Father and son business and I came to them to have some jewel appliqué embellished jeans hemmed because I'm a petite 5'1 girly and it's hard to find jeans that fit! I called them on Easter weekend and they were about to close shop early for the holiday weekend but I caught them right before closing and they agreed to stay open just long enough for me to get there and drop off the jeans. I arrived and Mr. Imparali (their dad) stayed after just to measure my hem and then the tune around time was quick! Just a few days later we picked up the jeans and they even expedited it for us. I returned recently for a hem on a dress as it was a little too long for the shoes I selected to wear with it. The customer service here isn't that great. Kind of prison guard-ish...what do you want, go in the room, come out and give me money. After I tried the dress on, I noticed the employee using something that was creating a white mark at the bottom of the dress (I assumed this is where it was being cut/sewn). I was told my total was $43. I was shocked! $43 for 2 inches?? This was a Monday, and I was advised I could pick up my dress on Friday. When I went back Friday, I was asked if I could wait a few minutes. Of course, my dress wasn't ready. I returned the following Monday and was incredibly disappointed to see remnants of the white stain at the bottom of the dress. I will not be returning here for any type of work.

Went back as requested, one item was not altered correctly. I finally had both items 2 weeks after my first visit. I also feel I was overcharged for the work that was done. She fitted my items (pinned) while alternating servicing another client. Then she added up the ticket and seeing no price list posted, I was surprised at the cost. I felt I didn't have a choice to decline her services. Will keep looking for another alteration place.
