Great service but our food was lacking. Been many times and usually great. We went at a quiet time and we got the triple snack and one of the bites was a huge pickled head of cauliflower which is just a weird thing to share and no one touched and took up most of the plate as seen in picture. Our prime French dip sandwich which i have ordered 3x before and always love unfortunately csme out and was mostly fat with barely any meat and lukewarm. So it was mostly bread with not much actual meat. The Fries were good. Again can't say enough great things about the service but the food was lacking.

Went for breakfast on Sunday ...had 11AM reservations...seated immediately. Room has horse atmosphere with riding equipment & pix. Instead of brunch buffet , we ordered off menu... Waitress was informative & came back during mael few times to check on us plus refill my coffee 3 times ! She ordered chili which waitress recommended...I had eggs over hard but came still runny..side order bacon as nice and crispy. Child ordered pancake which was fluffy & huge ! All enjoyed our late breakfast Manger came back & offered a tour after finishing our delicious meal. The issue was with bill.. READ TOP OF MENU VERY CAREFULLY we told Samantha not going with buffet & order off menu. The top states $30 but with buffet $42 We told her no buffet Charged $42 for a cup of chili Charged $42 for a pancake Fortunately....mine was only Eggs..$5 Bagel.. $5 Bacon...$7 I called manager but no refund

We went here for brunch. The food is good. Its a little pricey but the service was nice. Its a cool atmosphere and it decent size servings. They have oat milk if you want non-dairy milk for your coffee or latte. The one thing I am disappointed about is that we asked the waitress if we can skip the buffet and just buy the entree and the waitress said yes, no problem. It wasnt until we got home that I looked at the bill and realized that she charged up for the buffet & entree. So either she made a mistake and we were overcharged or we couldnt just buy an entree but she said we could and just charged us for both.

Stopped by for an after-work drink. That's no happy hour pricing and it's pricey. But the service is top notch and I got to visit with two German ladies here for work. My gin & tonic was very tasty. Served in a Bordeaux glass w/a ton of garnishes and house-made tonic. $18. I'll go back for dessert and drinks b/c the ambiance is great.

Gorgeous horse-themed elevated dining experience in the Radnor Hotel. Fabulous ambience. Comfortable seating. Excellent service. Amazing since it just opened. Very welcome and long overdue for this area. Had the short rib Wellington, crab cakes, heirloom tomato & onion salad and banana cream pie trifle. Also tried friend's clam chowder, branzino, potato puree and duck fat fries. EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT! May seem a bit expensive for your average diner but portions are large and can easily be two meals.

We really enjoyed our visit at Triple Crown! The staff were very kind and knowledgeable on the menu, and great with suggestions when I couldn't decide what to try. We also really enjoyed the decor of the restaurant and its overall aesthetic. Food-wise, the appetizers were hit or miss. The oysters were just okay (not necessarily something you want with raw oysters), and the Caesar was pretty bland. The steak tartar was good though, and the toast it came with was delicious. We really appreciate that they split one order of the salad between two plates so we didn't have to keep trading the plate back and forth. They also did this for our main which we decided to split which was really appreciated! For that, we did the Prime French dip, which was really good. I think the overwhelming favorite was surprisingly the rosemary duck fat fries which came as our side. For dessert we got the chocolate ricotta cake, which was so delicious and decadent. We ended up taking it home because it was so rich that we couldn't finish it in one sitting. The cocktails were also great. I'm typically not a huge fan of the Fearless restaurant group, as I find that the food quality isn't always the best, but I would recommend trying this one out, at least for a nightcap and a dessert!

First time eating at Triple Crown and it did not disappoint. We had Saturday night reservations, the place was lively, old world sophistication, brightly lit, and cozy. Our server was friendly & quick to greet us. We ordered the Crab cakes and the Prime French Dip with Au jus and horseradish. The Crab cakes were the best ones I have had. The breading was very light, crabmeat was fresh tasty and not dry. It was delicious. The French Dip was a generous size portion of beef and bread in perfect temperature. It was very satisfying. Highly recommend this place and we will come back!

