We subbed the sides for the broccoli salad and roasted vegetables, and everything came out quickly and piping hot. The flavors were fresh, well-seasoned, and absolutely delicious. We had to ask multiple times to speak to a manager as one was not sent over after the third ask. When a manager finally did arrive at the table he divulged that he had worked there for six years and they use Windex to clean the tables instead of sanitizing them ( which they apparently do at the end of the evening...). He also stated that they don't use degreaser on the tables, cause it leaves streaks... not sure that has anything to do with being up to code and actually disinfecting a table so patrons do not get sick. Being in the restaurant industry for as long as my husband and I have been we're questioning their serve safe certification and if they understand specific codes and policy, that you abide by working in the restaurant industry. Shame on the owner of this restaurant and all of the staff that are supposedly health code knowledgeable and certified. Please do better.
