Do not hire Furry Friends Poop Patrol…read more 1. They had a major billing inconsistency that was 100% their fault. They quoted me the wrong amount and didn't seem concerned by it at all. I recognized what they quoted was definitely low and in fairness, I decided to continue and pay them what was the more appropriate amount. 2. They several times showed up without warning or not enough warning, and a few times went in my backyard without permission. Thankfully, my dogs were not outside at those times. 3. THEY SHOWED UP AT 9:30pm ON A FRIDAY NIGHT WITHOUT WARNING AND WENT INTO MY BACKYARD. Here's the thing - the owner Karen, didn't seem to care or think it was a big deal. Karen even told me "it's easier to pick up poop at night with flashlights". When I called this morning to discuss the matter, she really didn't care at all. Didn't even let me speak more than a few words.

When you have a bad egg like I do, a bad egg with skin problems that needs to be shaved and…read moregroomed, Zoe is very convenient. My bad egg is a sweet boy....with people, but just tends to eat any other dogs, cats, squirrels, zebras etc so taking him out in public can be a nerve wracking problem. Even with the Hannibal Lector muzzle on. So, Zoe is a great solution. They come to the house (even on the weekends), take him to their van for about an hour and bring him back all shaved and adorable, and much easier to treat that damn skin rash. We liked them so much we also had them out to shave down my wooly mammoth golden. Normally when I take him to the groomer, its a 4-5 hour job. Now I kinda figure that's because that one groomer is working on several "clients", but with Zoe, your dog gets all the attention and even my 90 lb fuzzbucket is done in about 1- 1 1/2 hours. This also means little to no cage time which we like. And the price is comparable to taking them to a groomer, maybe $10 more, but that's an easy convenience fee. My only complaint so far is they were 30 minutes late to the house last time which kinda sucks cause you already are kinda tied to the house while they have your dog, but for me, on a Saturday afternoon, that just means I get more chores and laundry done (or, drink a large cup of chai and watch LOTR AGAIN, for example). I do like that we have a texting relationship so I can just go "Where u at?" and get the reply "OMW" and know all is well. As long as we live up north, and have a hot mess of a mutt, I'll be using Zoe and Friends.

I loved the fact she's mobile,as I was able to get some other things completed while she worked on my pet. He looks and smells fantastic! If I were you all and you work at home or can't find the time to take your pet to the groomers, I'd use Zoe and Friends Grooming they are magnificent! Thank you so kindly!
