When they removed the stump they pulled up the irrigation line and did not bury it back. Jon got back to me right away. He offered the lowest estimate and even more importantly could get the job done in the next week. He texted the morning of the appointment to confirm and give me an arrival time. His team showed up on time and trimmed the tree. It looks great and I won't worry about it falling on the house in the next storm. I was also really impressed with how well they cleaned up, even blowing the sidewalk clean. I asked for a quote on palm tree trimming while Jon and his team were here and found it the most reasonable we've gotten. Green Earth Trees is insured so if something does go wrong you have peace of mind too. We had a great experience and will definitely use Green Earth Trees again.

I decided that it was time to have it removed, so I received quotes from multiple service providers. Jesse and his team at Next Level Tree provided a competitive price and were easy to talk to and schedule with! The quote also provided that they would grind the tree stump and have the trash removed. They showed up bright and early and started preparing for the tree removal. Jesse talked me through it and asked if we wanted to keep any wood for firewood. It was a great idea, so we had them leave us some. Then they got to work and had the tree down shortly. They are pros and have all the certifications and experience you could ever ask for. These guys can bring a tree down EXACTLY where they want to - check out my video. Apparently they even do competitions where they can bring a tree down on a beer can. After bringing the tree down, they quickly removed all the branches and sent those through the wood chipper. The entire tree was cut into a few dozen pieces and gone within another hour. Then they got to work on grinding the stump. Next time I looked, they had cleaned up everything and move our stones over where the tree had been so you could not even tell there was ever a tree there. If you are considering multiple companies, then do yourself a favor and go with Jesse and the Next Level Tree team! They are AWESOME and worthy of every star! *****FIVE STARS****

I called Jason of Bros Tree Care (BTC) because I had admired his crew's work on a neighbor's yard awhile back. Jason answered my call in person and came out at the end of the day to assess my situation. I gave him a long list of needed services. I asked him to straighten and re-stake the toppled mesquite, prune and trim three other large trees, remove an agave, cut out dead branches from a yucca, and shape some bushes. He provided a comprehensive estimate and a total price his competitors could not match. He and his crew of three brothers came out on a boiling hot Saturday and began working with exceptional efficiency, safety, and expertise. It was amazing to watch their coordinated efforts, especially when all four of them pounded huge stakes into my rocky soil to re-secure my fallen mesquite. I thanked them all for their super-human work and wondered how they had the energy to go on to their next job. I am writing this review six weeks after the services provided by BTC. My re-staked fallen tree has survived three wind storms and a torrential microburst (60+ mph). Thanks to practical and artistic pruning cuts, my other trees have leafed out and look better than ever. I know I will need additional yard work, so I will be calling Jason again and recommending BTC to friends and neighbors. BTC merits more than five stars for their achievements. Thanks for exceptional service, expertise, and reliability! Greg, Scottsdale, AZ
