They got our project done SO quick and it's beautiful. We had our driveway extended, our side yard paved all the way back to our backyard (for RV parking) and had a new patio/area around the pool put in. About 1,450 square feet total. I reached out to 4 concrete places, and All About Concrete was far and away the best customer service. JJ was here each day they worked on our concrete, and he texted me updates along the way which was so nice! Not only did they exceed our expectations on price, timeliness, and quality, but they also tackled unforseen issues and went above and beyond. They carefully lifted our AC unit to replace the concrete under it to match the rest of our patio; they fixed huge drainage problems and put in/replaced drains along our whole side yard (issues caused by our pool company); they bought materials and worked to run our pool overflow line where it needed to go... I felt all these things were above what a normal concrete contractor would provide!

He was patient while navigated through the City of Pittsburg Permit process to obtain the Permit approval. * I hired him for the addition of a second driveway and repair/replace of the City sidewalk. Also, he was able to do any additional request, such as posts on each side of the gas meter. * The work was done quickly & efficiently. Everyone knew what their part of the job was. He and his guys showed up on time and were hard workers and respectful of my property and cleaned up daily. * I would work with him again and recommend him to anyone looking for a good value. Very impressed with the communication and efficiency and whole process! Well run business!

I have worked with Nunez Construction to complete projects at my home. After contacting them,…read more they reviewed each project and submitted bids that were clear and concise and included genuine timelines and start dates. They were willing to work with my schedule and met me after work and on weekends when needed. After having them pour a beautiful slab for a new hot tub, moving a ton of dirt for me, and doing some hardscape around a pool, they were able to pour an amazing driveway with textured and colored details that make it a standout in my neighborhood. They poured a concrete pad for my pool equipment and then built a beautiful retaining wall that allowed me to raise my fence and increase its functionality and aesthetic. In total, six different design-build conponents of my home were successfully completed by Nunez Construction as well as some digging and dirt removal. I have been so satisfied with their quality, work ethic, and willingness to adapt that I have recommended them to family and friends and will continue to do so.

Terrible experience -- $4,000 deposit and the project was abandoned…read more I paid a $4,000 deposit for a concrete project. Before I paid, he was very responsive and easy to reach. After receiving my money, he stopped answering my calls. I called him countless times, and he would only answer once in a while. He eventually sent someone to my property who pretended to work for about an hour and then quietly left. There was very little progress made. After that, he stopped answering my calls and messages completely and disappeared. I requested a refund, but he no longer responded to me, whether I called or sent text messages. I later checked the contractor's license number and discovered that the license number he provided did not appear to be valid. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend doing your own research and verifying the contractor's license with the California Contractors State License Board before paying any deposit.

Adrian came out and really walked us though the process providing excellent ideas for additional features to make our backyard complete. We love everything so far. Some of the sod needed extra watering and Adrian came out about a week after the job was complete and added a whole extra sprinkler head to fix the problem. They arrived on time for the work (paving over my side yard). 3.5 stars because it took them some time to come and clean up the forms. They also left behind a form. Luckily the plants will bounce back, but it's still a little frustrating, considering the time and effort I put in to have a curated, native garden that's welcoming for all the pollinators.
