Rick (sales) came ou last Wed. one look new it was Texas root rot...said truck could come Friday AM to remove... I had painters coming to spray Friday... They made it happen arriving at 6:00 AM at my request and had the tree down and stump ground before painters arrived. HooRay The tree was still producing yellow flowers on white paint. Called these guys to trim my palm tree. My other trimmer refused because there was a wasp nest in it. I even had it sprayed professionally by Busy Bee Pest Control. Bernardo spent over 45 minutes inspecting all of my trees. He allayed my concerns about my palm trees, explaining that they were super healthy and only looked bad because the previous owner had not pruned them. He provided great advice for caring for and maintaining the trees and will be sending over a guide detailing care for each tree during different months. I've had Core Tree come out about once a year since my initial review to have my trees trimmed way back. They have done a fantastic job every time and this most recent visit is no different. This year's monsoon season was just crazy for me personally. The storms over the summer into September and October have just wreaked havoc on the house. My poor Jacaranda tree had a large part of it damaged and I needed Core Tree to come out sooner than I originally planned. JR was able to visit pretty fast after calling him. During the visit, hubby and I expressed our desire to save the Jacaranda and JR reassured us that it was definitely salvageable. JR suggested that we fertilize the Jacaranda as it has not been doing well over the years which we accepted in the hopes of it coming back better than ever. I also asked for our big Mulberry tree to be trimmed back as usual to round out the work order. I am so pleased with the end results.
