Devon messaged us on Monday May 12th offering to help on Saturday May 17th. I had messaged back on Tuesday May 13th asking if we could reschedule to Thurs May 15th at 10am. Everything was fine, Everyone agreed to Thursday at 10am. Now, today, Thursday morning at 9am and i messaged Devon asking if he prefers cash or paypal, just need a heads up so i can run to the bank quickly if needed. He responds cash is preferred and thank you at 9:20am. So i go to the bank and get ready to meet him at the gate to our apartment. I was waiting outside from 9:50am until 10:15am until i finally messaged Devon and asked "Hi, What is your eta"? Seeing as he is now 30mins with no communication late. Finally at 10:30am his reply was "Hi I'm so sorry we accidentally wrote 12pm instead of 10. That's totally our mistake we're still planning on coming it's just be more around 11:30 or that's okay. So sorry for the inconvenience.". How he didn't realize he was supposed to be here at 10am when i had previously confirmed it 3 times in the conversation and asked about the preferred payment is beyond me. So now i have no help again to help move these heavy items. I will NOT be using this company and DO NOT recommend them.
