Highly recommend Adam and his crew. We reached out on a Friday and he had his crew there on Tuesday. We had some very old, tired landscaping we tried to do on our own about 7-8 years ago. Adam took what we started and made it beautiful. Adam even reused some of our original materials to help keep costs down. He trimmed the trees and put down winter rye so we'll have a nice lawn during the colder temps Adam and his crew also helped us clean up our backyard by hauling away old junk and cutting down trees that died in the freeze of 2021 We appreciate Adam helping bring our original vision to life and we look forward to working with Adam in our next landscaping project! read more

Adam and his team gave a very reasonable quote to install a new lawn. The removed old soil, graded the surface, and installed the new sod in 2 days. The quality of the work was great and he even brought in mulch for the flowerbeds and trimmed the bushes to tie everything together. Adam was really good at communicating regularly and listening to what I wanted read more

He did a great job converting an unusable yard to a family friendly one with a reasonable sized lawn area, stone edging, landscaping, etc. And his crew was able to weed and clean up several rock beds and decomposed granite areas that had been overrun with weeds. read more

We hired these guys again as they did an excellent job on our landscaping project and we needed someone to provide a drainage solution for storm water. They dug the trench, installed the pipes and catch basins, and rerouted the sprinklers as needed. Afterwards, they cleaned up the area and reinstalled the grass. Their team was courteous, they care about their work, and they worked hard to ensure we were happy. read more

Adam and his team always do my annual, spring cleanup and do great work. They're thorough, mindful and respectful. My yard always looks great once they've finished the job. Highly recommend Adam and his team. read more

I submitted a yard clean-up quote request via Yelp along with pictures, but Adam said he needed to visit in-person to give us an estimate. We made an appt and let him know that we were on a schedule. He was a no show on the day of the appt and no communication. We waited longer than we should have and rearranged our day for nothing. When I finally heard back from him, there was no apology but just a simple, "Okay let meet up tomorrow." Don't waste your time with this unprofessional business. read more

Called this place on 9/12 to schedule a routine mow/trim job for a property I was moving out of. They advised me to text my address and the date I needed, which I did as soon as I got off the phone. Fast forward almost 3 weeks later, and I received no contact from them. Today I call them to confirm the job, and they tell me they can't do the job on my date anymore, and they couldn't give a reason why. And to top it all off, the guy hung up on me mid sentence, and won't return my calls. Now I'm stuck needing to find someone else to do the job in a short amount of time. I would give this place negative stars if I could. I do not recommend to anyone, unless you're looking for terrible customer service. Learn how to run a business. read more

Just no. Literally beware. Some good service upfront to be honest, but after that communication was absolutely awful. And I was rude for asking for the 7th time via text and phone call on when our maintenance day was so I could meet with them to discuss some other work. Did I lose my patience, you bet. But after try 5 for some answers I was pretty much done. Steer clear at all costs. read more

I am so happy that Adam and his team were able to work their magic on my yard! From the start, Adam was very responsive and communicative. He came to give me a free estimate on the same day (I called him at 10am and he was at my home by 3pm). These guys did exceptional work - very meticulous and the results are truly beautiful. You can tell Adam and his crew take pride in their work. One of the gentlemen told me that he will be very happy as long as I am very happy. I should also note that Adam uses high quality materials. He laid down some mulch for me and this was not generic, Home Depot quality mulch. I appreciate that he went the extra mile to make sure that the material is long lasting. Truly a fantastic experience and I will be using Adam's services for monthly maintenance and any other landscaping need going forward. read more

Adam's Crew came by and did yard cleanup for me this spring. They installed palasaides zoysia in my back yard. They removed three ugly plants that I really did not like and created new beds by hauling in soil and lots of mulch. They even brought soil for my new raised planter bed. Still pleased! read more

I came to Adam with a big request - clean up and "restore" my entire yard (and beds). He was able to come by the same day and get me a quote, and then start the work 2 days later. These pictures don't do justice to the amount of work Adam and his team did. Timely, hard-working, and great communication. I'll definitely use Adam again for future yard needs! read more

