Lunch at Triple Creek Kitchen & Spirits on May 13th was such a treat. A friend and I meet monthly, and this spot made our time together feel extra special. The atmosphere is relaxed and perfect for lingering over good conversation. I had the 1/2 chicken salad on a croissant with soup and coffee--everything was spot on. The soup was flavorful without being overly spicy (just right), and the coffee? Honestly, some of the best I've had in a while. Angie, our server, made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down. The service was really good, but unfortunately the food just wasn't for us. The presentation looked beautiful and everything came out looking very well done, but the flavors were extremely bland and honestly hard to get through. We kept hoping that with each visit and trying different menu items things would improve, but sadly that wasn't the case. At this point, I feel like this is more of a convenience spot than somewhere you go specifically for amazing food. We stayed at the hotel above the restaurant and breakfast was included with our package, so we definitely wanted to take advantage of it, but even the breakfast items felt very mediocre. I want to amend my first post in regards to the thanksgiving buffet that I wrote a few weeks ago. After speaking to the manager about our experience she refunded our money entirely. This sense of deduction and understanding was a Real comfort to us. I will be visiting this restaurant agin to see how their regular dinner menu is. Second Easter visit to the buffet. Our reservation was at 12:30,we arrived at noon and weren't seated until 1pm at a table for 8-10 and we were a party of 6. The ad stated an Omelet bar which was not provided. Prime rib and shrimp were always a 5-10 minute wait. Don't think we will be back again. read more

Triple Creek is a hidden gem in Prescott! My husband and I have been coming here for at least a year now. We love to sit on the patio during the warmer months and nicer weather. The food and drinks are always good and the service is top notch. We have had the pleasure of having David as our server many times and he is always so nice and attentive. Went to the bar for a drink after walking downtown. I ordered a gold rush and a strawberry flavored beer from Gilbert. Friendly service, good small chat. The bar decor is contemporary and wraps around the middle of the floor. The kitchen was opened, but didn't order food. The prices were fair to our surprise. Surprising... Staying in the Hilton on a business trip and was lazy, didn't want to leave, so I decided to head down to the hotel restaurant. Stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Prescott. Triple Creek is located inside. Upon arrival, I was seated promptly. The bartender remembered me from the day before and bright me a Wren House Spellbinder, hazy IPA. I ordered the Shrimp & Lump Crab on Bucatini Pasta. A side salad was an additional $5. The salad came out first. Your basic house salad... lettuce, shedded carrots and tomatoes...I ordered bleu cheese. It was a good size. My main course came out as I was finishing the salad. The shrimp were plump and seasoned well. The bucatini was perfectly cooked with a nice bite. It was lightly sauced, but flavorful. It was topped with diced tomatoes, green onions and parmessan cheese. Two slices of crusty bread were included. The meal was tasty. The beer was cold. The restaurant is casual. If you sit nearer to the bar, there are several Tv's showing sports with the volume down. I would definitely cone back and try their other entree's. read more

We went to Triple Creek at the Hilton at 4pm for their Christmas buffet 2025. This is the third year we have gone there and we had 9 people. The service was wonderful and they had special priced mimosas and Bloody Mary's. I had a martini which was perfectly made. The buffet was great with the exception of the prime rib. This is the first year it was a disappointment to all of us. Just way too tough so the quality has gone way down. Ham was fantastic and all the sides, salads and shrimp cocktail delicious. For those looking to go, the cost was $55 per person. read more

My husband loved his New York strip steak, I got the tequila buffalo wings. So delicious! The vibe was very laid back. The service was lacking. The following saga happening on the evening of 12/12/2025, my 47th birthday. We drove up from Phoenix to have dinner at the Triple Creek Kitchen and go to the Prescott zoo lights. We arrived for our 5:30 reservation around 5:20 and was promptly told that it would be a 40 minute wait. We were sat about 5:35. As we understand it, the kitchen staff was ill-prepared for the stampede of senior citizens that had rushed in to the restaurant at 4:00 PM for the prime rib special. It seems fair to also state that on this evening there were huge events in downtown Prescott for the holidays, and this particular restaurant was the fourth restaurant that my wife called to make reservations (the three prior could not accommodate our reservation for a party of three). 5:40 They took our order and we waited. 6:30 my eight year old has resorted to stealing the free cookies from the lobby of the hotel. She has lost hope that food is coming, and frankly so have I. 6:40 our appetizer came out (apparently they had to drive to San Diego to get the octopus for the calamari). The calamari was delicious, but I could really do without the drunk boomer behind me whistling at the server, from here on out we will refer to him as Whistling Dixie. And then, out of no where, the choir of old ladies in sparkly shirts showed up to sing Christmas Carols. I'm pretty sure the lady on the end was carrying her tune in a bucket. I'm convinced that the kitchen staff was waiting for my steak to die of natural causes. I don't think we're going to make it to the zoo lights. 6:45 the calamari was delicious, or we were really hungry. I've almost had enough beers to go in the kitchen and cook my own steak. My eight year old has lodged a complaint with the management, and Whistling Dixie behind us is getting more and more baligerant. 7:00 my wife is convinced that they are just getting us drunk so we have to rent a room. I'm convinced the fisherman has finally just realized there are no Salmon in the Colorado river and my wife's dinner is never coming. My eight year old has gotten bored and joined the choir. Whistling Dixie behind us just finally got their food. 7:05 Lucy the cow finally passed, and after a brief funeral they cooked her up and served her to me. She was delicious. They played a little loose with the medium rare (the center was still cold), but it was good.I was especially impressed when the Cesna 150 landed in the parking lot to deliver the fish fresh from Alaska. My wife loved her salmon. 7:15 free cheesecake. Apparently my eight year old's complaint with management has spawned into a free slice of raspberry cheesecake. Our server apologized profusely. We missed the zoo lights. At 7:30 I had to walk off several beers in downtown Prescott before driving home to Phoenix. First though, we made our way across the walking bridge overlooking the creek, decorated with Christmas lights, and cut through a man and his wife arguing about how much he had to drink at the Christmas party to get to our car to get our jackets. Overall, it was a pretty interesting place. The food was great, and our server was amazing, but I think the kitchen staff could benefit from some training in crisis management. read more

