They do a decent job. The lady who was doing my nails didn't really know what she was doing because she kept asking/telling the other lady of what design I wanted. But in the end I got what I wanted (almost). Not too ecstatic about my nails but pretty content. I would come back and for now would be my go to nail salon during my time here read more

This place is my go to! I've never left unhappy. Lynn always make the shape perfect. Mary can nail any design I throw at her, but I swear her sister doesn't like me & over charges (she's the one with "resting bitch face" lol) . I moved to the OC but STILL drive to Norwalk for them. I won't lie and say I haven't tried other shops but I always regret it, it's like all the shops near me are stuck in the 90's. Their pedicures aren't fancy but they're cheap and they have tons of gel and OPI colors to choose from. read more

My go to for years! I ONLY go with Mary for my hands, who is the previous manager but new owner and really turned the shop around after it's remodel. All the employees know me and it is such a good feeling to go in and they always make me feel welcomed. For toes I would highly recommend Jenny or Lynn. Even though I have my preferences, if you have never gone in I would recommend trying anyone who works there as they are all good in their own way. Great location, super affordable, and I always leave satisfied. read more

It's taken me two weeks to compose myself to write this post ! I went to this salon to get a pedicure ,we were having a family party so I wanted to look nice ! I went with my two daughters and daughter in law . So let's just say we are going to spend some money here ! I have Parkinson's so at times I can't control movement in my legs , I have been to many salons and technicians are usually very understanding and patient ! Top line nails in Pico Rivera !!!! Another aspect of my disease is my nerves if I'm nervous it enhances it ! My technician kept giving me annoyed looks and immediately started Talking in her language to the other employees obviously about me then after about five minute said something to I guess the person in charge and said she would not wait on me ! I was in shock never has anyone refused me service and I was embarrassed and humiliated in front of my kids ! My daughter tries to explains my handicap and she could care less even the owner ! I will never come her again and urge you anyone with a disability to boycott this salon !!!! read more

I've been coming here for over a year and love it. The staff is very friendly and never rude. Kevin or Mary do my nails and Ken does my pedi, they are the best. They recently just renovated the salon and it's gorgeous. A nice high end salon tucked away in Norwalk without the high end prices. I definitely recommend this place read more

Very clean very quick, but I felt a little rushed. They did a great job even so and we'll definitely be coming back.

I have given this place a try a few times over the years and I always leave disappointed. I always regret leaving a tip and I always feel cheated. This is the worst manicure and pedicure service I have ever received. Never coming here again. Waste of 30 dollars. I could've done a better job myself. Here's a pic of my nails one day after manicure. I don't do dishes or handle hard chemicals at work. I feel ripped off! read more

Best Nail place to get your nails done..If you ever go make sure you ask for Mike.! He IS AWESOME!!

Started coming here about 2 months ago, I was looking for a new nail salon due to the lack of good work from my previous salon place. A friend recommended Trendy Nails and I was a bit skeptical due to low ratings, but this place did not disappoint. Very attentive and talented technicians. This is my new go to place! read more

It was only my 2nd time there. The 1st time was ok my nails started to peel the same week I got them. And the 2nd time one or my thumbs had a huge crack on the acrylic and I called not get it fix but to just let them know the lady I talked to was really rude and started arguing with me and then hung up! Very bad customer service and messy work and it's pricey! I don't recommend this place read more

Moved to Norwalk found Trendy nails after looking for a while it is my new favorite nail place! Came in today for mani/pedi I was excited to see they follow the seasons. They have the latest fall colors and everything else of course! Mary of course is an artist and accommodating. Most awful reviews are from people who've only been here once and had a bad day... read more

I came here to get a pedicure and it wasn't the best experience I've had. The lady doing my pedicure cut me twice which left me swollen the next day. Moreover, there is gel polish on my skin in multiple places. She also flooded my cuticles with gel polish. Lastly, the salon had a potent chemical smell which gave me a headache half way into my pedicure. I wouldn't come back for a pedicure. read more

Been coming for months now and I never had a complaint about my nails...Kevin does a great job with my nails. So glad he suggested hard gel instead of acrylic since I did damage to my real nails yrs ago. Co workers always compliment on how perfect they are. Can't wait for my next mani gel read more

I come here to get my eyelashes done by Kate. My cousin referred me to her, and I was a little skeptical at first because I always go to places that just specialize in lashes but Kate is GREAT. I'm almost 2 weeks in and I haven't lost many lashes. She made me so comfortable, and gave me a natural yet voluminous look. I definitely found my new go to lash tech read more

I'm not the type of girl to get her nails done on the regular but I really love Kate and she does an excellent job on recreating what I want! I've been coming here for years and never been disappointed. Mary and Kevin always do a good job with my nails, and I'm the most picky person so for them to have patience with me and still do a good job says a lot. Kate does my eyelashes and she always does an excellent job, I always get compliments on my eyelashes because she leaves them so clean and glue doesn't hurt my eyes. They look like they were done in a studio. Overall it's a clean place and everyone there is so nice, highly recommend this place over any other salon in Norwalk. read more

Recently started coming here because they switched owners and workers at LA Nail Bar in Norwalk over there by Smart N' Final. I know someone who comes here and she likes it. I have been back a few times! I go to Ana and she's very meticulous! She's also gentle and doesn't hurt you! read more