From start to finish we were extremely impressed and pleased with the quality of work from Adam's Lawn Service Austin. We were surprised when Adam himself actually showed up for our estimate. We wanted a local business since we've had bad luck with a franchise lawn company in the past. His suggestions on what we needed to do to get our yard in shape were spot on. He communicated throughout the entire process and was prompt and courteous while the work was being done. He also had a very knowledgeable and friendly crew working with him. We're going to continue to use him on a regular basis to care for our lawn with periodic fertilization and future landscaping. We highly recommend Adam for all your lawn needs. read more

Adam and his crew came over yesterday and did a fantastic job on the yard. They trimmed and sealed my oak trees, trimmed bushes, picked up leaves, and laid down fresh mulch. The whole process was professional from the initial walk around and quote to the trimmings pick up. They cleaned up my palm tree as well. Adam gave me a reasonable quote and offered extra work to be done. I will be contacting him again in the near future to plant grass in my yard. KC read more

Definitely charges by what he thinks you can pay. He started of at $850, I made it clear absolutely not and he came down to $450. It was big job and that was about where other people were coming bid wise before negotiations. I was in a time crunch so I went ahead and hired him. He showed up a day early and acted like that is what we had agreed to. No way I would have let them start if I was not in a bind to get the job done, plus he had the address. I later found a tree that I marked to leave, chopped and stuck back in the dirt for the walk through. Needless to say never again. I think if you start of stern and make it clear how irate you will be about mistakes he is probably pretty good. I do not babysit people I pay nor do I enjoy needing to treat people like a child to get them to do their work. read more

Adam came out the same day to give us a quote and his advice on what tree limbs to cut down. He was flexible on which days he could come out with his team and even had availability on the weekends when I could be home. Unfortunately, work is relocating my family so we had to cancel this work as we wouldn't benefit from these services. However, Adam was very professional, provided a competitive quote, and had some work flexibility. So I would call him again if something changes for us. Definitely check him out! read more

Adam is the best lawn service contractor ever!!!! He met us for a free quote to do overall clean up of beds, weeding, mulching and planting plus the dreaded job of getting up all the acorns! Adam and his entire crew went above and beyond our expectations. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable, He's a super good guy...honest and polite too. We are so happy that we found him and will only use Adam in the future. I wish there were more than 5 stars because he deserves at least 10! Thank you Adam!! Great job done! read more

Looking for someone to spruce up your flower bed or garden? Or take care of your lawn needs? Or have some of the trees on your property trimmed? Adam is your guy. While I cannot give a specific review on the two latter services, Adam offered my husband and I fantastic deal on all three, we just weren't in a position to up our budget. That being said, Adam is friendly, professional and willing to work with you and give you options if you are on a budget. I contacted him thru Yelp and he came out, same day, to give me a quote. He then came out a few days later, on a Saturday, and got the job done. I found his pricing to bcompetitive and honest. We will be using him for any future lawn care or landscaping needs and I would highly recommend him to any of my friends and family (in fact we already have)! Thanks, Adam! Update... Tree Service: Friday 1/17/2020 I wanted to update this review because my husband and I were in desperate need of getting our trees trimmed and branches removed that were incredibly low. I contacted Adam for this job because I had such a great experience with him in the past and AGAIN we are so happy with his work. He responds so quickly, quotes fair prices and he is so knowledgeable. He came out the next day and did the job, even in some nasty weather. Because it was raining, he had to come back on a different (dry) day to seal off the areas where they removed branches. I mention this because I had informed him that my grandparents were needing someone to come out and tend to their trees as well and by the time he returned to my house to seal the trees the following Tuesday, he had already taken care of my grandparents! Him and his team are the best and I will continue to use his services in the future, as well as recommend him to more friends and family. *Side note: Adam and his team remove and haul away everything that's taken off of the trees as a part of their service. read more

