I specifically sent them a list of what was priority to move a few days before. The guys showed up on time. They looked over the items, rooms, and truck then they got to work. The guys finished in the promised amount of time, packaged and wrapped things really well. We even did some prep work by wrapping and placing things in the living room. Next thing we know, they have already wrapped and loaded the washer and dryer very quietly and quickly. We were shocked. Would highly recommend using them! Quality and efficient is important and they take it seriously. Worth every penny.

This was the Thursday before Memorial Day Weekend. No response. I called Friday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday...no answer, left messages except Thursday. Also, sent an inquiry on their website. I finally did receive a response via email on Thursday (a week later). They didn't have any record of my text and the date I needed was booked already...I would have hoped that someone would have reached out to me if they hadn't received my text, and/or checked their voicemail. He had excellent ratings and I paid more because of his ratings and because I wanted to support a small business in our community. My recent move has been a nightmare. I had numerous issues, but the most troubling is damage to almost every piece of my new furniture that was moved. One end table was completely destroyed and Juan took ownership of that damage and he also took ownership for 2 chips on a very expensive nightstand. So far, I have discovered damage to 4 pieces of furniture and I still cannot get to my other furniture, unfortunately, I expect to see more damage. Yesterday, I contacted him to discuss a resolution and he turned the narrative around and put the blame on me, of course saying that all of the damage was pre-existing, even though everything is brand new, has never been moved before and I offered to provide my receipts showing this. He then told me to do "what I had to do", even as his website states " We're here to serve you and we guarantee your satisfaction." He had a new, inexperienced, very young employee and I definitely think that had much to do with the damage. Several times I saw both Juan and the other mover showing him the proper way to move things. I hold Juan responsible, as a new employee should be properly trained and qualified before they move a household of a person's valuable and sentimental items.

And trust me when I say I have some beautiful but big/heavy furniture. They didn't complain at all despite the extreme heat and seemed to never run out of energy! This place lost 7 of my boxes on a military move and never said anything for 5 years. Now when the…read moremilitary goes to deliver it they say they lost them from pickup to the input of the storage facility. Weight tickets show 65lbs missing and inventories match that. Now they want to find my boxes. short story the packers stole the boxes and they just wont pay me for the detailed list Igave them with the missing items. Now all phones have gone dead and no one is able to get a message they just disappeared. Also if you go on google it shows they are part of North American Van lines. it actually to to thier site when selecting a website. Well North American Van lines does not know anything about them. This place is a scam and I was paying them 300$ a mont in storage for 4 years. Denise Hendrick was the front office and Elliot was the invesigator and Scott was the suporvisor. Still looking for a call back.
