We had a very large tree that was dripping sap and dropping countless pine cones onto both our…read moreproperty and our neighbor's. I decided that it was time to have it removed, so I received quotes from multiple service providers. Jesse and his team at Next Level Tree provided a competitive price and were easy to talk to and schedule with! The quote also provided that they would grind the tree stump and have the trash removed. They showed up bright and early and started preparing for the tree removal. Jesse talked me through it and asked if we wanted to keep any wood for firewood. It was a great idea, so we had them leave us some. Then they got to work and had the tree down shortly. They are pros and have all the certifications and experience you could ever ask for. These guys can bring a tree down EXACTLY where they want to - check out my video. Apparently they even do competitions where they can bring a tree down on a beer can. After bringing the tree down, they quickly removed all the branches and sent those through the wood chipper. The entire tree was cut into a few dozen pieces and gone within another hour. Then they got to work on grinding the stump. Next time I looked, they had cleaned up everything and move our stones over where the tree had been so you could not even tell there was ever a tree there. If you are considering multiple companies, then do yourself a favor and go with Jesse and the Next Level Tree team! They are AWESOME and worthy of every star! *****FIVE STARS****

I called Jason of Bros Tree Care (BTC) because I had admired his crew's work on a neighbor's yard awhile back. Jason answered my call in person and came out at the end of the day to assess my situation. I gave him a long list of needed services. I asked him to straighten and re-stake the toppled mesquite, prune and trim three other large trees, remove an agave, cut out dead branches from a yucca, and shape some bushes. He provided a comprehensive estimate and a total price his competitors could not match. He and his crew of three brothers came out on a boiling hot Saturday and began working with exceptional efficiency, safety, and expertise. It was amazing to watch their coordinated efforts, especially when all four of them pounded huge stakes into my rocky soil to re-secure my fallen mesquite. I thanked them all for their super-human work and wondered how they had the energy to go on to their next job. I am writing this review six weeks after the services provided by BTC. My re-staked fallen tree has survived three wind storms and a torrential microburst (60+ mph). Thanks to practical and artistic pruning cuts, my other trees have leafed out and look better than ever. I know I will need additional yard work, so I will be calling Jason again and recommending BTC to friends and neighbors. BTC merits more than five stars for their achievements. Thanks for exceptional service, expertise, and reliability! Greg, Scottsdale, AZ

But I also wanted them to look beautiful from the road. I've attached before and photos and I'll let you judge for yourself as to the finished product, but I'm thrilled! I know people in other comments have complained that it sometimes takes a bit for Octavio to return calls and texts, but don't let that dissuade you from having patience and hiring them. In my case, once he received the photos of my trees and we agreed on a price, they came out same day and did a bang up job. Cleanup and everything went perfectly. It was like the tree fairies hit them with a wand because I couldn't tell they'd been there afterward. The price was very competitive. They charged me exactly what a different company charged back in spring of 24 and while I was happy with that company's work at the time, I will say that on comparison my trees look better this time around.

I've since tried repeatedly to do exactly that and have been ignored. I contacted Octavio multiple times about a friend's storm-damaged mesquite. No response. Now my own tree needs additional work, so I contacted him again about the tree he previously serviced. He read the message and, again, no response. He even ignored my neighbor's requests for service. Just no response. I understand being busy or not wanting a job. A simple "Sorry, I'm not available" takes a few seconds. Repeatedly reading messages from previous customers and simply ignoring them is unprofessional. His original work was good, but that doesn't matter much if you can't get him to respond when you need tree service. I won't be contacting Three Tree Services again.