QUALITY WORK! Our dogs messed up our yard pretty bad by tearing up the grass and creating a mud pit. Adam and his team did a wonderful job fixing it up. He listened to what we wanted and helped us decide what would be best for our situation. They finished it in one day and it was so much better than we envisioned! They went above and beyond to exceed our expectations. All for a great price! When we went out and did the walk-through at the end we could tell he takes pride in doing only high-quality work and keeping his customers happy. We are just thrilled with the beautiful work and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for this type of service! read more

My wife and I really needed some lawn care help but didn't want to break the bank. Adam is local in North Austin so he came right over to our house and talked us through everything we needed to have a healthy lawn. He gave us reasonable quotes on everything (this guy does it all!!) and we were able to choose what services we wanted which we definitely appreciated. Adam and his team were on time, very professional and did a fantastic job on our yard in just a few hours. They mowed and edged everywhere, trimmed our bushes, picked up and removed all of the leaves on the ground, and laid down soil to help the grass grow. Our yard looks so much better already! Plus once the soil takes, he's going to come back and treat and remove our weeds. This guy knows his stuff - he does tree trimming, power washing, and mulching which we might have him do in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! read more

I called several companies and Adam communicated well, came out right away, listened to what I was looking for, made recommendations, and immediately gave me a price and started the next day. Adam answered my request for a bid promptly. He came and walked through the work I wanted done and provided a fair bid. His team started their work within a couple of days and did a beautiful job cleaning up our yard and getting it ready for the winter. I wish I had taken a before picture so I could share how fantastic our yard looked after the team spent the day cleaning it up and cutting it back. I will definitely call again in the spring. My neighbors have already asked me what company did our yard and we happily shared Adam's information. They left everything clean and manicured. Great work and very thorough. read more

I hired them to do the tree thinning and trimming job, without a professional bid invoice. My bad.... He was going to get a bigger bid in April for a yard complete facelift if the tree job was just good( he also backed out of the April job, after the tree job debacle , not that I would have given it to him anyway after the fact).... I had talked to Adam enough,I thought,to trust them with the tree job anyway. Also, my bad . They worked very fast at the job to make a 1 1/2 day job a one day job. I made the mistake of paying them at lunch time in full. They did not finish the job. Left two tree stumps above ground when we agreed that they would be grinded several inches below ground. Clean up job left a lot to be desired also. I picked up a lot of Limbs and sticks long after they left. He refused and ignored me when I almost begged them to come back and finish the job on the stumps. Have not heard from them since. I would not recommend them. Not professional enough at all. read more

Was drawn to them due to the positive reviews but after our experience can definitely relate to the negative ones. We've been looking for some lawn care and reached out and Adam replied with a date and time to come check things out. He then called a day later and asked if he had already come to our house. How do you not remember or have it documented when your jobs are scheduled? We said no he hadn't come and was due to come the following week. He never showed-no call, no text-nothing. Not that we were surprised based on him not knowing if he had already come. Reached out with no response. Completely unprofessional especially since there was a commercial opportunity had he done a good job. read more

Very responsive. They did a very thorough leaf clean up and we're reasonably priced.

We contacted Adam about a small "spruce up" job at our house we are about to try to sell. He was very quick to reply, but the communication was very difficult. It took a while to coordinate him to come by, but he was available quickly. When he arrived, it took a bit to feel like he understood what we were wanting, and the quote we were given was off the top of his head. (Also, don't bother asking for opinion or recommendations here.) When I followed up to see if he could re-quote the job without one component, the quote was HIGHER than the original. Clearly the pricing is arbitrary. Ultimately we did go with Adam, mostly because we did not want to try to price the job around and he was able to get us on the schedule quickly. Overall, I'd say Adam's Lawn Service does not have a lot of professionalism, BUT his crew seriously saved this review. They were FANTASTIC. Very timely, quick, cleaned up after their work, and did a thorough job. Really appreciate the quality of work, but communication left a lot to be desired. I'd hire again for basic jobs that are easy to communicate and you know exactly what you want done. read more
