Of Choice: Both visits yielded two orders of the garlic cheesy bread brat. Both times it was beautiful to see and taste. Edelweiss Snacks For Thought: Would love to come back to have another brat! :)
The cheesy garlic bread in a pretzel bun is the best snack or meal you can buy near the Matterhorn. It is well balanced with meat and dairy and carbs garlic for veggies, lol. It is so tasty and messy and well worth it. I try to get every time I visit. Service can be slow at times since there is only 1 register non-preorders. There are tables and utensils behind the building.
I got the Pretzel Garlic Loaf. Boy, I thought it was going to be good. It just wasn't. Very low quality ingredients and greasy. Flavor was extreme synthetic garlic and salt. Very Disappointing!

Tried the Fantasyland Garlic Cheesy Brat at Edelweiss Snacks near the Matterhorn and it was surprisingly really good. The brat had great flavor, and the garlic cheesy topping made it even better. Everything paired well together and it was a solid, satisfying snack while walking around the park. It's a great quick bite if you're in the Fantasyland area and want something warm and filling. Perfect little stop near the Matterhorn to recharge before hitting more rides. Definitely worth trying if you like bratwurst with a little extra flavor.
Been to this spot a few times now to grab a quick polish pretzel dog. The lines are usually not too long and the service is really fast. The price is decent considering the size of the dog and that it's inside Disneyland. The seating is limited most of the time, but they open up pretty fast.

The Cheesy Garlic Pretzel Bread is a classic and if you are needing a protein pick me up after your day is sugar overload then the one with the brat is pretty killer as well. Perfect snack to warm your tummy.
Located near the Matterhorn Bobsled attraction entrance, you'll find some tasty snacks and drinks here during the day. I've enjoyed the seasonal desserts, Cheesy Garlic Pretzel Bread, Fantasyland Garlic Cheesy Brat, and turkey leg from here. They also have assorted fountain drinks and a frozen slushy. Walk-up cashier and mobile ordering are available. Magic Key pass holders can also use their discount. Be sure to check what's offered here when visiting the park. The latest update (2026) is the new Edelweiss Lounge next to the snack bar, where you can find tables, get out of the sun, and relax in a perfectly themed area. They really put in some creative work to integrate this space. read more
One of my very good friends loves the Cheesy Garlic Pretzel Bread and rates it a 10/10. It is yummy. I mean, how wrong can you go with pretzel bread, cheese and garlic? He's even tried the Fantasyland Garlic Cheesy Brat (basically the same but with an addition of a bratwurst) and he didn't like it as much. If it ain't broke, don't fix it! It's a very indulgent snack but with all the walking at Disneyland, it basically evens out, right? I'm a carb lover so this snack is right up my alley. read more

I'm not sure why Edelweiss Snacks only has 4 stars! Located right across from Matterhorn in a small shack. The lines aren't long and move very fast. The food is sitting in a warming oven. I saw the viral pretzel cheesy brat on Instagram. I won my hubby over to it and he even went back for more at dinner time! We got the Fantasyland Garlic Cheesy Brat 2xs. It was so good. The pretzel bun was soft in the middle. It blended well with the brat and cheese. The brat was juicy. The cheese! It had a garlic flavor and ooze out of the bun. The cheese Garlic pretzel bread is half the price of the Fantasyland Garlic cheese brat. I highly recommend this one! The pretzel bread and cheese together were what makes this amazing. read more

There is a small seating area next to the duck pond. It is located near Matterhorn. The turkey leg is always my favorite savory treat whenever coming to Disneyland! It tasted just as I remembered. The meat was surprisingly tender and was not dry at all. It is huge so it's definitely shareable with your friends. read more
Edelweiss is a MUST get, every single time we are at Disneyland, the brat version special hits different... this thing is awesome, packed with flavor, and at least keeps you full for longer then your standard churro. Ambiance??? It's right next to the Matterhorn, come on... does it get better? read more

Our family loves the Fantasyland Garlic Cheesy Brat for lunch or to share for a snack. Want a different protein other than a brat? Hack your way to your protein of choice by buying the Cheesy Garlic Pretzel Bread and filling it with things like: * Turkey leg (also sold at Edelweiss) * One of the Bengal Barbeque skewers (e.g. pork belly, beef, chicken) We typically place a mobile order via the Disneyland app and the pick-up time windows are relatively short. Super convenient. Utensils, condiments, and napkins are found right around the corner in the seating area that juts out into the water which is a great place to rest and watch ducks swimming around. read more

We did mobile order at Disneyland and it was really the only the way to go. We save time to do more things instead of waiting in the long lines. This cheesy garlic pretzel bread was so warm, so much flavor. One of my top three item at Disney. read more
Just recently was my first time ordering something from Edelweiss Snacks in Disneyland. I've walked by here many times, walking over from Tomorrowland over to Fantasyland and walking by the Matterhorn but I had never actually stopped in before. This was one of the places you can get the viral pretzel garlic cheese bread and now you can also get it with a bratwurst. What an innovation and delicious treat. This was the reason why I stopped by here and what's convenient is that you are able to mobile order this. Usually the time slots aren't immediate but the next time open so it's not great and not too bad. The store is separated by order and your standard line. And with how small how this tiny kiosk is, they are very efficient. Extremely well oiled machine here and now I've visited 3+ times in the last few months. They also have turkey legs here which is another popular item people tend to order. There's some seating that runs right under the monorail tracks and it's a great place surrounded by water and the hustle and bustle of the parks. Come check this great place out with impeccable theming and excellent snacks. read more

