Came here for their 25 years celebration. They had the Triple O original burger for $3.49 on the day. Their burgers were tastier than many places. It is very simple and basic but hey simple and basic sometimes are the best. Triple O is basically the fast food joint of White Spot (which is located within 3 mins drive from this location). There are parking on site and as well they do have drive through available. One con about Triple O regardless if they have a special or not is that it does take a while for them to prepare the burgers or whatever you ordered. They are not like other fast food joint where they have a grill belt where they can just throw some paddy in and it cook itself. Everything was made fresh. The only thing I have to say is that their burgers is tasty but definitely not wow. I also ordered a milkshake when I was there. $6.99 for a regular strawberry milkshake. It was tasty but again it was pretty standard. It is definitely better than many of their competitors' milkshakes.

Had a long day with work and then a 2 hour strata meeting right after. Felt like treating myself so decided to grab dinner from Triple O's using a gift card I won from there. It was a Tuesday so I ordered their Original burger ($4.99), onion rings, and a regular strawberry milkshake. Altogether it came to just under $17. The restaurant was nice and clean and I contemplated eating there but decided to take it home so I could eat and relax. Once I got in the car, I ate a fresh onion ring and it was so good and satisfying! I mean, onions are a vegetable right? I rarely eat fast food so was stuffed eating the burger and onion rings. I think the strawberry milkshake did me in as I was unable to finish it, despite how delicious it was. Fresh, fast, and delicious from Triple O's. The onion rings are a must!

Triple I came here for a quick meal for the first time. Ordered the fish and chips along with side order of yam fries. The fish batter was a bit too crunchy and overcooked batter. Both fries were tasty. Too full to order a milkshake but will next time. They use local ice cream made by Island Farms. There's drive thru and an area for dine-in. Take note of their $4.99 burger special on Tuesdays. They have a good assortment of burgers and fries for all types of diners. Reasonable add-on prices. Located across from Wendy's next to Chevron gas on south side of Kingsway.

I used to work near this place but somehow I never popped in for a meal. I finally went in on a Tuesday just to get the legendary burger which was on promotion. As you could read from other Yelpers' reviews, it was no longer a very good deal now. The burger was nice but pretty much the same as any other White Spot or Triple-O's. Likewise for the strawberry milkshake. The place is not very big and the parking lot is quite small. I guess they serve more customers who are doing the drive-thru. Overall, it is quite a convenient location along Kingsway.

Went to get a burger for lunch today and the Triple O's in Burnaby on Kingsway gets one star for having nice staff. Everything else about the place wasn't great. Walked in before noon and there were several people clustered around the order counter. I wasn't sure where the line was at first to get to the counter to order because no one was help direct folks coming in the door. Watching the staff while waiting in line it seemed like chaos in the kitchen. No one was taking new orders because everyone was trying to put together bags of food. There was NO system in place which you would think would be operations 101 for a burger joint, one person taking counter orders and putting food together only when there is no one else in line, one person taking care of the drive through and the remain 2-3 staff putting together the orders. Finally got to the counter and ordered a bacon cheddar burger, no lettuce or tomato with the regular patty (not the larger one), no combo. When the gal told me the total for my burger was $11.85 I was a bit shocked. I confirmed with her that was the price for the burger alone and yup it sure was. Considering the combo that includes fries and a drink was advertised at $11 and change I thought the burger alone would at least be somewhat less than what I paid. Got back to work and opened the burger packaging and found a very sad looking burger that had a patty that was way over cooked as the edges were black and tasted like it had been sitting on the warmer too long. Definitely NOT worth almost $12. Summary: unorganized kitchen, high prices and poor quality food. Definitely won't EVER go back to Triple O's.

Decent quality, but honestly nothing really stuck out, especially for the price. This place isn't cheap. Maybe I'll try another dish at some point.

