Do not hire Furry Friends Poop Patrol…read more 1. They had a major billing inconsistency that was 100% their fault. They quoted me the wrong amount and didn't seem concerned by it at all. I recognized what they quoted was definitely low and in fairness, I decided to continue and pay them what was the more appropriate amount. 2. They several times showed up without warning or not enough warning, and a few times went in my backyard without permission. Thankfully, my dogs were not outside at those times. 3. THEY SHOWED UP AT 9:30pm ON A FRIDAY NIGHT WITHOUT WARNING AND WENT INTO MY BACKYARD. Here's the thing - the owner Karen, didn't seem to care or think it was a big deal. Karen even told me "it's easier to pick up poop at night with flashlights". When I called this morning to discuss the matter, she really didn't care at all. Didn't even let me speak more than a few words.

Exceptional Service and Unbeatable Value!…read more We recently hosted two dogs for a full week and, after they went home, decided to treat ourselves to a professional yard clean-up instead of tackling the 'dirty deed' ourselves. We found Fresh Start - Pet Waste Removal and were completely blown away by their service and pricing. Although their website didn't have a specific option for a one-time service, their customer support was quick to respond and confirmed they happily accommodate single-service jobs. Their quote was incredibly competitive--significantly more reasonable than the prices quoted by other services in our area. We felt we were getting the best value right away. The service itself was flawless. They provided us with a service window of 8 am to 12 pm and arrived promptly just before 8 am! The technician was highly professional and worked with incredible speed; they were done in about 10 minutes! Our yard is now completely clean and pristine. We couldn't be happier with the results. If you are looking for responsive customer service, amazing value, and super-fast, professional pet waste removal (especially for a onetime cleanup!), we absolutely recommend Fresh Start.

One of the workers did not get authorization to enter the backyard and our dog bit him. He had to get sutures. They did not want the payment but instead the employee sought to file claim on our insurance company for over $1M. Our insurance company stated the company/employees has made several claims in the past which is suspicious.