Edelweiss Snacks is a quick service snack spot located inside Fantasyland at Disneyland California. My husband and I had to stop by Edelweiss Snacks while visiting for the Disneyland Halloween Half Marathon! One of their seasonal offerings was the Fantasyland Garlic Cheesy Brat!! There was a long wait line for Edelweiss Snacks, but luckily, we ordered through the mobile application. The pick-up for the meal was within minutes! The Fantasyland Garlic Cheesy Brat was approximately $12.99. It was a large bratwurst in a cheesy garlic pretzel bread. The Pretzel bread was super soft, and it was loaded with melted cheese! You could smell the garlic inside the pretzel bread. It was super scrumptious! It's a limited availability! This is a must try if you're visiting Disneyland right now for Halloween! It was so good! You can also get a Turkey leg and a standard Bratwurst from Edelweiss Snacks too! Edelweiss Snacks is one of my go-to snack places while visiting Disneyland! read more

This place was easy to find and you can order ahead if you like, but everything is premade and ready instantly. I tried the Fantasyland Garlic Cheesy Brat. In the future, I will pass on it. I honestly had higher expectations. The pretzel bun is very dense, and it didn't balance well with the bratwurst. The bratwurst was dry, and there was very little cheese. I was pretty disappointed, but I had other things to try so I ate a quarter of it and moved on with my day Lol read more

Shockingly, I had no idea Edelweiss Snacks even existed despite being a Magic Key holder! I guess this is what happens when I don't really go to the Matterhorn that much, since it's right across from that ride. But I was compelled to come here because of their latest creation, the Fantasyland Garlic Cheesy Brat. If you're not familiar with the origins of the Fantasyland Garlic Cheesy Brat, you can thank the Instagram crowd for inventing the mashup between Bengal Barbecue's skewers and Edelweiss Snacks' Cheesy Garlic Pretzel Bread. Guess Disneyland decided to capitalize on it themselves. Can confirm the Brat is excellent. The pretzel bread was much softer than I expected, which is why this whole thing works. Bratwurst was solid and it was a lot cheesier than I expected. Overall, this is one of the best things I have ever eaten at Disneyland. Hopefully they wise up and put this on the permanent menu because it is that good! read more

Warning! The new Garlic Cheesy Brat is so good! You might become addicted to it lol. I'm sad it's here for a limited time and is only available from Aug. 24 through Nov. 14, 2024. The bratwurst was juicy. The cheese was gooey and the pretzel garlic bread was buttery and delicious. Highly recommend trying it before it's gone! read more
Was excited to try the garlic cheese pretzel at Eldelweiss Snacks and it was ok. It was kind of soggy and only had cheese on like half of the pretzel. It was recommended with the marinara sauce and it was ok with it. It was not worth the long wait for the pretzel read more

CHEESY GARLIC PRETZEL BREAD!!! Love that bread! Yes it's a little heavy and greasy. But idc! It's delicious. Cheesy and ooey gooey. This time around I tried the Garlic Cheesy Brat. Yum! I was a bit disappointed cuz the pretzel bread was a tad on the dry side. So I was really missing some moisture. However, the brat was DEEEELICIOUS. A really great bratwurst! Juicy, nice flavor, and an amazing snap. To add some moisture, we added some mustard to it and it definitely made it better. Overall, I love the cheesy garlic pretzel bread. But it can be a hit or miss on if you get a dry bread or not. If you get a good one though, you'll be one happy camper. read more
The cheesy garlic bratwurst pretzel is DELICIOUS. Definitely one of my fav new snacks in the park. It's a heavy one the bratwurst is so yummy and the bread is nice and soft with the garlicky cheese sauce. Highly recommend coming here and trying this. Little booth tucked away by the Matterhorn Bobsleds. I was interested in trying the cheesy garlic pretzel so ended up picking that up since I was passing through. Line was relatively short. They don't do Magic Key discounts here, so the bread came out to be $8.61 total which is okay considering how dense the bread is. As mentioned, the pretzel bread is extra dense. It is loaded with a TON of cheese, butter, and garlic. It tastes like how it looks. Very filling and will definitely give you the carbs and energy you need to get through the park. read more
this is always a go to when we visit ca adventure for the cheesy garlic pretzel! there's often a line at the times we go so we always order ahead on the app and pick it up (although the wait even on the app before the first available window may be around ~30 minutes sometimes) the order ahead wait is reasonable if you order and then walk to go pick it up - worth it either way read more

Edelweiss Snacks is one of the many great places around Disneyland to get the famous Turkey Leg! My family and I love the Turkey Leg, and always get it whenever we visit. This location is especially nice because it is nestled right by Matterhorn, and there's a seating area with a great view of Small World. The seating is also surrounded by a large pond, which has a lot of cute ducks walking around! Another nice thing about these shops is that they give free ice water cups upon request, you don't even need to buy anything! The staff were all very kind and got us multiple upon request, which is great as I didn't have to worry about carrying my water jug around. This location is a great spot, but in general I definitely recommend getting a Turkey Leg when you visit the park! read more

Ordered this turkey leg on the mobile order yesterday!! You had to press the button option of here so the turkey can be hot and ready and fresh for pick up. Service was attentive! You can sit anywhere. There's a mini area where you can sit and watch the ducks swim. The food is located in a little small hut near the Matterhorn ride. The turkey was so soft and fresh! There were some bones be careful. No bbq sauce needed. read more
Usually come here for the turkey legs but tried the cheesy garlic pretzel and it was so yummy! It was warm, soft, and perfect with the marinara sauce (had to pay extra for the marinara though). There's tables behind edelweiss that generally aren't too crowded. Great place to relax and enjoy the food in one of the more quiet spaces nearby. read more
