Speaking to customers this way, especially in front of children, is unacceptable.

If this is true Salsa's would be the only Mexican restaurant I have ever been too that would only give the table one basket of chips and then start charging if they want another basket. The manager of this restaurant should never be front of house dealing with customers because he doesn't speak English very good and does nothing to give the customer a good experience. #1 Salsa's Grill is way overpriced compared to other Mexican restaurants. It is in an old Shoney's building and the property is not being maintained. The city should go in to inspect this establishment. Here are some other Mexican restaurants in the area that have great customer service and has great value for their food. El Potrillio, Margaritas Mexican restaurant, Panchos Cantina & Grill. These restaurants will not charge you extra for a second basket of chips and will give you much better service. I felt like I was on candid camera and somebody was going to jump out and say fooled you. That's how bad the service was and how crazy it is that a manager in a Mexican restaurant would charge you for a second basket of chips. Avoid Salsa's Mexican rundown restaurant and save yourself the headache.