We are regular customer's here, and have one important recommendation. You are short staffed... When a customer has to get up and chase down their server, it isn't par with a Hilton property.. Several times when visiting Triple Creek, our server was stretched between the bar, and waiting on customer's in the restaurant. It has happened numerous times, and management really needs to do something about this. There needs to be two servers dedicated to the restaurant itself, and without working the bar too. You are really failing in this area, and I feel it's only right to write a letter to Hilton advising them of this ongoing discrepancy. Hopefully, the franchisee will take action and spend a few more dollars to hire additional servers that address this issue. Respectfully sent. read more

I've never had a bad meal here. We stay at this Hilton whenever we are in town. The employees are fantastic. The service is great and the food is excellent. Worth when they do the buffet as well. We've had Breakfast and lunch here so far. read more

Friendly bartenders and servers, awesome happy hour menu that is all day Sunday! Updated menu is even better. My husband and I went here for dinner about a week ago. I had the Honey Lime Glazed Salmon and he had the Cajun Shrimp and Crab Linguine. Both dishes were cooked perfectly, delicious. Like the other Review here I just read we did not realize you could not choose from the menu you were forced to partake in the rather highly priced buffet, which was at very best So-so. Had a wonderful dinner with my wife. Food was excellent, the Jambalaya, and Salmon came to the table hot and smelled very appetizing. It was! Had breakfast this morning at Triple Creek Kitchen And Spirits in Prescott Arizona. I have eaten here several times. Do not get there often for breakfast because they stop serving at 10:30. Mandy was our server. She was the only one there and did an excellent job. She kept the coffee coming, which was wonderful because we had our first snow in prescott. I ordered huevos rancheros with House potatoes. My daughter and friends had the croissant sandwich and two orders of eggs Benedict. All the food came out nice and hot. The potatoes were delicious. The eggs were wonderful. I asked who the chef was and his name was Josh this morning. Chef Josh, keep up the good work. The longer Triple Creek has been there, the better the food has become. This was great! I was a little worried before arriving about the ambiance cause it's in a hotel, but it was actually really nice. Clean, great seating, great wait staff. The food was also really good. I got the jambalaya, walnut old fashioned, calamari appetizer. Jambalaya was very good with good amount of spice. Walnut old fashioned was awesome! Calamari was ok, but a little bit chewy. My 2 friends had the salmon and they said it was very good. Another friend had the top sirloin and it was also very good. Another had the triple creek burger.. he said it was very good but wasn't a fan of the sweet potato tots that came with it.. not that they were bad, he just wasn't expecting sweet potato tots...all in all I will go again for sure and maybe do a dinner and staycation at the hotel The only thing I wasn't fond of was the celery in my salad. read more

Loved it! Will be back again! I ordered the potato Benedict but added a side of bacon since it doesn't come with meat. It was phenomenal. (My husband & mother were full from their food and still fought over the few pieces I couldn't finish). My husband ordered the chef omelette with bacon, pepper jack, guacamole with cheddar jalapeño sourdough bread. He said it was super filling and delicious. Easter Brunch for $28 a person. Food quality was very poor. This place should have never opened up for Easter brunch with the amount of help they had. They could not keep up with the demand. They offered Prime Rib as one of the main courses and mine was way over done and another in our party had it raw. I went to have the lemon meringue pie and it was frozen. Chicken was also very dry. Lettuce in the salad was wilted. One of the worst buffets I have been to. Eggs were powdered and watery I think prison food would have been better. read more