Weekend dinner so place was packed. Staff were excellent on a personal level but restaurant understaffed. Service a bit delayed. Cocktails were pretty good, standard fancy mixed drinks. Shared a Caesar salad that was 5 star. My prime rib was a solid 4.5. Shrimp salad was solid as well.

Amazing new restaurant in the Radnor Hotel. Ambiance is incredible and food was so good! Loved the tuna tartare and scallop ceviche.

This is all from the buffet!

Very busy house on a Saturday night and oddly but graciously quieter than many steakhouse environs. Service is good, as should be expected with this type of "pricier" option. If nitpicking, a side dish of Brussels sprouts delivered later than all entrees. Plates for "finished" diners cleared before all diners were through, which is understandable but not practiced in some higher end places. Steaks are truly cooked to requested temperatures, medium, medium rare, perfect and not as common as portrayed. The octopus appetizer is really well done. The halibut special was presented nicely and was delicate and flavorful all at once. Our server apparently makes the cappuccino herself and was quite proud of her skill and was really a nice touch.

Social Hour was nearing the end, so our server, Rebecca made sure we ordered what we wanted in enough time. We ordered drinks and several appetizers. Everything was so delicious. I love that they have a coat room, especially in the winter. There's a huge bar with plenty of seating around it. Several booths in the bar area and many tables in the dining areas. I ordered the scallops and asparagus risotto. Something tasted off. The lobster in the risotto was tasteless and very bland. The scallops were just OK. The potatoes were served luke warm and not hot. They tasted fine. Because I disliked my meal so much, I requested the lobster asparagus risotto not be wrapped but the server wrapped it anyway. I removed it from my to go pack. The server thought I could jazz it up at home. Nope- no way. I was a bit disappointed that nothing was done to rectify this. I'm not expecting a free meal but there wasn't much concern. Lesson learned- don't order seafood at a steakhouse. My dad enjoyed his scallop meal and subbed out mashed potatoes for the lobster- I would've expected a small price adjustment since he only had scallops and mashed potatoes and no lobster risotto. My mom loved her Capitol grill burger which I had no idea was available but my mom confirmed it is always available and always delicious! The high points of my meal was definitely the decaf cappuccino, custom made mocktail the server created (thank you!!) and the beet salad. Plus the complimentary Birthday dessert for my dad. Beautiful! The table was decorated with beautiful confetti scatter. My parents enjoyed what they ordered. I was thankful because this is their restaurant. I requested two coconut cream pies with extra cookies and the extra cookies were not included so that was a disappointment. Unfortunately I did not discover it until I returned home. . . Just a pretty off experience this time.

I've been to Capital Grille in the past. I don't have a lot of memory of the visits, so my…read moreassumption is that it was fine, no issue. But there were multiple mistakes in this location. The restaurant itself is beautiful, a dark dining room, walls adorned with artwork, crisp white lines on tables, etc. Exactly what you would expect when you drop $60 - $90 on a steak alone. What I didn't like was they littered our table with "happy birthday" confetti that reminded me of my son's last birthday party...when he turned six. It just doesn't work. After ordering our cocktails (and scrapping up the confetti to hide behind the...could it be...a salt and pepper shaker on the table?), we ordered our apps, a salad, and entrees. Wagyu Tartare and Jumbo Lump Crab Cocktail as apps, a Wedge Salad to split, a Filet with the Cabernet Reduction for my wife, and the Bone-In Ribeye with a Lobster Tail for me. For sides, we went with the Sauteed Spinach, Creamed Corn, and Mashed Potatoes. The tartare was strange simply due to the prep; it was sliced (pretty irregularly and thick) and had zero seasoning. I had to take the salt shaker, put some on my hand to see if maybe I just couldn't taste salt. Nope, there was none (now I was seeing why they had salt and pepper shakers you'd find in a restaurant running a three-course meal for $20 on the table). The crab was fine, it was jumbo lump, what you'd expect. The salad was the standout; it's a wedge salad, but it was good due to the blue cheese dressing they make and the bacon on it (which I think might be the bacon they charge $22 for as an appetizer). There were multiple missteps by the restaurant between the salad and our entrees, which resulted in a long delay getting food. Evenutally the management apologized for this and comped us a round of drinks. Mistakes happen, they acknowledged it, and they fixed it; exactly what they should do, so I won't hold this against them. The steaks were cooked perfect and the sides looked great, but everything (except the sautéed spinach) was not seasoned. My lobster tail was so bland that dipping it in the unsalted drawn butter did nothing. While my steak looked good (and chewed well), the flavor was extremely underwhelming. My wife was able to dump cabernet on her filet (which, let's be honest, is a tasteless cut of meat to begin with...but should still be seasoned), and that seemed to help. The sides, my goodness, even the bacon in the creamed corn wasn't enough to get over the soupy mix and lack of flavor. The mashed potatoes had potatoes that were not mashed in it, this might be to make it rustic, and I would assume they throw these in after mashing. But they were barely cooked. The server was good. The service overall was nowhere near as polished as expected, or it should be, but I blame the multiple managers walking around who seemed oblivious to this. We walked out almost $500 lighter and disappointed. Some good points and some low points. Being as this is a Darden restaurant, I would've thought the basics would be better...but how you have a steakhouse of this caliber without the understanding you have to season food, not expect your guest to do it, amazes me. I won't be back. Next time, I'll go to one of my tried and true steakhouses in the city, and for the same money, I'll have much better food, more staff, and a more enjoyable experience.

