Our house is in a very upscale community in Fountain Hills AZ. I engaged Frank and his team to install driveway pavers for a very steep driveway- the house is located on a mountainside- decking around the pool, landscaping and irrigation. The pool decking material-limestone tile- was moved from the cul sac in wheelbarrows and deposited in the pool since it could not be installed because of other construction activity. The decking material cracked as a result and Frank instructed the crew to install the cracked limestone tile and then insulted our intelligence and said that cracked tile is in vogue. Apparently Frank hired a crew "off the street" to do the work without any oversight from Greenscapes. Frank insisted on only replacing a certain number of limestone tiles and after a great deal of stress the pool decking was installed with creative direction from me. Second, the irrigation system was chewed up by the critters because Greenscapes apparently installed the rubber piping incorrectly. When I reached out Frank said too bad but "best practice was used" and he would be more than happy to quote a price to fix something Greenscapes did wrong in the first place. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM

I hired them on May 2, 2025, for full tree removal and yard cleanup, which they explicitly quoted and verbally confirmed would include: * Removal of 4 dead trees (2 front, 2 back) * Stump removal * Weed clearance across the entire property * Removal of a back bush * Trimming of rot on cactus arms to prevent it from spreading What did I actually get for the $1,200 I paid? A rushed removal of two front trees and one small tree in the back -- and that's it. The stumps were untouched, weeds left to grow and spread, the cactus was ignored, and the bush remains in place. The dead cactus arms they neglected to remove have now rotted, meaning I'll have to pay an additional $600 to remove the entire cactus -- a direct result of their negligence. After this discovery, I tried to reach them the very next day. Text undelivered. Calls ignored. They changed their number and vanished. There's no trace of the business online, and no way to hold them accountable. Do not trust this company. Do not give them your business. Once they've cashed your check, they disappear.
