    Smashville truffle fries and beer
    Clumsy W.

happy hours are hit and miss in Vancouver This one is so so...truffle fries were half crisp and soggy . Smashville burger was good except for some reason one end of the patty was super salty, must have dumped too much on one side during cooking? For the price it's ok but not spectacular

We checked out Happy Hour (3 to 5pm) and it was great. Our server recommended the extra patty and it was delicious. We had to get a bunch of sides to complement our meal! [[HIGHLIGHT]]We sat in the booth and enjoyed our meal.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Happy Hour menu price is worth it.

Big selection of delicious burgers. Nice lighting and chill atmosphere. I can't remember his name but the Colombian waiter was very friendly and attentive. Even spoke to us in Spanish when he realized we were speaking Spanish. The big spenny made with wagyu beef was very tender and tasty. I got it with a side of fries and the truffle aioli that the waiter recommended - great choice! The Kentucky Bourbon Blackberry Peach Iced Tea was quite sweet but still yummy.

Red onion rings are fried to perfection with fantastic balance of batter and crunch. The bison burner was good but was expecting a bit more kick to it. The best part is that burgers are 50% off after 9pm with a purchase of a drink. A steal in Vancouver. Service is prompt. The onion rings came out within 5mins. Busy after 9pm due to the deal but it wasn't too loud. Lots of street parking too.

When you're looking for a great burger... look no further! I truly love burgers and it's in contention for my favourite food. We started off first with their tuna tataki because... why not? Let's get some more protein. Quite good and loved the ponzu and green onions along with their sriracha cilantro sauce. I had their bison burger which was fantastic! Their jalapeño aioli along with their house made sauce & crispy onions were fantastic! And if you're going low carb, their lettuce wrap is quite delicious. Same beef + different wrap = deliciousness. Can't wait until I come back again!

Bin 4 burger has a great selection of burgers and is served with a satisfying amount of fries. We ordered: Bin 19 - "The Big Dipper" $22.25 Bin 96 - "The Bison Burner" $21.25 Bin 9 - "Big Spenny" $21.25 You also get to choose from one of the following dips as your side sauce: curry aioli, bacon aioli, roasted garlic aioli, chipotle aioli, truffle aioli, roasted jalapeno aioli, Bin 4 burger sauce, lime & tomatillo hot sauce, vegan red pepper garlic aioli, sriracha cilantro aioli Food 4.5/5 Service 4/4 Parking 3/5

My friend and I wanted to try something new and so we came here for dinner. They had quite a selection of burgers and vegan burgers. Bonus, that you can switch from a bun to a lettuce stack for free. All burgers came with sides such as fries and salad. There was also a choice of dip. I went with the mushroom burger which had a generous portion of mushroom. The spiced fries tasted great with the truffle aioli. The only drawback was the takeout. I came back a week later to do a take-out and was very disappointed. The price was the same but compared to dine in, the portion of the ahi tuna was very small. I was hoping for more consistency.

Do not order the tofu burger. It's just fried tofu nothing special. I was expecting ground filling to get the hamburger feel but was disappointed when I was served 4 slices of fried tofu and buns. The yam fries was good. Service was okay.

We came during happy hour on a Thursday and it wasn't very full inside. We got a seat right away. We ordered the onion rings, Deep fried pickles and the bin dirty bourbon burger to share. We got 4 sauces as they each come with sauce. We got the bacon aioli, chipotle aioli, roasted jalapeno aioli and the curry aioli. The chipotle and the roasted jalapeno aoili was our favourite. The deep fried pickles were crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The onion rings were huge and breaded lightly. Fried to perfection. The dirty bourbon burger was heavy and half is definitely enough to make you full. The onion ring on the inside didn't add anything texturally as it got lost in the pork and chorizo. The fries soaked up a bit too much of the oil but other than that they were pretty decent. Overall I would come back and share another burger. It was enough for 2 meals. The servers were also really friendly and paid close attention to details

One line review: Very good! We went for 'Late Night Bin 4' -- a sort of happy hour with some reduce prices. We were glad we did. We ordered: - Mint lemonade - Ginger beer (Cock and Bull, a personal favourite) - Bin 4 house salad (We split a small, which was adequate for two, since we also had the burgers.) - Black and blue burger (upgraded to half pound, fries) - Bison burner burger (with onion rings) - Sauces: lime tomatillo, Piri Piri (both too sweet, not hot) The burgers, which were the main event, were quite satisfying. The greeting was slightly off putting. They put us on a wait list, though most tables were not occupied, so it should have been clear that we would definitely get seated soon. We went for a walk to wait to be called. As expected, it didn't take super long. Why we went through all that is a little mystifying, but it worked out okay. The table service was excellent. The value for their late night deal is excellent -- always appreciated. We found free parking in the neighborhood; otherwise, park at meters on Granville or nearby. Bottom line: This was good, and we'd gladly do it again.

Holy Mole w/ Tofu on Lettuce Stack
    Dana S.

They have a late night special where burgers are 50% off with purchase of any drink for seatings after 9pm. The operative word is seatings - it doesn't apply to a burger you order after 9 if you've been there since 8). Best to get there a few minutes before 9 and let them know you want to get on the late night list. I came here with some friends to take advantage of this. We came on a Sunday night and there was plenty of space, but apparently this is not usually the case, so we arrived at 8:45 to be safe. The burger meals are very customizable: there are tons of menu options with different meats or vegetarian/vegan options and different toppings, you can choose between the burger on a bun or on lettuce, fries or salad as a side, and choice of dipping sauce. Lots of substitutions can be made for free, like you can change out any of the meat patties for tofu or swap some of the cheeses, and things like additional toppings, GF buns, or different sides are available for a charge. The variety and openness to substitutions is really impressive. I got the Holy Mole burger (May special) with tofu instead of chicken, and I'd eaten a lot during the day and wasn't feeling a big meal, I got it on the lettuce stack. I expected it to be a situation where big pieces of lettuce acted as a bun that you could use to pick up the "burger" and eat it, but it was actually served as the patty and toppings served over a bed of lettuce, like a salad, which was funny since I also got the side salad. It wasn't anything special, but was a solid meal that satisfied what I needed at the time. The house mole sauce was good for a non-Mexican restaurant, the vegetables were all fresh enough, and there was a good amount of tofu. On a bun it would be excellent. The side salad was very basic but there was nothing wrong it. Even though what I got was just a big salad, it was an amazing deal at the half off price (only $10!), and the same meal on the burger bun would have been worth the full price. I really want to come back with an appetite and get a proper burger, and will probably up my rating. The drink menu is also very extensive. There's a good beer selection, wine, and plenty of specialty cocktails and mocktails. I had the Lum Rum Mai Tai - a nonalcoholic mai tai. I was pretty impressed with the taste of the nonalcoholic Lum Rum, I just wished the drink had been made stronger. It was a long wait for the burgers to come out. Even though the restaurant didn't look busy, maybe it was because they got an influx of orders with the late night crowd. Nothing else to remark on about the service.
