Months ago I left a negative review of this business. The basic issue is that their crew said…read morethey'd return to finish the job and they never did. Now the business owner is rebutting my claim and saying I just want free services. Basically calling a customer a liar. Lesson learned is GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING. I needed a large invasive tree removed from my front yard, so I reached out to Arbor Care Tree…read moreservice (among a few other companies) for quote. Amongst all the quotes, they were in the median price range, but they had the largest portfolio of positive photos and reviews, which is why I selected them for this service. Scheduling was fairly simple, and the service went well as scheduled. However, due to the invasive nature of the tree, it started to sprout back. Upon notifying Arbor Care, they were quick to send someone to come back and address the tree again at no additional charge. There have been no issues since. I appreciate their helpfulness when a re-service was required. I have already referred them to others through word of mouth, but wanted to do so on this platform as well because they deserve the praise for a job well done. Thank you!

July AZ got back to me quickly with an actual quote (a fair price, based on the photo I sent) - plus they were available the next day. They made the whole process so easy, and I'd definitely recommend the company. And it was certainly better than trying to do it myself.

I reached out to July AZ Landscaping through Yelp to get a quote for trimming my pineapple palm…read moretree, and the responsiveness alone immediately stood out. From the time I sent the message to the time he was in my backyard giving me an estimate was less than 15 minutes. That level of promptness is rare and set the tone right away. The price quoted was fair and reasonable, with no pressure or upselling. He mentioned the work could be done after his crew took a lunch break, and sure enough, about an hour later his team showed up exactly as promised. The crew was professional, courteous, and clearly knew what they were doing. They worked efficiently, took care of the tree, and had everything cleaned up in about 15 minutes. The end result looked great--exactly what I was hoping for. Overall, this was one of the smoothest and most straightforward service experiences I've had. Fast response, fair pricing, and quality work. I would absolutely use July AZ Landscaping again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Joe even walked my yard suggesting solutions to problems my other shrubs and trees were having. I highly highly recommend this business and Joe.