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. I called to see if they could take me an hour prior to closing and they said yes. I drove all the way out there and they were so rude! I walked in and no one even acknowledged me. When they finally decided to do so, they tell me they're closed (even though they aren't). So excuse my French but fuck this place. Thanks for making me waste gas to come here and get turned down even though they weren't closed yet. read more

Use to go across the street to get my nails done but I finally gave up on the place! There was a customer there who SUGGESTED this place lol. Well she said her friend gets her acrylics at trendy nails. Fast forward to today and I'm here. I was a bit skeptic of getting my nails done by a male but he did a decent job. Pros: outcome is better quality, genuine nice/friendly, quick. Cons: didn't check if nails were even, handles hands rough. The nail polish didn't last long! read more

I have been coming to this salon for a little while now after being referred by one of my son's friends mom's after searching for a good place for over two years. I am so happy I gave it a try as I have been receiving great service from day one. Before coming to this salon I was experiencing irritation around my cuticles and instead of brushing it off Mary gave different suggestions and alternatives. Needless to say my nails are doing much better and you can count on seeing me there faithfully every two weeks. Would definitely recommend. read more

If I could give them no stars I would! I have been coming to this place for the past 4 years and was a loyal client until recently because the work got sloppy and my last visit I literally had to walk out. I was taking my daughter in for a pedicure and she was picking out her color and the man that works there named Kevin was so rude telling me to watch my daughter she was not doing anything wrong but picking her color for her pedicure. Not only did he piss me off but he hurt my daughters feelings because she was only trying to pick her color she was not doing anything wrong she's been there so many times and picks out her color like always. I could understand if my child was running around screaming or disturbing the clients but she is very well mannered. She always gets her pedi and mani it's nothing new. The prices are expensive they are very rude and the last few times I went my nails were terrible. I do not recommend them to family friends or strangers! As a mother they way they treated my daughter and myself is disgusting. read more

Worst place I have ever been to. First of all they are so rude, when you walk in they don't even greet you and leave you standing with no service. The gel polish they use is soo cheap my nails chipped off like 2days later, and they don't even sanitize their pedi station. Yes it is decorated very nice but that's all it is, nice place horrible service they should invest in customer service instead of decor. This place is literally down the street from my house but I would rather drive 10-15 minutes to my usual salon. read more

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, Value My daughters and I went in to get pedicures and they got their eyebrows done. The woman who did my pedicure cut my nails to short as well as didn't shape them after cutting them she also neglected to remove a ingrown nail as well as all the dead skin or cuticle around my big toes. When she was polishing my toes she left polish all over my toes and they were sloppy as well as the color of my polish was deep red but I had pink on part of my toes that had rubbed off her hands on to my toes. My daughters toes and eyebrows were beautifully done but that night my oldest daughter left big toe was throbbing and swollen. The next day it was even more swollen and there was pus coming out of the edges. It was due to the lady that did her toes was using unclean materials and when she went to get her ingrown mail out she stabbed her toe and infected it. I highly recommend not attending this shop. Due to the low quality of care giving to myself and my daughter. If I could of given a review with zero stars I would of. Service: Pedicures read more

I had gotten a pedicure done there yesterday and my toes looked so pretty until today this morning that my big toe had swollen up real bad and bruise and purple all around the nail paint so I'm not going back there again after that because I never had this happen until I went there and I would suggest they clean and sanitize better on the tools they use. read more

You guys suck at customer service!! How do you tell someone to come in for a pedicure to having that person wait for 40 min and then service two other customers that walked in. I brought my God-Daughter here to get her nails done for back to school, I'm not sure the name of the lady that helped us but she sat down on the first station from the door, so i'm guessing the owner or manager, but anyways she was very sweet and did an amazing job on her nails. I'm really angry this people give me a bad service. I don't reconended a lot. The guy do wherever he want I told him I want my nails longer and he don't listen to me, he was unrespectfull and the owner is so rude. I'll never come back. read more

Never going to this place again. I have naturally long nails and they have always been strong. I started going here because it's right across the street from my job and I could go on my lunch. Plus I had heard great things. I always get gel on my nails. When they were taking the gel off, I told her LET ME SOAK FOR A WHILE SO YOU ARE NOT SCRAPING LAYERS OFF MY NAIL. Did she listen? Of course not. My nails weren't too bad. I went again yesterday and I went to some guy. Wish I knew his name. I told him the same thing. Let my nails soak longer so you don't have to scrape the gel off so hard. I swear they act like they don't know English except when they ask for a tip. They understand that. I could feel him scraping off my nail and I told him "can you let them soak longer?" He gave me a stupid smile and proceeded to ruin my nails. I told him I didn't want any gel and only wanted a clear coat. Right away he started talking in his language to the lady sitting next to him. HOW RUDE. The lady then told me, if you nails are thin and you don't put gel they will break. I told her "my nails wouldn't be thin if they were don't correctly" he put on clear coat and charged me $15 to ruin my nails. I could feel how scratchy and thin they were. Just this morning, my pinky nail broke off. In over 2 years that I have been growing my nails, never have I had one break. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. It'll take months before my nail grows back to the way I had it. LISTEN TO WHAT THE CUSTOMER WANTS!!! read more
