He didn't write the price on the invoice, so I wrote "$30" on it myself to avoid any confusion. When I came to pick it up, he told me the price was $40. I showed him the invoice and reminded him that we had agreed on $30, but he still argued that I should pay $40. Reluctantly, he agreed to $30. Finally, when it was time to pay, he entered $33 into the credit card machine instead of $30. It may have been a credit card surcharge, but he never mentioned or explained it beforehand. He simply charged an extra $3 without telling me why. Between the missed pickup time, the disagreement over the agreed price, and the unexplained extra charge, I won't be returning.

Upon arriving, if you enter the building from the entry facing Westheimer, he's up the stairs, quick right down the first corridor, and leaves his door open with a welcome mat. It's two quick rights if you walk out the 2nd floor from the elevator.

These guys are top-notch and know exactly what they are doing, I came to Nick Lopez to have a tuxedo completely cut re-cut and fitted to my body. I'm a short guy and so finding a suit in store that fits me just right is near impossible. I came in contact with almost every single person at the shop, and they were all so welcoming and pleasant to work with. They remember my name when I come in for services and always double check their work when I try my pieces on. I was most impressed with the work they did on my tuxedo, I came to pickup my tux on a Thursday, one day before the gala I was expected to attend. After trying on the tux, just when I thought it was perfect.. these guys were not happy with the final outcome. I didn't ask them to re-do the work, they asked me if they could take it back and make the necessary changes they felt were needed. I was a bit worried about dropping it off since the event was the following day but I gambled and trusted them with my pieces. Most people probably do not have the time to go back and forth, time is precious, but I was able to work around my schedule because I needed this to fit just right.
