I go to this smoothie king once a week. The employees are always so friendly and so quick with orders. I was even more impressed that when I placed an order the first time here, the girl working noticed I was pregnant and said one of the proteins isn't recommended for pregnant women because of the enzymes in it. So she subbed it for another protein. This is definitely a great place to grab a smoothie, protein bar, etc if in the area! read more

Worst customer service. Tried to tab my card to pay for order and it added a high tip without even asking me. I asked for them to cancel the order and said they couldnt do it. Don't have a machine that you can tab your card If it's going to automatically charge people a high tip. Would not recommend this place. read more

I purchased an açai bowl today and it was half full and I'm disappointed. In the pictures provided you can see two different sides of the bowl was just full of granola (no I didn't add extra granola) and no açai. Also, there was very little fruit at the top, i've gotten a bowl from here quite a few times and have never been disappointed until today. read more

I go into smoothie king two hours before closing and they tell me they can't make a smoothie bowl. So I place an order online and when I go back in to pick it up, I asked them why they couldn't make a bowl and they said that making smoothie bowls is an inconvenience for them. Two hours before they close????????? I asked for her name and she didn't want to provide me with her name. And was being disrespectful the second I walked in. I will be reaching out to HR and the district manager to get compensation of my time and money. read more

Smoothie King - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Frisco, Texas

I went to the smoothie king today with my son. We walked in we were not greeted by your staff. Both young men looked at my son and I several times and continued to do their work. We continued to stand at the register, ready to order and were never asked "can I help you" or "give us just a moment". Nothing. So I told my son let's go ahead and leave. Upon leaving I said "it would've been nice to be greeted with a Hellllo or even a brief nod or smile", these teo young me. continued to do whatever they were doing, and ignored us. its disappointing that a place we frequent gave us such a bad moment. Please train your staff on customer service and just plain polite gestures which are basic necessities in the workforce. Quite possibly insitiute a policy regarding cell ohines and air pods (etc) while on the floor. If you need some HR help let me know! read more

I'm no stranger to Smoothie King and their great smoothies. Today's trip did not disappoint. I ordered my 20 ounce Angel Food smoothie just like always and it was delicious and refreshing. They have a large selection of choices and even more ways to customize your order to exactly what you want. There was some seating inside (2 tables with chairs and 3 chairs) but not really enough if it's busy like it was today. Probably not the best place to bring your laptop and get some work done but definitely keep it in mind if you want to order a smoothie and take it to go. I wasn't greeted when I walked in, and the cashier was very matter-of-fact, almost rude. It was pretty busy, so I understand but at the same time, a "Hi, how's your day going?" goes a long way in the service industry. Overall, loved my smoothie as always but atmosphere could use a little fine tuning read more

Smoothie King - ANGEL FOOD SMOOTHIE - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Frisco, Texas

SO GLAD they built this smoothie king down the street from where I live! I no longer have to drive to Allen for a smoothie (not a big fan of the smoothie king in McKinney). They were busy but I was able to walk in & instantly order. I got 2 medium smoothies in 5 minutes! 5 MINUTES! That's the fastest I've ever gotten a smoothie at a smoothie king with 3 PEOPLE AHEAD of me waiting on their smoothies. I had to double check it was for me because it was fast. & the people are so friendly! Hope they keep up the awesome work! Parking lot is kinda crazy during the busier times though, just look both ways twice. Cars will come from different directions! read more

We love the staff and smoothies! It's a healthy alternative for a quick lunch or snack.

Girl was extremely friendly and welcoming and recommended a mango smoothie which was delicious 10/10 definitely will come again

Convenient location right at the corner of Custer and El Dorado Pkwy. This location has a few tables to sit down. The front is always clean and tidy. The customer service is great and they never have a problem making my smoothie the way I want it. I'm always greeted when I walk through the door and the service is quick. read more

Pretty Great Selection of Smoothies! Got the Gladiator Strawberry and the Wife got a Kiwi Strawberry Banana Blend of some kind. Both were delicious and not too sweet or filling. Service was good. Only drawback no Drive Thru and crowded parking area. I would return to try some more! read more

I appreciate the reply to the review and because of that I gave it a Second visit. The serving was much better this time but they messed up my order in a different way. My order was given to someone else. Granted it was busy and looked chaotic behind the counter. After waiting for a lengthy time for my order, I went up to see where my order was....they said it was probably taken by another customer. So after everybody that was there well after me got their order, they finally got around to remaking mine. I won't be back. Disappointed in this place! Spotty service. $7 for a smoothie and tend to always get shorted - 33oz drink should have close to 32oz no read more

I love getting smoothies from here! The staff is always friendly and helpful! I love their strawberry banana gladiator smoothie. Tastes so yummy and it's super filling! Their kids smoothies have multi vitamins in them which is nice too! read more

I love it! The customer service is great, the location is great, and it is clean. My smoothies have been made just right every time. I will definitely continue to return. read more

My experience is always great at Smoothie King. I just wish I could get more for my money on other days besides Friday. This store is not different in any way than others. read more

Last 2 times I've been up here they've made the smoothie wrong - I don't order anything special, just menu items with no changes...but they mix up the fruits that go in them. They offer to remake them, but that's just an epic waste, and I don't want that to happen. This last time, she didn't scan my rewards in correctly and "whoops, no way to get them now", just stinks when you're spending $20+ on smoothies for all the kids. Even though it's close to our house, I'll have to be rethinking coming to this location again. read more

I used to come here every single day and have never had to deal with the staff member by the name Tristan but she puts a bad rep to your name... no customer service or hospitality at all. I was socked by how rude she was and didn't know how to handle a situation read more

Horrible service, rude associate who called herself a manager with no people skills. Won't be going back there again. There are way to many options to deal with this behavior. read more

I get the peanut butter strawberry with multivitamin on the regular. The customer service is sooo good. They are encouraging and do such a great job explaining every drink. Plus, they make the best smoothies. Taste great every time! read more

Great smoothies and a really beautifully clean white modern vibe. There's some issues with flies here and there but yeah. Go for the gladiators those are my personal favorite. They're pricy for a smoothie but cheap for a meal replacement. read more

Great location, and very friendly employees. The parking area is a bit crowded, but there are places to sit inside this SK which is nice.

Tried this location today and got the same smoothie I always I get. It was so sour and gross. I was so disappointed when I got to work and tasted it. I threw it away. read more

So far so good! Fairly newly opened. Polite and Friendly employees! Have not screwed up any orders yet! ;) Hope they keep this location on par (as they do now) continuing through the future! Its also close to our house finally. Yeay!! read more

If I could give more stars I would. I failed to get the names of the 3 young men who are working right now but they were all awesome. Very pleasant and they new the menu very well. I knew what I wanted but after listening to them, I have a list of a few to try very soon. Hopefully the manager will see this and acknowledge the guys working today (Aug 7, 3:20p) This may be my new favorite smoothie king location read more

I was really in the mood for a smoothie and decided to stop by Smoothie King on a whim. I'm glad I did! My husband and I happened to be the only customers. The place was clean and our 32 oz. smoothies were delicious. We will be returning again soon. read more

Wow this place is fantastic! Fast, Friendly, and tastes great! David, James, and Nicole are great!
