Took 3 days and the work was well done, efficient, friendly and respectful of the property. BUT, close to $7K dollars went to fixing an established irrigation system that was unusable. They left it unusable and continue to blame their inability to hook up the lines to the controller on another landscaper. while watering the acre with a 200 foot hose, I paid someone else to hook up the valves which he did in a couple of hours. lastly, we paid $1500 for them to design a section of the yard for a pool and decking etc. We waited a full month for that, and the only communication we got was by us initiating. They did though refund our $1500 design deposit when we complained. It didn't occur to them that our 26 year old controller needed replacing, when suggested they gave us a $1500 estimate. I did it myself in less than an hour. Do not hire them for your irrigation needs. I would not recommend them for your design needs. Recommend for tidying up and clearing brush.

Yardzen recommended Dave of Land Co Environments Inc. to us, along with two other contractors. I instantly connected with Dave and chose him because he was knowledgeable, fairly priced, and made practical recommendations to improve on the Yardzen plans. Dave's team removed old decking and concrete slabs, leveled the surfaces, and installed modern concrete pavers. Dave's team also installed new drainage lines, drip irrigation, lighting, a fountain and raised beds. They also replaced the majority of the existing plantings which were overgrown or in poor shape with drought resistant and easy to manage plantings. Land Co Environments did an outstanding job, and we absolutely love the end result! Recently, we noticed the concrete pavers in the front were lifting due to a tree root extending from the HOA side of the fence, creating a potential trip hazard. We called Dave. He came out the next day. He immediately diagnosed the problem and fixed it. I strongly recommend Dave and his Land Co Environments crew. They are professional, responsive, and work hard to get the job done for you.

We called and talked to Lisa who was great and very responsive. She let us know to get a permit first. We talked with Susan at the Fairfax permit office who was very helpful. We met with Chris at our house and he explained the process and set a date for the tree removal. Today was the removal day. Chris and his crew were there at 8:00am and completely done with removing 2 trees by 11:00a They were all very professional and thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. It was like magic.
