takeout counter with a few tables inside the gas station. service was friendly and relatively quick. food was fresh. free parking was easy out front. Why 3 stars then? food just isnt good. I used to love white spot burgers as a kid. But then my value and quality standards have changed. Benchmark for best value burgers? Easily In-n-out. Granted, you cant get that in Vancouver, but thats my benchmark and this falls short, massively. Both in quality, and in price and value. For the price they're charging, you can definitely get better burgers around town. I had a classic cheeseburger combo. Bun:filling ratio was way off. Way too much bun, and the bun itself was too bready. Meat was very average, tasted like a typical frozen patty cooked on a flattop. Sauce lacked flavor. not sure it was anything more than mayo. It was so bland. veg was fresh though. Cant complain about that. I used to love their thick-cut fries but this time they were on the soggy side. Ive come once before recently as well and got their daily special, spicy chicken sandwich (but it was called something else). Basically tasted like an overcooked McChicken that was too dry and not nearly enough sauce. And too much bread again. So no, i do not recommend Triple-O's if you want a good burger. Especially not at their prices. They get 3 stars for having passable food and being nice. And the biggest farce was giving me paper straws because the city doesnt allow single use plastics. Except all their drink cups are 100% clear plastic. Mind you, Im not deducting any stars for this. Just an observation. read more

Helpful tip - if you download the official Triple O's app and order for pick up, you bypass all the crazy delivery fees (eg: Uber eats fees were super high!). It was quick and painless, we ordered 2 meals (burger with fries and drinks), and when I looked at the receipt afterwards, we got 1 meal at a discount because we used the app. Awesome! There's even an option to add on extra triple O's sauce to your order (duh, who wants in on the sauce game!). This location is the same building as the Chevron and I've actually passed by many times without realizing there was a Triple O's next to it. Anyway, if you're craving a classic burger and fries, this place can't do you wrong. Go for it! I like the service, manager, food and the outside patio. Albeit, on a main highway, but it just made my day. Food was good, their milkshakes are to die for, hand made, real ice cream, but almost 10 dollars. Wow. Prices are sure going up, thanks to our government. I've had their BLT, but like the soft bun compared to their Ciabatta bread, easier on the teeth and stomach to digest. We saw the signs saying Tasty way to start your day... not so much. We went in and stood at the counter waiting for service the server was actually at the counter doing things didn't work up didn't acknowledge us didn't say will just be a minute. In fact she acted like we didn't exist and it was incredibly rude. We waited for eight minutes well she puttered around at the front counter not saying a word to us. There were other people in the restaurant waiting. They actually commented I can't believe she isn't acknowledging that you guys are here. I don't want to over exaggerate this woman was literally behind plastic less than a foot away from us for eight minutes and completely ignored our existence until one of the other patrons said I can't believe you guys are still here I would've left by now. Which we did promptly after. This woman is terrible at her job and should not be working behind any counter where she needs to interact with customers. All the people behind us in line left as well. 5 customers including myself walked out of your establishment due to this lady. read more

Being close to home, I usually come to this location for my Tuesday burger deal. However, I decided to try their poutine today. Unfortunately, not a winner in my poutine journals. While the fries looked tasty (it was ok) and the gravy appealing, the curds were a fail. Even though I ordered take out and waited to eat it when I got home, not one curd had melted. It was a sad day as I really like my curds melted and stretchy. Oh well, I can say I've tried it and will probably never order the poutine again from the Spot. We just have so many other options when it comes to good poutine in the city. I'm still willing to try the garlic parmesan fries though. McDonald's had an amazing short promo version at Christmas, and I want to compare the two. read more

The Tuesday Triple O special is tops, though I rarely get the combo because I don't like the fries. As for the other stuff... I didn't care for the breakfast sandwiches. They use the same bun as their burgers which overwhelms the filling. The fish n chips is decent for a fast food outlet. read more

First time trying a burger in Canada. I have to say this place has amazing burgers. I ordered the chipotle bacon cheeseburger with the garlic cheese fries along with a veggie burger and a regular burger with cheese and two sides of sweet potatoe fries. The meat was cooked just right with the right amount of seasoning, the bread buns were perfectly soft and the fries were crispy on the outside and perfectly hot and soft on the inside. The food was outstanding. I look forward to coming back to Canada one day in the near future and coming by for a burger. read more

We don't go there often, but the service is always very good. Today we placed a confusing order and we were tired so it was mostly our fault that it was messed up. I stop by here for breakfast maybe once or twice per month. I've always liked their Original Sunny Start. They use decent enough ingredients and it simply tastes better than what I get at McD's for breakfast. The hashbrowns are ok. Not bad but I liked it better when you got 3 mini-hashbrowns instead of 1 big one like they do now. It's a simple sort of place. Get in, eat, get out. They rarely screw things up but are always willing to make things right if they do. read more

This place is amazing, especially considering that it shares a space with a gas station. We get the Original burger with onion rings and it is the best we've had at any White Spot or Triple O's. Really fresh and yummy! They even have tables, booths and a fireplace. It looks like a little diner and the burgers are awesome! read more
