I've been using Scoop Soldiers for many years & I highly recommend! The customer service is excellent, Sara was quick to respond & helped with any questions or concerns I had. Michael who has been our tech always provides great service & friendly. Definitely worth it! read more

I have used them for several years, and love the weekly schedule of cleaning up my backyard. Sara Eads, the office manager, is also super responsive to any changes I might need. read more

Had an encounter with a Scoop Soldier employee today. Encounter occurred as we asked him to slow down in our neighborhood. Sped limit is 20 mph. We thought he was going too fast. He did not agree and proceeded to tell us so with many vulgar and graphic words. I would not hire this guy to pick - up dog poop. Unfortunately, that is his business. Definitely could use a customer relations refresher. read more

Love scoop soldiers ! The communication has been great but not overbearing ! I love the photos of the gate shut and locked- really gives the extra security that my doggos and kiddos won't escape . Rodrigo has been great at communicating when he is on the way , and finished with the yard. I had a little hiccup with billing but I was able to be contacted via email very quickly and get it resolved with Sara Eads. She responded via email quickly - and solved my minor issues and helped me skip/ reschedule a service. Really great fair pricing for the area. Thanks guys!!! read more

We love this company!!! They are fantastic with our dogs! All the scoopers know our dogs by name- and they aren't even outside every time they to service. Sara Eads is also so very helpful and helps with any questions me may have! read more

Great service! Sara in the central customer service is really helpful and the scoopers are always mindful to close the gate

Love this service! The communication with not only the scooper who comes out but their "command center" is fantastic. Our scooper Leslie is always super respectful and keeps me updated on when he will arrive. I have spoken with Brittany at the command center and she is always super nice and understanding. We have them come twice a week for 3 dogs and I never have to search my yard because Leslie always does a fantastic job! read more

Have had this company service my house for a while and they're great!!! Can't recommend them enough and thank you Sara E. For always responding quickly and helping me!! read more

They do a job I don't want to do and don't have time to do, and they do a great job while doing it. They're thorough in their work. They always give me a heads up of when they plan to arrive. They also always send me a picture of my gate closed when they leave. Prices are in line with market as well. read more

I was on a twice weekly plan for several months. Multiple times I complained they were missing very obvious piles of waste. Even have security cameras footage of them walking though the yard without actually looking for any poop. Today the guy walked though the yard. And didn't seem to pick any up. So I went outside and found 11 piles. ELEVEN!!! I live in a nice home with a well manicured yard. These were very hard to miss. I'm tired of complaining about their lack of service. I don't have time to supervise the company I pay to pick up dog poop. And as if they're service isn't bad enough for the price they have the audacity to ask for a tip after every visit. Lol!! read more

Jason is our guy. Consistently does a great job and lets us know when he is on his way, and when he's done.

Love this service! We have three dogs and they take care of us!! So glad we found a reliable company that can help us with this task.

I contacted Scoop Soldiers online and within minutes of my inquiry I received a call from Sara. I could not believe it because it was after 5pm on a Friday! Sara was so sweet and took the time to explain to me how everything would work. The call never felt rushed and she was very engaging. I actually thought for a moment that we had known each other for years! My first impression of this company is a wonderful one because of her! I can not wait for them to come to my house for the first time next week! read more

I signed up for this service to come out 3x a week. Tanner did an amazing job. I appreciate y'all for having this business. It makes my busy life easier. Thank you again! 5 stars!! read more

Brendon was here for us today and I want to recognize how warm and kind he is. He did a great job as always but he went above and beyond to tell me how he's met all (4 big dogs) of our dogs and he told me about their personalities. It was spot on. Made me feel like it was more than just a job for him and that they really care. I appreciate everyone who works at Scoop Soldiers. They always answer the phone, always provide a photo of my locked gate and are always here on time. Thank you so much for providing such excellent service and hiring wonderful people! - Mac, Maggie, Link and Zoey! read more

We love this service. We have three large dogs and it's super affordable. I was injured last year and as a result have major back and neck issues so picking up has been an issue for me. Steven is the best. He always does such a great job! Im super confused about the reviews saying people were canceled on or pushed off the schedule. We've been using them for a year and have never had an issue with that ever. read more

Jason From Scoop Soldiers does a great job. I have 4 dogs and he doesn't miss anything when he comes through. Great Job Jason (Ashburn, VA)!! read more

First they charged for the first "free" visit, then issued a credit. The guy came in, turned around, went out, took a picture of the closed gate, and emailed me that service was complete. I went out and took a dozen photos of dog poop (I have two dogs). This is not service, this is fraud. They weren't too upset at the corporate office but will send somebody out tomorrow. Then naturally I will cancel. read more

Dylan with Scoop Soldiers does a great job. I especially appreciate receiving a heads-up a few minutes before he arrives as it gives me time to close the doggie-door and keep the dogs in while he's here, but he also does a great job clearing the yard, and he's also conscientious about closing the gate. Thanks Dylan..! read more

Love these guys! Makes being a pet owner easy. affordable, always reliable and the communication from Steven my tech is impeccable. Highly recommend! read more

Today was my initial poop pick up and I just watch my cameras and the guy gets out of his truck at 12:41 goes to the gate and leaves about 12:43. Went to my back yard nothing has been picked up. Tried to call and I was on hold for 10min so I left a message, no return call sent and email no response.... Wow this company literally is full of poop!!! I haven't had this horrible of service maybe ever. My technicians name was Carlos. read more

