This is an unprofessional and dishonest business because:…read more - Sprayed weed killer when I specifically asked him not to - Did not complete the job with weed roots and debris still in my yard and when asked about it, he said that the chemicals would clear it in a couple of days and to call him if they were still there in 2 days - 2 days later when I texted him with pictures and he didn't respond - I'm glad I only paid him $125 of his $175 fee - Did not come on the first agreed upon date and had to reschedule Contacted Jorge on 2/24 to clear out weeds in my backyard that had overgrown and we agreed to Tuesday 3/3 afternoon for him to come. On 3/3, I reached out to him and he said he forgot to schedule me and had to reschedule me for 3/5. He quoted me $175 for: Weed removal Spray weed killer Blow out the debris Haul away everything I thought it was a lot but agreed to the price and told him that I didn't want chemicals sprayed. After he said he was done, I inspected and found weed roots still in the ground and debris everywhere. I asked him about it and he said the chemicals (that he wasn't supposed to spray) would kill everything and remove the debris. I was skeptical that the chemicals would magically clear away all the debris. He said to call him in 2 days if it didn't. I still had my doubts and asked for a $50 holdback in case the debris didn't go away. He countered with $25 and I knew then that if I called him, he simply wouldn't return my call. I stuck to the $50 and he agreed. 2 days later, the debris had not magically disappeared and I texted him with pictures to come back and finish the job, but he didn't respond as expected. Now, I have to clear the remaining weed roots and debris myself.

Next level tree removed a huge pine tree from our yard yesterday! They were amazing! They earned our business because as I contacted many companies, they had the best costumer service! Knowledgeable friendly staff. They were not the cheapest, but I am a firm believer that you get what you pay for. When asked for there credentials and proof of insurance they got it to me right away. and everything checked out. Everyone else that I contacted, Including contacts through Angi, who's bid was less than their's could not provide any documentation let alone insurance. I know that we made the right choice and would recommend Next Level to everyone. They are indeed "Next Level"! The crew was wonderful, left my yard looking great, and even maid us 2 benches from the tree. How cool is that! read more

It was accepted by us. They were scheduled to arrive between 0900 and 1100. Ultimately, they showed up at around 3-4pm, after several texts with Nayeli. Once they were on the property, their truck broke down and they did not do the work. They said it was too windy (which is absolutely true). The next day, I texted them to ask if everything was okay with their truck and wanted to reschedule. No response. They responded the following day (2 days after our appointment) stating that some of the palm trees were too tall for them to trim. Here are my issues: *They did not call or notify me that they were going to be late *They did not note on their initial visit that the palm trees were too tall for them to trim (I could have moved on). *Glaring disconnect between the estimator and the office/working crews.
