They started my landscape job in late 2019 and they still are not completed. I have paid Dave Smith in full for the job. The lawn has pockets that when I mow the lawn I fall into. The pavers that were installed last are not level and are tilting. He originally used a steel frame for them and I asked what that was for and he told me I needed it. In the second installation of the trim around the lawn he did not use it so I think that's why they are sinking or tilting. I have emailed, texted and called him. He said he didn't know when he'd return to fix it. I will remove this posting when / if he fixes it. I spent over $20,000 to have this work done and disappointed in his actions to "fix" it. Great company! We used Landco to remove our entire back patio and replace it with pavers. The initial quote was quick and easy and they started the next day. I got quotes from several other companies but felt that Landco was the best option, not only from pricing but service as well. We contracted w/ Land Co for a new colored concrete driveway. While their landscaping and other services may be good quality, our experience was otherwise. To be honest, our driveway had its challenges: curving, an island, sloping down from carport to street. But we ended up with multiple cracks and uneven coloration. We also had to do some clean-up of concrete splashes on surrounding surfaces and picking up re-bar pieces. Communication pre-job about expectations and risks, could've been better. We also had to text/email them a number of times to check-in on future visits. Perhaps smaller concrete jobs on flatter grades (walkways, patios, etc.) may be better suited to their skills? Otherwise, we found Land Co to be friendly and honest. read more

I needed sidewalks and steps poured, but when I found out that Landco would also do all the other front yard landscaping that I had been thinking about, I just had them do it all. I am so happy that I made this decision. Dave and all the guys were very pleasant and accommodating. They started almost right away, worked even in wet weather, went above and beyond to make everything perfect, and have exceeded my request and expectations. For my yard they poured two sidewalks, a set of steps, removed the grass and old existing bushes and rock, capped existing sprinklers while installing drip tubing on the same valves, put in a rock dry "riverbed" for my drainage pop-up, installed a beautiful retaining wall, brought in 3 large fieldstone boulders to set off my tree, and added a nice thick layer of fine black mulch to finish the project perfectly. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to have work done around their homes. And anytime I have more work, I'll certainly give them a call. read more