It was the second weekend in December and we arrived on a cold night to Eddie V's. With the chill in the air, it was a pleasant surprise to see valet parking available for patrons. We pulled up, the young man was so quick and friendly & we headed inside. We had a 7:30pm reservation and could see the restaurant was packed. Lots of holiday cheer around the bar area for sure. Our coats were checked. We waited quite some time in the corridor, however after about 10 minutes a staff member appeared with a tray offering of champagne, for all who were waiting. This was an exceptional consideration. After about 10 more minutes we were seated. In the back room of the restaurant, back corner, along side their Christmas tree. The ambiance was only made more perfect by the birthday card and confetti they had adorned the table with. We started with cocktails. My signature Sapphire Martini with Blue Cheese Olives. Spot on. Perfect dirty, only a vermouth kiss and big ole hand stuffed olives. My husband ordered an Old Fashioned. It was with a specific rye on menu that was not available at the time. The server had them substitute Whistle Pig 12 (complimentary without upcharge). This again was so considerate. Our server was so attentive, generous, complimentary, careful and helpful. We loved having him. Our Food- The bread was warm, crusty and chewy. Along with the creamy, fatty butter flaked with salt and chives. We ordered our appetizers- Oysters, Calamari and Dumplings We loved having the opportunity to try multiple varieties of oysters. They all tasted clean and distinct. My husband loves horseradish, so it was fantastic to see a side offering of just that, with the cocktail sauce and mignonette. And the lemon was in a bag!!!! The Calamari was a joy. Asian flair, crisp veggies, the calamari sang in texture and light fry. And cashews!! Squid and cashews. Inspiring. We also tried the Wagyu Dumplings. Plump, savory pillows. The beef was tender and flavorful. The wasabi cream gave a zing. Our meal had the best start. For entrees, my husband ordered the Lamb Chops. I ordered the Sea Scallops. Sides we had - the Lobster Mashed Potatoes and Asparagus. (We had leftovers, lolol) The plating for this Lamb was so strategic. It sat atop its Chimichurri Butter Sauce just the bottoms dabbling in it. So at your desire- to dip at whatever length the lamb, into the sauce, or eat the lamb alone. This dish was incredible and genius. My Scallops were seared spot on. Golden crust but a mild, clean, sweet inside. Cooked exactly. The pepitas gave a nice crunch and the squash puree gave a seasonal spin. But the scallops stood on their own and it was perfect. The Asparagus had bite, was not woodsy and not over seasoned. Just a well cooked vegetable. The Lobster Mashed Potatoes was butter heaven. Creamy, the huge chunks of lobster were swimming, and no potato peels, so smooth & decadent. We were stuffed so nixed dessert, however- a birthday dessert arrived. What a show! Flambé hooray!!! A firey plate with bananas, a coffee chip ice cream and chocolate cookie cake. We ate it happily, (hating ourselves later, for being so stuffed). This dessert was so sweet in gesture and taste. An ideal ending. This was sincerely the most care we have ever felt dining out. We felt like (and ate like!) a King and Queen. The thoughtfulness that went into our night gave miracle service. Model class, truly magical, and unprecedented. Thank you Eddie V's for a birthday experience so incredible in food, small touches and care that I will treasure and feel special for forever.

