I attended the Cornwall Street location on Thursday January 8th 2026 @ About 4:30pm Usually, Triple O burgers are very good but this was not the case at this location and the service was extremely poor. I asked for a triple O burger with cheese & extra triple O sauce, and I also ordered a bacon cheeseburger and two small fries. I ensured by asking again if the Triple O burger had cheese and was assured it did. When. I got home there was no cheese on my burger nor extra sauce. My burger was also burnt not overcooked but actually burnt While I was about to pay for my order I also had to get the staff to remove the onion rings they placed on my order which I did not order. I won't be returning to this location as I felt like I was imposing on the staff member who seemed to be preoccupied with her cell phone. I felt like I blended in the crowd and could have been anywhere in Asia. They make their own bread with "fresh local milk, butter, eggs and 100% Canadian wheat." Well, I am not sure why I still eat burgers in BC, but my fries were old and the container was only 3/4 full. I didn't ask for more, as quite frankly, I didn't need them. The counter girls are still nice, but whatever. They ration their ketchup, to two per person, so whatever. I don't need too much of that either. (Come to think of it, are they trying to tell me something here???) It's still my go to place for something fast, but the parking in this complex sucks, esp. since now it's getting warmer and everyone wants to sit outside on the patios at Siegel's and SB. Come to think of it, I would suggest visiting either of those places, instead, except for the fact that in addition to the lack of parking spots, cabs will enter the complex and sit in the driveway. This is a popular branch of Triple Os, likely due to it's location on a popular transit route, near the beach, and in an area densely populated by university students. Service is friendly and quick and there is both inside and outside seating to grab a quick burger. I am a fan of the bacon cheddar burger by Triple Os, although I try not to eat here too often for obvious reasons. Still, it definitely hits the spot if you are feeling hungry and lazy. read more

I enjoy their breakfast sandwich here (which they only serve until 11am). One day, I came in at 11:05, the place was empty & they said they couldn't make one for me because it was past 11. When I asked why, they said because they change the temperature of the grill to make burgers. Ok fine, but then I noticed one of the burgers on their menu had a fried egg on it. Been ordering UberEats from Triple Os quite frequently. The burgers are surprisingly good and the poutine is excellent. The cheese curds for the poutines are squeaky as it should be... good cheese curds that they add very liberally. The fries is well suited for poutine retaining it's crunch; self cut potatoes, double fried it seems. Overall, rather impressed with the quality of their bacon cheese burgers and poutine! I'm a big fan of Triple O's. Their Spicy Ultimate Crunches are one of my favourite fast food items of all time. This particular Triple O's is particularly good. The burgers seemed better spiced, the fries seemed better salted, and even the pop tasted sweeter. Excellent food quality. The best burgers out of all white spots at least in the Lower Mainland. Customer service is very good also and most of all this place is CLEAN. Any of you remember the one on Thurlow before? That place was a freakin disgrace. Let's not mention the one at Bentall Centre. Anyways everything here is more than great and I will always be a loyal customer to this location but the only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is because of the parking situation especially now that the geniuses who call themselves Vision Vancouver have decided to put bike lanes all over the city.
