We had a very large tree that was dripping sap and dropping countless pine cones onto both our property and our neighbor's. I decided that it was time to have it removed, so I received quotes from multiple service providers. Jesse and his team at Next Level Tree provided a competitive price and were easy to talk to and schedule with! The quote also provided that they would grind the tree stump and have the trash removed. They showed up bright and early and started preparing for the tree removal. Jesse talked me through it and asked if we wanted to keep any wood for firewood. It was a great idea, so we had them leave us some. Then they got to work and had the tree down shortly. They are pros and have all the certifications and experience you could ever ask for. These guys can bring a tree down EXACTLY where they want to - check out my video. Apparently they even do competitions where they can bring a tree down on a beer can. After bringing the tree down, they quickly removed all the branches and sent those through the wood chipper. The entire tree was cut into a few dozen pieces and gone within another hour. Then they got to work on grinding the stump. Next time I looked, they had cleaned up everything and move our stones over where the tree had been so you could not even tell there was ever a tree there. If you are considering multiple companies, then do yourself a favor and go with Jesse and the Next Level Tree team! They are AWESOME and worthy of every star! *****FIVE STARS**** read more

They do great work and left wood chips on drive so it did not go on landfill. Everything on landfill? NOT from my property!

Very sad after reading all of the great reviews about Jesse. I have a tree that needs professional help. I have reached out 2 times and never heard back.. Jesse said his vm was acting up so I sent pictures and a text. Still nothing. I'm glad others have had good experiences. read more

This was long overdue. Pricing was reasonable and the crew was efficient, friendly and cleaned up everything after. Definitely will use them for the next trimming. read more

I hired Jesse to remove 2 Sissou trees from my backyard. He's been very easy to work with and communication with him has been great! He cut down the trees about a month ago and came back to remove the remaining stumps last week. He's very knowledgeable and was able to walk me through the slightly more complicated process needed for removing Sissou trees. I would hire Jesse again for any kind of Arborist work. read more

Jesse and his crew from Next Level Tree Service did an amazing job restoring, and reshaping our vey overgrown mesquite tree. They were professional through and through. They arrived on time, did a great job and left the entire work area, roof and yard perfectly clean. Their bid price was very competitive and much lower than several bids we received from other services. They have our business from here out! read more

I had bought a house with some major needed tree loving and a couple of other trees I knew I could never trim. The leaves were going everywhere, the eucalyptus bark was peeling... it was a mess. Tanya and Jesse priced me out via pictures and were super helpful! We set a date and sure enough, right on time, totally professional and went above and beyond. Jesse and his team did a stellar job! He showed me how my irrigation system works in my house and even taught me about this mess of a pool I got myself into haha Not only did I learn a little about trees, but my dog sat by my door and whines when they left! She couldn't get enough of them and she's very selective about who she likes. Thanks Next Level! Might as well change the name to Super Next Level *** They did it again! In the time frame they said, at the price quoted and great quality work. And I have some glam pieces for my front yard now. read more

Excellent service, every time we've had them out. Very professional and easy to work with

We hired Jesse a few years ago to reroute an irrigation line and plant a Desert Willow tree in our yard. The tree is thriving and has grown so much since it was planted. Meanwhile, our neighbors have a HUGE Palo Verde tree that grows until it covers half our house every couple years. The neighbors are great. We let them know that the tree needs to be trimmed, and they get right on it. We recently let our neighbors know that it was time to trim the tree again. The crew showed up this morning, and it was Jesse! They trimmed this monstrous Palo Verde so good! It was hanging down in our front yard and all over our roof. Even though our neighbors hired them, they swept and cleaned all the debris off of our roof and cleaned up every bit of the tree remnants from our front yard. I knew this company was awesome a few years ago, but our experience with them today was amazing! Look no further if you need a great tree guy! read more

Jesse came out and removed a 20+ foot tree for me, even in the rain. He did a wonderful job and I felt the price was reasonable. He texted me to let me know he was on the way to the job site and did everything he said he would. I would definitely recommend and will use his company again. read more

I've had this company out two years in a row for my palms. They have trimmed them as I requested and cleaned up better than other companies I've tried. No complaints. On top of that, the owner is friendly, communication is easy, the climber uses safety gear, and the pricing is very fair. I know my trees are on the taller end, that's why I send photos in advance, and this company hasn't ever asked for a higher rate to trim them when they arrive (as others have). Definitely recommend. read more

They responded quickly! Removed my fallen tree same day with in hours. They also treated the remainder of the stump so it would not grow new sprouts. Great fast service! Thank you! read more

Jesse and his crew of 4 spent the entire day with us yesterday, doing the spring cleanup that was much needed. I can't say enough about the professionalism of this crew! They arrived on time, they got to work right away, and the work that was done was exemplary. This is the third time we have used Next Level Tree Service and I believe they are TOP level. I wI'll never use another arborist to care for my landscaping work. We had dead Queen Palms that didn't survive last summer's heat, plus 2 other dead trees removed. Jesse and Tanya went the extra mile finding beautiful Italian Cypress which they planted where the palms were. They trimmed and cut back pretty much every bush and tree on our property and took away every scrap of debris. They also planted a couple of other shrubs for us. Over the last couple of years I have watched this crew remove a 40 ft. Sissou tree with roots that threatened our pool as well as trimming and scaling our 35 ft Mexican palms. They take all the safety precautions necessary to ensure safe removal. This is an arborist and trained/certified crew that will never disappoint. They are amazing, and reasonably priced. read more

Jesse and his crew did an amazing job cutting down my tree. I contacted several places and they all gave me high quotes and estimated a two day job. Jesse quoted me a very good price that shocked me. He and his crew finished the job within hours. My neighbors till this day compliment how quick his services were. Him and his crew were really friendly and if I ever need tree services, I wouldn't hesitate to give him a call. read more

This is the 2nd time I've used Next Level Tree Service and they are fantastic! I have 2 large trees that grow rapidly and they were in desperate need of cutting back. The crew did an excellent job, listening to what I wanted done and then doing it beyond my expectations - the trees look great! They cleaned up the yards perfectly - I couldn't even tell they had been there. The cost was very reasonable considering the amount of work that was done. This company does the best tree service! They are located in Glendale but serve most areas! These guys really are next level. They gave me an unbelievable quote and help me with a tree that's been haunting me for months I'm attaching the video and some photos they even made some cool furniture as keepsakes and although it's difficult sometimes to put up with the chainsaw buzzing sound incessantly the tree had to be cut down and these guys were incredibly knowledgeable helpful and went out of their way to make the experience Manageable and we didn't even have to shut off the power. The owner of the company is extremely knowledgeable and provided tons of insight and educated me on trees and forestry. They have all their own equipment where many other people I tried to hire didnt. They were very diligent and hard-working and got the job done. Mostly done in a day but they have to come back and finish some cleanup and cutting but did an amazing amount of work and read more

He showed up and did a great job, no issues. Happy with the service and the outcome, especially happy with the price. He took time to explain what his process was in removal and stump grinding. Also talked me though why what I thought I wanted wasn't in the best interest of preserving the remaining trees but not in a condescending I know more than you kind of way. Dude knows his stuff and his team was friendly and professional. Will absolutely call him again when it's time for another trim. read more

Mr. Jesse Heywood came by my house in May/June of 2019 (I know, way late review but I don't get on Yelp often). I had one of those lovely "friendly reminder" HoA letters about some palm tree frawns hanging. They were out of reach on a couple of the tallest trees in my yard. Mr. Heywood was polite, fast, and efficient at trimming said offending frawns. 10/10 would (will) use again. read more
