The service feels mediocre at best, and the added charges--such as $2 to print a return label and another $2 just to use their tape to seal a small box unless you purchase a full roll--make customers feel nickel-and-dimed. For better service and a more customer-friendly experience, I'd recommend going to UPS or FedEx instead.

I also really enjoyed that with renting we had a "time limit" of sorts to encourage us to unpack. They also used less materials which brought the quote down by a few hundred bucks so that was awesome. They even helped me move a heavy item I already had in my garage up to my main floor off the clock! They also purposefully left out an item that I previously broke and forgot to pack myself so that it did not get lost in the move. I love all of the work they are doing for their nonprofit and was happy to hear that my money will be going back into that.