Steven from Scoop Soldiers in the Austin/Georgetown area has made every encounter a pleasant one. He comes around the same time for every visit and gives me a heads up call when he is near in time enough for me to make sure my dogs are inside. He is quick and thorough and leaves my yard pile free and smelling nice every time. Steven is very responsive and has proven himself to be professional, thorough, knowledgeable, flexible when needed, accommodating and courteous. I have had other technicians, as I have used this company for a few years now, but Steven is the only one that I know, when he services the yard, its done right every time. read more

Excellent service and friendly employees! They do a great job making sure that our backyard is ready. They come to do the work I am too exhausted and never want to do. They let us know when they are close so we can ensure our dogs are inside, which is a huge plus. Thank you from the bottom of my heart ! We can't live without this. read more

Steven is always amazing! He communicates when he will arrive and is very thorough with his service!

I didn't have any issues with them. They'd send a picture every time they'd do the service. It was always of the gate closed. When I emailed to cancel, they wanted a response as to why. That's normal these days. Just like your doctors office wants to know why you're canceling an appointment or procedure. I'm sure it's to make sure one of the people doing the service was not the issue. I just didn't need the service anymore. read more

I wanted to like this company & they certainly started strong. The last two months have been a complete about face though, so I just cancelled my twice-weekly services. What started as a 'delay' once or twice, turned into a regular occurrence of not being serviced on the scheduled days. And I was lucky if they ever even made it out the day after. The last few weeks have gone like this. My Thursday 7/21 service didn't happen, got the "we're delayed" at a reasonable time, so I called and asked to be put on the schedule early in the morning Friday so I could avoid getting in trouble with my HOA. Despite being told they 'couldn't guarantee when' and that they would 'do their best', no one showed up Friday 7/22. Oh sorry, someone showed up and took a photo of my closed fence gate (at 1:30 pm mind you... well after the lawn was mowed & I was stuck with a fine), but not a single piece of pet waste was removed from my yard. Then the Monday 7/25/22 service didn't happen & I never even received a "we're delayed" email. The Thursday 7/28/22 service "we're delayed" email came through at 9:25pm last night. Gee, thanks for the heads up I sit here now on 7/29/22 with my yard unserviced for 10 full days. After submitting the ticket to terminate my service, where I mentioned their inability to answer their phones, I received a call NINE MINUTES later. Pretty fast response for being 'too busy' to return my multiple calls throughout the day. The woman I spoke with tried to tell me she was returning a missed call from me and spoke to me as if I was an idiot and didn't mean to call them. As soon as I mentioned the terminate service ticket, she knew exactly what I was referring to and tried to argue with me that my yard was serviced. Maybe I'm off here, but pretty sure it's kinda hard to make up literal piles of crap. They can't even be honest in dealing with customers. I've now been fined twice by my HOA for not having the yard picked up and Scoop Soldiers has continued to bill me as if they've been here. All of that on top of the awful attitude you receive when dealing with 'customer service' on the phone. I would be embarrassed if I let a company run this poorly. TL;DR: Be prepared for this company to just stop showing up after a month and argue with you when you're ready to cancel. Good luck. read more

I only had two requests for this company lock my gate and let me know you are coming so I can make sure my dogs are inside and secure. It got to where I was having to call almost every week because one or both things were being ignored. The final straw was after they came I did a walk through and there was still poop all over the yard. I just want my dogs safe and I feel like that need was disregarded by this company. read more

I actually get giddy when I receive a morning text that the scoopers are on their way. I never thought I'd be so happy to see someone enter my yard with a scooper full of dog poo, but I seriously think I love them. I'd recommend this affordable luxury to anyone who has outside poopers! Hopefully they're dogs, but potty training humans is always a gamble. read more

We've had them now for a while. They come, they pick the poo, the pet the dogs. What can I say? They take it away somewhere safer than my trash bin. And it's even pretty cheap. $20 bucks a week, man. Clean your yard. Don't leave a landmine left behind. read more

We love Deb! I've had Scoop Soldiers at two homes now in Austin, and it's worth the money. Especially in this heat, we worry about feces in the yard and the bacteria or disease it can spread. Highly suggest Scoop Soldiers! Very easy to set up. Their employees are very nice and professional. read more

Scoop Soldiers is very easy to work with and provides great service every time. Steven is awesome!

After too many years of cleaning up the yard from our 3 (now 2) dogs we decided to give Scoop Soldiers a call. So glad we did! Brandon came over for a walkthrough and initial Scoop. Liked him from the start! Each week he sends me a text to start and picture and email when he's done. The yard is safe again and I didn't have to do the pick up. A total win! read more

Scoop Soldiers service is the best! Kristopher Bernd was our guy and he was always came on the right days, rain or shine. And always at the same time of day. He was so quiet and quick that sometimes the dogs didn't even know he was there! Kristopher Bernd was very personable and kind. I recommend their service to anyone who needs some help around the house. I needed help while I recovered from foot surgery. I'm so glad that their service was reasonably priced and easy to set up. Ashley Ellerbee is very kind and helpful when you call for service. If I left a message she would always call me back promptly. Raises for everyone! Thanks you guys! Horrible business model. They show up when they want and never call when entering. They striped my back yard hose and leave piles in the yard. Absolutely lazy employees and management. Don't let these people in your yard read more

We have been using this service for a few weeks now and I am very impressed! They come once a week on the selected day and they never miss anything. My credit card gets charged each time. I've been using the services of Scoop Soldiers for about a year.
