10/10 every time we come here. The owner/manager is typically floating around and he's always so kind. The staff here are also amazing and quick to help. I got the Bayou Benny and it was awesome!! They also serve mimosas which were a great pairing with breakfast!

Omg how did I not know about Wisk before now?! My daughter and I went to Wisk for brunch today and I could not be more impressed. Everything was perfection. The restaurant is tucked into a shopping center off of Preston Rd in Prosper, right across from Ernesto's. We were greeted and seated right away. Interior decor is simple but thoughtfully done, they have a nice reclaimed lumber wall in the back and sweet touches here and there. There is a drop-down for the light features in the middle that was neat. The restaurant was clean, the server was extremely friendly. She recommended that beef and hash, not something I've been normally get but she sold me on it. My daughter got French toast and a side of biscuits and gravy. We both were so pleased with what we got! The biscuits were how they should be made, and the gravy was perfection. They had a wide variety of options to choose from on the menu. Reasonably priced. Multiple options of mimosas which is always nice. I am always on the hunt for great breakfast places, this was only 15 minutes from home, I highly suggest everyone giving it a try!

The new dinner menu is exciting! I ordered the chicken Alfredo, and my husband got the chicken fried steak. Honestly....it was delicious! The salads were similar to Perry's, and the chicken Alfredo was better!! It was Tuesday so one entree was half off!! I brought half home for lunch tomorrow! Oscar was our waiter and was delightful!

Everything was a 10/10. This was my first time checking out Wisk and I will be returning again! The restaurant was very clean. The staff was friendly and greeted me from the time I walk in until the time I left the restaurant. I ordered the western omelette 10/10, orange mimosa 10/10, and potatoes 10/10. Everything was very tasty. You should definitely check this place out.

What a fun brunch spot! Stopped by at 9:45 on a Sunday and the four of us were seated with no wait. My GF and I had a latte and cappuccino and enjoyed them both. We all tried something different and all enjoyed our choices: crepes, lemon blueberry pancakes, chicken and waffles and an omelette. We all wanted to try the cinnamon roll so we got one as an appetizer and split it four ways...perfect and yummy! We will definitely be back! Love having good brunch spots nearby.

I been coming here since before when the name was different, the staff is amazing and the ambiance is family orientated. I haven't seen anything negative about this place they always take care of you like a family member, which is rare to find nowadays. Tina is an amazing server which she is been there since feels like ever, Lol and you will be in good hands with her, well pretty much the rest of the staff doesn't disappoint either definitely 5

The Famous French Toast is awesome! Cream cheese in the center of two brioche slices and topped with fresh berries. Yes, please!

Saturday morning service is prompt and attentive. No line at 8:30am, and the food is interesting and tasty. Try this place out!

Visited Wisk on a beautiful saturday with my husband. The location was easy to get to and the restaurant is pretty! Our server Nico was very pleasant and provided great and efficient service. I ordered the French Goddess French Toast, a unique twist on traditional French toast with a layer of creamy decadent cheese, fresh strawberries, and their housemade strawberry compote - just fabulous! Hubby ordered the Skillet Hash and it was the most pleased he's ever been at a breakfast restaurant. The brisket had a delicious Smokey taste and the home fries were well seasoned! We also ordered a side of bacon and it was perfect! We loved our experience at Wisk and cannot wait to go back again!

Since then, we've had brunch there 3 or 4 times, and every time has been a delight. We've spoke to the owner, a very friendly Armenian gentlemen whose cousin is also involved with the restaurant, as is the owner's daughter and others. Plus, he's been in the restaurant business for over 30 years, and a number of the employees have been with him for many years. Bottom line, the guy knows how to run a business. Be warned, though, as others have mentioned, there will be a line, and there's no phoning ahead, going online etc. You'll speak to the man with the clipboard, that's the owner. He'll put your name down and find you when it's your turn. The system works, and it's great. But what of the food? We've brought friends and family and between us all, have sampled easily a dozen dishes or more. My latest brunch was the chicken fried steak, and I ordered it kind of half breakfast, half lunch style. I wanted hashbrowns (extra crispy, and boy, were they delivered that way!) but also wanted fried okra, our server accepted the order with a smile. The steak was tender, well coated with golden brown and delicious crust, and the gravy was thick and well seasoned. Eggs were light and fluffy, and one can see from my picture, those hashbrowns were surely extra crispy. We've also sampled a number of the shop made desserts, and they have all been phenomenal. Bottom line, this is a great locally owned and operated business, where the owner is literally involved and working the floor every day, and they're really doing everything right.

The restaurant itself felt bright, absolutely precious in design, and the staff were very friendly & helpful. We felt that our breakfast was good. My only note is that the breakfast ham was a little over-salted, and my eggs (ordered over medium) had no apparent seasoning. The omelette was good, and so were the pancakes! Of all the food items, the two items that wowed us were the biscuits & the breakfast potatoes! Both shockingly good. The biscuits were fluffy and soft on the inside & buttery with a subtle crisp on the outside. I'm not sure I've ever had a better biscuit from any brunch/breakfast establishment. We'll absolutely be back again, and will be sure to order more biscuits! Four Stars because it was a mostly wonderful experience, with a few misses with regard to seasoning / flavor in the: omelette, hash browns, eggs, and ham. All were good, but needed either less salt OR added seasoning. I'll definitely be back again to give this spot another try!

Place is really nicely decorated with I would say a bougie country vibe. But an I'm a guy so ya I could be way off but let's just go with that. Menu was normal a couple of fat guy options and then a lot of other stuff. So the fat guy pick for me was the million dollar bacon and on my momma that stuff was on point as us kool kids say. Thick and crispy and packed with flavor and I didn't even use the maple syrup. I had this as an appetizer because well it's Bacon? My wife had the chorizo omelette and I had the meat lovers and both were good. They have this homemade bread that's all healthy and stuff but was legit good and served with in house preserves... Then the country potatoes, seasoned and crispy and probably the second best thing I had here. Definitely a good go to if you're wanting something new or just a great meal. Reason for the 4 star is because on the sweeteners that they offered, stevia and some type of brown sugar stuff?? (This is not ok for coffee guys.. be healthy in other way but you don't mess with the coffee. Just be normal and have sugar on the table. Fatboy tip: Million Dollar Bacon, bacon, bacon and ya bacon.
