Called this business to trim 15 palm trees on our property. One of their representatives came to our property to assess the situation so that they could give us a bid. They provided the bid. It was accepted by us. They were scheduled to arrive between 0900 and 1100. Ultimately, they showed up at around 3-4pm, after several texts with Nayeli. Once they were on the property, their truck broke down and they did not do the work. They said it was too windy (which is absolutely true). The next day, I texted them to ask if everything was okay with their truck and wanted to reschedule. No response. They responded the following day (2 days after our appointment) stating that some of the palm trees were too tall for them to trim. Here are my issues: *They did not call or notify me that they were going to be late *They did not note on their initial visit that the palm trees were too tall for them to trim (I could have moved on). *Glaring disconnect between the estimator and the office/working crews. Can't recommend these guys enough, we got multiple quotes to remove some old cacti in our yard and they gave us the best price by far, but despite being the most affordable they provided amazing service.