It is also a fantastic spot to work if you wanna have a café setting because their pastries and bake goods are absolutely fantastic. In fact last year for Christmas, we bought one of their Christmas cake options which proved to be super popular with the family. What I love about this location is the decor. On one side it is a simple industrial warehouse. But it has that post modern feel with all of the live plants. The live plants is what I love and the tall ceiling for the plants to fully grow. Though if they are looking for something else, which could really bring this to the top, it would be to have a fish tank. A fish and or water feature around the massive plant island in the middle of the dinning area would be chefs kiss. Of course, what about the food? From here, I find the food here is excellent. Sometimes the flavour combinations are a little weird. But that's typical for the Vancouver foodie scene. Vancouver food scene is a fusion hybrid of local ingredients mixed with traditions from cultures from other places around the world. But the bottom line is the portions are a good size. The platters in particular are large and would feed a very hungry person. You definitely get your moneys worth. You don't get much table service once you are done with your order. But that is all right because of it size and volume for the amount of people who come through. I am totally happy with the self serve station, which could be enhanced and the large setting with all of the very mature plants. If I would offer advice to anyone it would be this. If you are going to be there on the weekend arrive before 9 AM. People start lining up at 10 to 15 minutes before the store officially opens. Plus I find is easier to take the street parking rather than playing with Faith trying to back out with customers who are not paying attention.

The fruit was actually a good portion and decent selection of blueberries, strawberries, banana and grapes. A couple of very small overripe pieces of kiwi were thrown in but I've seen worse for a kids meal. Food came out after a short wait. Missing from the plates was butter for the toast and waffles, so I'm not sure if they don't usually provide it or they forgot it. The over-easy eggs were more over-medium and the potatoes tasted a bit off to me, but I was full anyway, so I just left them. The restaurant was a bit cold so we ate with our coats on for most of the time. Would be nice if they raised the temperature by 1-2 degrees so it's more comfortable on colder days. Service was mostly ok but our server asked us when we were still halfway through our meals if we wanted anything else and when we said we were good, she did not come back until we flagged her down for the bill. Maybe she was new, but servers should still check on customers for refills of coffee, hot water for tea, etc. Coffee is $3.25 and I did not get a refill due to the disappearing server, so it was quite pricey for one small cup. The meals were ok but for the price, I'd sooner go elsewhere for a better overall experience.

Included is a Summer Corn salad, choice of entree, and daily dessert. I made a reservation for my Mom and I for Wednesday evening at 7pm and the restaurant was quite empty though golf course was buzzing. Pro tip: There is free parking in front of the restaurant but it's also for the golf course and is pretty busy even on a Wednesday after 7pm so plan accordingly as street parking is a bit far away. We ordered the mussels as an additional appetizer in white wine broth and also each ordered the $45 menu. We both selected the Oven Roasted Beef Striploin and for dessert there was a choice of cheesecake with caramel sauce, cinnamon cheesecake, and black forest cake. My Mom chose the black forest cake and I ordered the cinnamon cheesecake. The mussels appetizer dish was quite generous in quantity for $23 and mussels were a good size. Served with 2 slices of toast, the white wine sauce was more watery than other places but still decent. For the $45 course, the Summer Corn salad comes with artisan greens, feta, carrot, radish, tomato, red onion, orange vinaigrette. This was a refreshing light start to the meal and we both really enjoyed it. For the slow roasted beef striploin, it was served with asparagus and bell peppers, mash potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, and a red wine demi. The beef striploin was lean but not tough and was super trendy and juicy. Yorkshire pudding, which I'm usually not a fan of, was really warm and soft. Overall, a really solid dish that was generous in portion. Dessert was also solid for both the cinnamon cheesecake and black forest cake. We barely finished the dessert and both of us had leftovers of our entree to take home as we couldn't finish our food. Great value for a 3 course $45 meal for today's economy and the service was really friendly and warm.

The restaurant itself is moderately sized, but they were able to accommodate our party of 12. Restaurant was very dimly lit; most of the light was coming from the setting sun. The menu had as many choices as a typical White Spot. Prices were reasonable, but entrees could be upgraded which could cause prices to escalate if you weren't prudent. For example, I ordered the steak but got the lobster upgrade which raised the price by 30%. And, it was the lower-grade Caribbean lobster instead of the much juicier Atlantic lobster. It took a long time for the food to begin arriving. But, we did have a larger party that night. But, after a long wait, all our food arrived almost all at once. Presentation was good, and portion size was adequate. My steak was medium rare even though I had requested rare. Everyone else seemed to enjoy their meals, and a few were unable to finish their food. Service was only okay. If they weren't taking your order or delivering your food, you didn't see much of the staff. And, the restaurant wasn't exactly busy either. We did ask a server to take a group photo of our table, and they happily obliged. I'd skip the round of golf and go straight to the restaurant.
