In the end, I'm happy with the outcome. Once communication was made, Techers made things right. Thanks for putting the customer first.

I received an ad in the mail from Techer's Tree Service. I called to get a quote for 2 palm trees. I was asked for location, and to text photo's of the trees. I text the photos as requested, and received a message that they will "get back to me shortly" I never heard a word after that. The two trees had been trimmed 8 months ago, not neglected at all, not overgrown. They lost what would have been a new, long term customer, but someone else now has a new, long term customer. Very unprofessional. read more

Front lawn clean up ( very tiny yard) 3 men worked 30 minutes. Did a so- so job and charged us over $500 Did trim our yellow bell tree but it should NOT be at that cost. . Absolutely robbery and ridiculous! Teresa and Michael Corvin 4805213799 read more

The office was very accommodating to my schedule and since my job was fairly simple, they fit me in the next day! The crew (Omar's) were right on time, very polite and professional. Surprisingly, they knocked on my door about 50mins later and had the entire job done-including cleaning all of the patio! I would recommend them to others, especially for jobs more complicated than mine! read more

This is a business you'll want to work with. Straight forward and ir was easy to set up my appointment. I got 5 quotes. They were 2nd highest. Sooo glad I went with them. They arrived on time and removed a big date palm and a regular palm that was about 20 ft tall. One palm had an electric wire running through the base of it. ( oh the joys of owning a house built in 1984). They showed it too me and made sure there wasn't power to it. It all happened fast. They ground down the stumps and hauled it away. Anyway. I'm super happy. read more

I needed to have very large eucalyptus tree and a large queen palm removed and the stumps ground down in my backyard. Because of the size and proximity of the eucalyptus tree to my home, other tree service quotes were too expensive to even consider. I couldn't say YES fast enough when I received Techer's quote for the job. Techer's crew was professional and fearless when it came to removing the trees and did such an outstanding job when it came to the safety of themselves and my home. It was impressive to watch. The two brothers/owners, Cyrille and Norcy, are two of the nicest men you could ask for. They noticed a dead peach tree in my backyard and asked if I wanted it removed. I replied, "yes please." They didn't ask for additional money, they simply removed the small tree and went on with their work. I can't imagine any other tree removal company doing that. They cleaned up after themeselves and left my backyard looking like they had never been there....besides the gladly missing trees. I have approximately 30 trees on my property and Techer's will forever be my go-to tree guys. I highly recommend them and two of my neighbors are already asking for quotes. read more

We needed to remove an approximately 20' high tree in front of our house which the developer 5 years ago should never have planted when the house was built in the first place. It is located between my garage wall and the common/public sidewalk - facing garage from street, it's on left (huge, over roof). Decided I would go for four estimates: for tree and debris removal; and stump grinding. Based on best reviews as well as their company's certification, licensing, experience and accreditation, we decided on Techer's. Wow! These guys were great on responding to my request for proposal, courteousness in Elie's info phone conversations, set up for scheduling, promptness in arriving to the scheduled project, as well as the crew being: quick, knowledgeable, effective, professional and neat in their operation - not to mention quick. They did the job professionally and courteously! Highly recommended! read more

Unprofessional! I would not recommend this company to anyone. I've been trying to have them remove this small tree stump since March. It is now mid May, and I still have the stump in my backyard. I've been messaging these guys every other week and they have yet to move forward with this small task. After my last attempt for these guys to come out, his/her response to me was "I wasn't sure if you were serious about the removal". Why wouldn't I be serious?! I allowed you all to enter my home, do measurements, reached out to you multiple times regarding time/dates. And you were not sure if I was serious?! Due to the unprofessionalism, my backyard remodeling has been delayed. read more

A tree in our yard fell during a recent storm and landed on our neighbor's house. Techer's crew were amazing - on time, friendly, and kept us informed of what was going on. Thanks for a job well done. read more

Trees needed a lot of TLC and professional service beyond what the local yard crew could do correctly. Requested a bid from 5 companies through yelp, 4 of which showed up when they said they would. 2 just threw out a number but not a written plan, so they were quickly dismissed. Techer's was responsive to all my email questions and when the job got scheduled they showed up with a fleet of trucks, work crews, and equipment that made fairly quick work of a bigger project. Not inexpensive but a slightly better price than the other certified arborists that demonstrated the same level of professionalism. read more

Techers Tree service of Mesa Arizona lied and mislead my 83 year old mother. They didn't complety the job they promised to do.Techers Tree Service took advantage of a vulnerable senior citizen with limited financial means. When she questioned them on the incomplete job they threaten to put a lien on her home of 60 years. They used fear and intimidation to get paid. My mom was not happy with the incomplete job. She called me and she was very upset. My mom is a frail 83 years old Women. She was afraid to say anything. read more

