This restaurant is inside the convenience store of a gas station. There are a few nice booths and several stools by a table looking out the front window. The space is always neat and very clean. Service has always been friendly and fast. And the hamburgers and chicken burgers are some of the best fast food around. The bacon cheeseburger was over done and dry. Got it for my wife because she hadn't tried Triple O's before unfortunately it wasn't good, so much for that. I had a good experience there before. Fish burger was good. if you over do your burger start over. read more

I saw a new outlet in my area, checked the reviews, and thought I'd try it. I ordered the Tuesday special, a single burger, and got sweet potato fries and a root beer combo. The server was in training so I won't knock her but communication was not easy. About 8 minutes later another server called my name, handed me a burger, and said "Thank you." I said, "I ordered fries and a root beer too." I was then given the fries and after checking with the first server, a cup and lid but I was not offered a bag. I was expecting a much bigger burger for the price. It was about the size of a single Wendy's burger. To me, the burger lacked flavor and was mediocre at best. The fries were soggy like the way they come out of an air fryer. The root beer was standard but the plastic lid for the cup was so thin it didn't fit right on the cup. In my opinion, Burger King is still the best bang for the buck, and flame-broiled beats pan-fried any day. Needless to say, I won't be a return customer. read more

I'm actually pretty happy that this place is on the other side of the city from me. It's too pricey to be going to all the time, but definitely worth it. You don't expect such good quality from a place attached to a gas station, but they definitely maintain the standards of the the Triple O's brand. In addition to their delicious burgers, we recently discovered that they do a really great breakfast as well. There's quite a wide selection on their menu and everything we tried was really tasty. Our drinks were straight syrup. when we explained they needed to change the bottle for the pop machine she just gave us a new flat pop. When paying 40.00 for two burgers and fries you expect better! I grew up in Vancouver, so Triple O's is a staple -- whether it is getting your favorite burger at White Spot, or getting several at the Triple O's at the Giants game when they were in the Pacific Coliseum. After moving to Alberta, I thought I wouldn't see any more Double Double burgers. It is attached to a gas station / convenience store, but what a blast of nostalgia. It's more expensive than McDonald's or Wendy's, but judging by the lines in the drive-thru, people are more than willing to queue for it. But one thing special for us, is that we are a family of three (me, my wife and a toddler) and there is always one employee that goes all out for us. I don't know her name, but she is a young, short, brown lady that often works the register during the week. Sorry for being descriptive, but I'm hoping her supervisors attribute this review to her. We come to Triple O's maybe once or twice a month but there isn't a time that we see her that she doesn't look after us. It's not just bringing our tray out, but asking if there is anything she can add for the baby, coming out and checking on us and just being a pleasure. We were there a couple weeks back and a hobo lady walked in and was loitering at the counter and this worker was so professional even though I know it was trying her patience to list everything on the menu with how much it would cost. Anyways, we love the food, don't love the prices but it is worth it, and this young lady needs to get paid more. All the staff are nice, it seems like it isn't a bad place to work. I recently ate at the Triple O on 111 Avenue and 156 street. I was shocked at the price of the meal. It was 19.99 for a regular burger, fries and a drink. In this economy, that's outrageous. There is a restaurant that I go to where I can get a steak, potatoes and vegetables for the same price. And another place I support frequently thst have great seafood pasta meals for 2$ more than a Triple O burger. There are places that offer 2 meals for less than one of yours, so good luck but i think the fact that I was the only one there tells the story. Good luck but I won't be back. read more

I'd visited Triple O's in other provinces and so I was pretty excited when I saw one had opened close to home. They're a bit pricy for fast-food but so much better than places like McDonald's or Burger King. As a vegetarian, I was also excited to see they had added the Impossible burger to their menu, complete with a classic "pickle on top". The first time I visited, they had only been open a couple weeks and you could definitely tell they were still finding their groove. There were only a couple cars ahead of me in the drive-thru but it took quite a long time to get to my turn. After ordering, I had to wait yet again. I'm used to doing that when ordering veggie burgers as they don't always have them hot and ready but I was waiting quite awhile. When the food was finally ready, two teenagers brought it out to my car, apologizing profusely. They were both very sweet and I reassured them I didn't mind. The food itself was great. I love the option of getting fried pickles and onion rings as my sides rather than french fries and you can't go wrong with a classic veggie burger. Triple O's is definitely worth the splurge if you have a fast-food craving. read more

Great substitute for our lost last White Spot Restaurant. I just about had a heart attack and drove off the road when I saw this restaurant on the way to another store. As a former BC resident, We were devastated when the last White Spot Restaurant in Alberta closed just south of the city. I've been saving this for a special day, so got my family in the car and didn't tell them where we were going, even after repeated questioning. Being near the industrial area, it was a bit confusing for them and they didn't clue into what it was when we were waiting at the traffic light right in front of it. I got to turn in and say to them at the drive thru board, "Who wants a Monty Mushroom burger or BC Burger?". They were still confused, Yes Triple O's is the White Spot Restaurant's burger shop restaurant! We ordered such, it was around 6 pm and we had to wait about 15 minutes for our order. But this was expected. This is not fast fast food, this is quality fast food. Popped the bags into the thermal bag and headed home to eat. I see that they do have a sit-in restaurant, maybe next time. Anyway, the taste... EVERYTHING I had hoped! Dang they were so good and everything I expected from White Spot quality. And with 2 combos and 2 individual burgers our young family was stuffed full! Best of all, this place is actually closer than the full service restaurant, so happy about that. Thank you thank you. For 19.00, I definitely expected a lot more. For fast food, the 23 minute wait in a drive thru was unacceptable then to get home a 8 minute drive away, I found 13 French fries covered in a Cajun sauce, and they definitely weren't Fresh (yes I counted them), they where so hard, I just tossed them out. The burger was the Mushroom burger, WITH NO TOMATO'S or that's what I asked for and instead they didn't listen... not only did I get Tomato's but I think I was given 4 extra slices... 6 slices in total on my burger -_- that's definitely not a way to get customers. Let's talk about the burger, FROZEN FRESH IS NOT A THING! It's cardboard... hard it actually taps on the table.. it's a super thin hockey puck.. I will definitely think twice before stopping here again. read more
