Wow, these guys really know what they're doing. I was nervous because I had two 30+yo overgrown ficus that needed thinning and cutting back. But I also wanted them to look beautiful from the road. I've attached before and photos and I'll let you judge for yourself as to the finished product, but I'm thrilled! I know people in other comments have complained that it sometimes takes a bit for Octavio to return calls and texts, but don't let that dissuade you from having patience and hiring them. In my case, once he received the photos of my trees and we agreed on a price, they came out same day and did a bang up job. Cleanup and everything went perfectly. It was like the tree fairies hit them with a wand because I couldn't tell they'd been there afterward. The price was very competitive. They charged me exactly what a different company charged back in spring of 24 and while I was happy with that company's work at the time, I will say that on comparison my trees look better this time around. read more

UPDATE: I'm unfortunately changing my original review. I was genuinely happy with Octavio's work, which is why I left such a positive review and said I'd hire Three Tree Services again. I've since tried repeatedly to do exactly that and have been ignored. I contacted Octavio multiple times about a friend's storm-damaged mesquite. No response. Now my own tree needs additional work, so I contacted him again about the tree he previously serviced. He read the message and, again, no response. He even ignored my neighbor's requests for service. Just no response. I understand being busy or not wanting a job. A simple "Sorry, I'm not available" takes a few seconds. Repeatedly reading messages from previous customers and simply ignoring them is unprofessional. His original work was good, but that doesn't matter much if you can't get him to respond when you need tree service. I won't be contacting Three Tree Services again. read more

Great job! Followed our instructions to remove our tree and reasonably priced. Left 5' of the stump so my wife can carve a totem pole. read more

We needed to research tree trimming because our HOA dinged us for overhanging branches on our neighbor's property. Same day we got the note, we came to Yelp to research trimming services. We read the reviews, and picked Three Trees. Octavio was from the first moment friendly, open, and reasonable. We asked for a quote on Friday night and he showed up Saturday morning, armed with an extremely fair quote, and less than an hour and a half later was finished - and the trees look fantastic! Trimmed beautifully as we requested, and all of the waste cleaned up as if it was never there. He was friendly, got the job done and did it right, and made me feel as if his service was a good investment - which is all you can ask for from a service contractor. Plus, our trimmed trees don't look like scraggly, naked trees - they are still full and aesthetic. We are definitely going to use Three Trees again, and if you want quick, skilled service at a great value, you will too! read more

Amazing is an understatement ! During the monsoon - our tree got blown over . They were easy to get a hold of - and thank goodness they had an opening same day. They came and took our tree out quickly and helped with all the cleanup as well! I was worried since our tree blew over and was leaning on our neighbors fence - and the branches were also sitting on his roof . They went slow and did it right! NO DAMAGE ANYWHERE ! They are PROS. I am so thankful- three trees is the BEST I wish I could rate higher than 5 . They deserve A SUPERSTAR read more

I called Octavio, and he immediately called me back. I wanted to get a 18 ft Yucca tree out of my front yard. I was afraid the roots would eventually give me problems with my foundation. The first quote I received from a Yelper was $1600. Two other quotes and I was still far apart in my mind on what I would be willing to pay. Three Trees impressed me with their Before/After Pics, all 5 star reviews, and impressive cleanups. Octavio's quote was fair, and his work was stellar. Took the stump down to the ground level, cleaned up, and worked on another one of my trees. We couldn't be happier !! You can't go wrong if you choose Three Trees !! read more

I love the fact that Octavio warned me about trimming a tree as it was too late in the season! My trees are huge and are valuable assets to my property. His caring about damaging my trees made me very comfortable having Three Trees give my trees a light pre-monsoon trim. I'll be calling him again in February for some more pruning read more

They did outstanding work to trim the palm trees. I definitely use them again and recommend them to anybody.

Three Trees Service is the BEST tree service we've used at our current home. They responded within 5-10 minutes of my initial inquiry. After confirming they severed our location, we sent over pictures of our property for an estimate. They responded with a competitive/reasonable quote within minutes. They were able to provide us their service the next morning. They communicated before arrival and during service. Very professional, quick, clean and all around EASY to work with. I contacted Three Trees Service via text message after reading favorable Yelp reviews. I needed a 30 year old date palm in the corner of my backyard, next to my pool, trimmed, skinned, and all the fruit removed. I included a picture of the tree to be trimmed. Three Trees returned my text the same day and provided reasonable quotes. One quote for the trim and one for the skinning. They were able to come the next day and texted me when they were en route to my house. They did an excellent job shaping the tree. Three Trees removed all the litter, used a leaf blower to clean up the dusty remains of the tree trunk, and also cleaned the pool with my pool net gathering the majority of the debris from the water (of course, I still had to do some pool cleaning myself as you can't get everything with just the net). Three Trees then used their mulching machine to grind the debris for transportation to a disposal site. I plan to use them again in the future. read more

Outstanding Service! Octavio called me back within minutes and came over the next day to give me a quote which was very reasonable. The next two days Octavio and his crew removed a very large mesquite tree, a sour orange tree, two very large palm trees, dead shrubs, and some un wanted cactus plants. He left the yard very clean and neat. Octavio is very professional and is also concerned about the customer's needs. After calling Octavio to come out and quote 3 trees in Anthem area the man arrived and promptly stated he would not help us because my wife's wishes were to have the trees "shaped" was not in his skill set. He refused to tell me what was SO offending with that term and was "shifty" in his response. After stating that I had worked with small business owners for decades in a professional capacity with the city and he did not appear to have any skills working with the public at all. He quoted us over $1100.00 for 2 small trees and a quick trim back of a neighbor's tree on our property line (3x times what others have charged). What a creepy individual to have met. Never again. read more
