This spot is located in a small strip mall shortly off the freeway on La Palma Ave in Anaheim. The food was really good, I was impressed with the meat portions in our burritos & quesadilla. There was a ton of meat. Both the red & green salsas were hot but still edible too. The rice & beans were quality as well. Highly recommend hitting this local spot up as they stay open late, and serve quality food.

However today I have NEVER had such terrible service in all my years. I put down my name and waited to be called. No issue there. She said the agua would be free and pozole would come right out. So I agreed to stay. AND THAT'S WHERE I FUCKED UP (excuse my language). Because at this point I'm already seeing red and I'm LIVID. The pozole finally comes out and surprise surprise..... it's cold. Not only did we wait for about 40-45 minutes at this point but the food is cold. I decided to say fuck it, the food is here I'm just going to eat. So we did. When we finish and decide to pay our same waitress that seated us, took one look at the table and said ok Two pozoles and an agua de pina. My gf looks at her and says the agua was on the house. The other waitress gifted it to us because we have been waiting for more than 30 minutes, and our waitress is an older woman named Miriam. Started to correct and try to argue with my gf about how she didn't know which waitress gifted us the agua. At this point I just start laughing. I have never been so disappointed and disrespected in any restaurant. If you skip the rest and just read the ending, please read this part. Go somewhere else and support a different local business. Everything was SO good that my mom recently talked about going back for more pork belly tacos and fries. That is saying a lot because she can be picky! The owner and the staff that assisted us were super sweet to my mom and I. Based on their customer service alone, I would go back to support. Guac and chips were also really good, but it will run you about $10. Scotty had a calm, understated demeanor that was part of his charm. He was genuine, attentive, extraordinarily kind, and somehow managed to keep my Diet Coke with lime full the entire evening. He anticipated our needs before we even had to ask and was always there at just the right moment. Best of all, he laughed at my dad jokes. While the food was outstanding, Scotty made the experience even better. His service elevated an already great meal into an exceptional evening.
