They did our unloading for our move a few years ago and we had never had such a good experience moving! We'd lost their card after our move so I was so glad I found their contact information here. We recently hired Bigg Brown for our full move and they did an incredible job! They arrived 5 minutes before our scheduled start time. They were kind, respectful, and had such positive attitudes the entire time. They were gentle with our belongings and our homes, I don't think we had a single scuff on our walls in either location. I have a wobbly shelf that I did not anticipate surviving the move, and even told them as much, but they successfully got it to our new home in one piece. They were very efficient with time, I had movers refuse to do my move the previous week and quote me 7 hours with 4 movers. Bigg Brown did my entire move with 3 movers, both loading and unloading, in 4 hours. And to top it all off, they were very affordable compared to other companies in the area! Tip of the iceberg of problems with this move which is very disappointing considering I had worked with same company twice before and had movers that hustled and did a great job. The most recent move was the opposite and only made worse by owners who justified it and blamed me for poor planning. Have since used another mover for a different situation and it was flawless. I'm also a member of a merchant group and we've switched our recommendation list to other moving companies (one in particular) and the 6 moves that used our recommendation were perfect; no damage, within cost estimate, timely and easy to work with.

My only experience was getting a quote for a move from Fort Collins to Loveland and I spoke to a female who I swear was paid by the word. She rambled on, had trouble asking questions. Anyway, the customer, who is my boss's boss, hired us to finish the move. I know the organizations and business clubs he's part of and he has been plenty busy but will be "spreading the word" when he gets back from Europe in June.

We moved from Texas to Estes Park and they unpacked our truck into our house that time, then came out a second time to unload another truck from a storage unit we had in San Diego and then when we finally bought a house down in Loveland, they came up a third time to move us down there! We kept going back to Watson because of Jordan, and eminently professional mover with an excellent eye for negotiating large furniture through tight hallways. our amoire alone has daunted other moving guys, but not Jordan. One of their guys suffered a knee injury so the next day the owner of the company, Joel, came out to cover for him himself! It was a big move and there were lots of challenges, but the Watson guys never complained once and kept a positive attitude throughout. Now that I've moved into my house, it's unlikely I will need them again anytime soon, but I recommend them highly.