The restaurant was completely packed, and by the time we left, there was a crowd gathered out front waiting--definitely a popular spot. Inside, the two-person tables were set quite close together, making the space feel a bit tight, and the noise level was quite high throughout the restaurant. Service was a highlight. Our server, Nadine, was warm, friendly, and attentive. She answered our questions with ease and always had a welcoming smile, and the bussing team kept our water glasses filled without us ever having to ask. We started with the complimentary warm bread and butter, which is always a nice touch. We were also each served a fried oyster called amuse, which was a pleasant surprise. I had the crab cake appetizer, followed by the Big Glory Bay king salmon with a side of crab fried rice with mushrooms. My husband ordered the Wagyu dumplings and the Norwegian salmon. I enjoyed my dishes--everything was well-prepared and flavorful. However, my husband wasn't particularly impressed; he found his dishes to be average and not especially memorable, which made the overall experience feel a bit uneven. While the restaurant delivers on ambiance and solid service, the food didn't quite rise to the level you might expect for the price point. Overall, it feels like an elevated mall restaurant--pleasant, but slightly overpriced for what you get.

The staff was friendly and attentive without being overbearing, and the space itself feels upscale but comfortable, great for a special night out or celebrating an occasion. The only reason I'm not giving a full 5 stars is the pricing--it's definitely on the higher end, and while the quality is there, it's a big splurge. The sides are a fair price, given that they are definitely made for sharing, b but it adds up quickly. That said, for a classic steakhouse experience in the area, this Ruth's Chris is a great option.

The picanha, ribeye, flank steak, and sausages were not to be missed. The salad bar also had some excellent options that made us feel a little better about gorging on fatty meats, too. Personally, when it comes to all you can eat grillin', I appreciated the wide selection of pickles and sour bites to contrast. And the cheese popovers and garlic bread? Don't be that person who "optimizes for maximum meat consumption," do something joyful with your life and get the extra buttery garlic bread, bro. We filled our plates twice, each of us. My dad had been having trouble eating, but he had some great food at Charkoal's. And again, the staff was super attentive, great with suggestions, and made sure our favorites kept coming out as we asked for them. They had a real family feel, and it made our family feel welcome at every interaction. I'll be back for sure.

So being party of 16 people isn't easy. We all worked in the restaurant business and the larger the party, the harder the table. However, this server knew exactly how to manage it. Everything was handled professionally and the salad bar was unbelievable. The selection of food was fantastic. It was very clean as well. This place really WOW'd us. We had a fantastic meal and everything superseded our expectations. Especially this guy in the picture.

It hit the spot and I loved it. My friend loved her Grilled Chicken Sandwich & especially the ranch chips. My husband loved his breakfast plate. I tried the bacon and it was fantastic. My friend thought the Pork Belly Benedict* was delicious. He's a man of few words so I don't know much more than that. The waiter was very nice and helpful. We all really enjoyed him. It's also a super cute place. Looking forward to coming again and trying different things.

Why did she have to be so miserable when she could have had sweet, ol' lovable me forever. Anyway, nothing has changed other than the menu. The interior still had warm paintings of cute doggos all around, and the service at the bar was spectacular. Peter, I believe was his name, was so courteous, calm, respectful and nothing was a problem, he just took care of things. The starters of Tuna Tartar and the Arugula Beet Salad were fabulous, so full of mixed flavors, pleasing to all senses. For entrees my friend had the Blackened Shrimp ABLT salad, so decadent, so rich in flavors and content. I had the leftovers the next day, it was still fabulous. I had the Lamb Bolognese. A creamy thick bolognese but not heavy...if that makes any sense. For dessert the pineapple upside cake ala mode to die for! Great choice. My frequent visits in the area are Rosalie's and Estia. And now put White Dog back on that list. It's time to become a regular again in that rotation.
