They did a great job prepping and framing, and the new one is level with nicely defined stamping and smoothly swept finish. They also suggested replacing a broken rain gutter drainpipe and running an extended one under the new driveway so water can drain directly to the street. Needed to have 35 feet of sidewalk removed that had been broken up by tree roots. Trinity Concrete came in and removed the sidewalk and poured a new one with an exposed finish that matched the existing walk and patio. All done in two days. Of the 3, Vili with Trinity Concrete was the most responsive, and he was able to fit me into his schedule. The job took only 2 days but he and his crew worked until almost sundown to get it done! Every homeowner wants a contractor that's a perfectionist. TRINITY CONCRETE IS A PERFECTIONIST. For years I thought concrete work would be too expensive. But I'm to the point in my life where my yard maintenance was more than I want to do, so I started my search for a concrete contractor. I got a few quotes and design ideas that were ok but then Trinity Concrete came and provided this incredibly beautiful and creative design. The price quoted was extremely reasonable (I actually paid him a little more than he asked for because I am so very happy with the way it turned out) Vili (the guy in charge) is a perfectionist. A couple of things the he did that I thought were way above and beyond are: 1). He included drainage pipes in case of heavy rain to keep the gardens from flooding. 2). His team stayed for several hours after the walkways were poured and finished to wet down the concrete and brush it to perfection. (Perfectionism at its best) 3). The curves and lines he created gave a gorgeous look to my yard as well as provided three patio areas where I can place seating or planter boxes and pots. 4). He added a small curve that seems like a tiny detail, but it just added that extra something in an otherwise straight line that would have looked ok, but now it stands out; and again, speaks to the perfectionism of Trinity Concrete. I could not be happier with my new walkways and patios. I highly recommend Trinity Concrete and I will use them exclusively for any additional work I have in the future. The forms are still on as the work was still in progress after 6pm, but I've included a few pics. I'll update once I get it planted. The before pic is obvious , it looks pretty bad, but the walkways are perfect. read more

I contacted Trinity Concrete after the 1st contractor I hired flaked and did not show up. I received a response from Vili within 15 minutes of requesting a quote on Yelp and we scheduled a visit for a quote that same day. Vili arrived and took measurements, asked how and where I wanted the concrete, discussed possible issues and work arounds, discussed demo of the old concrete/decking, relocate sprinkler heads/drainage and if I wanted any type of border, coloring or stamping pattern on the concrete. Vili and his crew, made up of his family, did the demolition fast and easy! The forms were created the same day after demo and the rebar along with pouring the concrete started the following day. Vili completed the project in 3 days total!! Vili, Paki, Hugi, Kane and family were all very professional and respectful to my wife, 3 little boys and myself. I could not have asked for a team more down to earth than Vili and his family. If you have any questions or concerns Vili is the man to answer them. I will have Vili and fam return to start work on a sitting area around a firepit for my backyard. Projects are like dreams and can take decades to realize, but with Vili's craftsmanship and professionalism, our dreams can come true immediately! I reached out on yelp after my friend used them for some concrete work last year. I was told someone would come at a certain date and time so I blocked out that time frame but no one ever showed up, nor gave me a call/text letting me know they weren't coming. I called myself and they said that I did have an appt but they're stuck at another project. I rescheduled for the next day and asked the girl I talked with to please contact me if they won't be able to come so I'm not sitting at home waiting. She confirmed they will and she'll also call me a few hours before to confirm. Again, no one showed up, no call or text. I wasted hours of my day, twice. We got a couple of quotes to add concrete to our backyard and ended up choosing Trinity Concrete because they were very responsive, showed up on time for the quote and their pricing was fairly competitive with other contractors. The concrete came out beautiful! A few reasons why this is not a 5 star review is that they waited over a week to take the forms out (I had to contact them to see when they were coming when they had initially said they would be back the following Monday or a Tuesday because they needed the forms for other jobs) and they told me they would contact me before coming. By Thursday, no one ever did so I called. They were also supposed to put the drain caps back on once they removed the frames since they told me they didn't have the room to do that with the frames being in the way but that didn't happen. One last thing we discovered is that someone carved numbers into the wood of one of the panels of the fence. I don't have cameras installed in our backyard so I can't prove that a crew member actually did it, but I can tell you that our gate is always locked and that neither my husband or myself would have carved into the wood. I also have before pictures of the backyard that was taken 2 weeks before this project as I was getting quotes from other companies and miraculously they weren't there. But overall, a decent job. Update: Villie stopped by to finish the drainage, but I informed him my husband went ahead and completed them. Definitely appreciate the follow-up and the customer service this company provides!
