We waited 3 and half hours for our oil change on our F250, once we finally left we had a check engine light for water in our fuel filter called and they didn't have any answers. So my husband got under the hood because he has to work as well and couldn't take the truck back. They had left the fuel filter on top unlocked so fuel was just leaking all over our engine. Sensor for fuel filter under the drivers side of the cab unplugged. When you pay over $300 for an oil change you deserve better we will not be going back to this dealership. Also would like to add the stepped onto our bumper and left shoe prints We're worried they didn't even change the oil at this point because the new oil is black and shouldn't be.

    Valve cover bolt not tightened

This business deserves 0 stars but that's not an option. Tri-State ford had my 2020 F-150 for 9 weeks and when it showed up it still had a check engine light and was leaking oil because it had several valve cover bolts missing and several other bolts not tightened. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE OR TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. NOW THEY WANT TO CALL ME AND MAKE EXCUSES TERRIBLE

Hands down, the best car buying experience we have EVER had. Michael Bishop made this purchase fun, exciting, and truly one of a kind.

Some at the dealership had stolen the placard!! My husband immediately called our salesperson to investigate. Sometime later that day, he called us and stated that we must have "misplaced" it!! Absolutely not! We always keep the placard in the center console when it is not in use. So, on Sunday, I sent an email through the company's website to the Service Manager, explaining our dilemma. Someone had stolen that placard and they had a thief working in their service department. I did hear from their "Business Development Coordinator", translation office assistant, who very kindly said she would make sure my email would make it to the Service Manager's desk. After a couple of days and a couple more emails from me, I finally got a call from the Service Manager on Wednesday claiming to have no knowledge of the incident. This was the first time he was hearing about it! Geesh, what a liar! So, now, after all of my emails, I am dealing with thieves AND liars. Couldn't someone just own up to the theft? Apparently not! Couldn't someone just apologize? Apparently not! Needless to say, we won't ever go back to this worthless dealership.

We ended up giving the non working car to the bank pretty much right after receiving it. SO now we have a voluntary repossession, and smaller bank payments on a car we could never really use, because the All Star Dodge sold us the lemon. Please do yourself a favor and don't listen to the hot air and empty promises of this company. It's not worth the risk!