Shopped around for a reliable company and that's what I got! Communication was great, and as promised they came out to provide an estimate promptly. The day of service, the crew showed up on time, were very friendly and efficient. They confirmed the work needing done prior to cutting any branches. They also cleaned up every single twig that came off the tree. No half-way clean up like I've seen from other companies. When they completed the work they asked me to come out to inspect it. They also provided me some information on how to help my tree be in less stress with the heat. 100% will be using these guys again. read more

Removed a large Palm with no drama. Fast and efficient

Techer's Tree Service responded quickly when I asked for an estimate to remove a very large eucalyptus tree that had died and was a danger to my and my neighbor's houses. The estimate was 1/2 of what another major tree service, but Techer's was booked up for 3 weeks (which says something about their business). They said they would come sooner if they could. Two days later. they called and said they would be out the next day. They arrived promptly, and I was amazed at the equipment they brought. They could handle anything with that. They completed the work in 4 hours that I thought would take all day if not more. Later, when I noticed some very large roots around the area, I called and asked about them. The boss came out the next day and said he would return shortly and take the roots out for free. He even took out a fairly large stump of a cactus in my front yard for free. I would not hesitate to call this company for any tree service, knowing their reasonable rates, swift work and caring service. Del Oswood read more

Ellie and the team at Techer's are top notch. The communication was immediate and clear every step of the way. This company does the customer right. They did a great job on grinding the stump of my tree down and they were honest and up front about everything. I would HIGHLY recommend working with them. We have a couple more trees on our property that we will be coming back to Techer's for! read more

We have now used Techers Tree Service twice to trim our large mesquite and palo verde trees. They have done a great job. They came out quickly to provide estimates and arranged for the service date quickly. They showed up at the agreed time and we're thoroughly professional. Unlike other tree services, Techers takes the time to consider the growth pattern of the tree and trims accordingly. I highly recommend Techers. read more

Techer's was a pleasure to use from the the time I asked for a quote till the end where Norcy texted me pictures of the completed project. We had a huge pine tree growing between our house and the neighbors not 5' away from our AC units. I messed up the date when they were coming and didn't move things away from around the tree. I called him to tell him I would come home from work and move everything . He told me " we have it all under control, it's all moved and I could already hear the sound of chain saws in the background. i came home to the tree gone and a perfectly cleaned up yard. Their price was great as well. I would definitely recommend Techer's tree service to everyone . They are awesome and Norcy is the best. read more

Techer's Tree Service is awesome! I highly recommend Norcy and his team. They were very professional, personable and very, very reasonably priced; the best of the five quotes I received. They took out six big trees on my property that were close to my house and wall and my neighbors wall and did a fantastic job. They did a great job cleaning up and "left no trace". ;-) I plan to take have other trees removed and will call them again without even calling anyone else next time. read more

Originally, I got 3 very competitive quotes. Then, on a recommendation my neighbor, he said call Techer. I'm glad I did. They came in at half the cost of the lowest three bids. They were very efficient and professional. My property looked great after they finished. They are absolutely fantastic and I would hire them again and recommend them to anyone. read more

Prompt service, good price and did a great job. I would recommend these guys for any tree trims or removals.

I love this service..... Everything you want & even things really not expected done. I've had them come in &'clean up' before & after you never knew they were there except everything was cleaner... I had three over-grown citrus trees in the back by my pool...... Not only did I never pick the fruit but I think I was supplying breakfast, lunch & dinner for the roof rats. I called Techers & they were everything & more..... If it weren't for the bare spot I you wouldn't even know anyone had come. The cut my palms back & again, there isn't even evidence there were citrus back there... Roof rats going to be very disappointed! read more

Very pleased with crew that showed up early to remove two palms that had grown too close to a block fence and pony wall. Had obtained several estimates and they were the most competitive. Did a good job with clean up and went above and beyond by immediately replacing a pool filter cover that broke when one of the crew stepped on it. (Note it was old and brittle). Would recommend this company. Also, foreman that I dealt with directly was wearing a mask. read more

These folks did an amazing job! They showed up early to discuss what needed to be done and went right to work. The men communicated with each other well and finished up quickly. I noticed they were friendly and helpful; going above and beyond what was required, cleaning up nicely, and checking in when they were done to make sure we were satisfied. On top of all that, when I told a friend how much they charged, she assured me their prices are quite reasonable. I recommend them highly and will definitely be using them in the future. read more

We had Techer's Tree Service out yesterday to trim all the trees on our property. They were on time, thorough, professional and treated our home and property like their own. The trees look great. They look trimmed but still full and able to give shade. They did such a good job our neighbor had them come by and trim a few of his trees when he saw them trimming ours. They also did the most complete clean up job I've seen. I swear there wasn't a leave left on the ground when they finished. And to top it off their price was very fair !! read more
