This is a business you'll want to work with. Straight forward and ir was easy to set up my appointment. I got 5 quotes. They were 2nd highest. Sooo glad I went with them. They arrived on time and removed a big date palm and a regular palm that was about 20 ft tall. One palm had an electric wire running through the base of it. I needed to have very large eucalyptus tree and a large queen palm removed and the stumps ground down in my backyard. Because of the size and proximity of the eucalyptus tree to my home, other tree service quotes were too expensive to even consider. I couldn't say YES fast enough when I received Techer's quote for the job. Techer's crew was professional and fearless when it came to removing the trees and did such an outstanding job when it came to the safety of themselves and my home. It was impressive to watch. Unprofessional! I would not recommend this company to anyone. I've been trying to have them remove this small tree stump since March. It is now mid May, and I still have the stump in my backyard. I've been messaging these guys every other week and they have yet to move forward with this small task. After my last attempt for these guys to come out, his/her response to me was "I wasn't sure if you were serious about the removal". Why wouldn't I be serious?! I allowed you all to enter my home, do measurements, reached out to you multiple times regarding time/dates. And you were not sure if I was serious?! Trees needed a lot of TLC and professional service beyond what the local yard crew could do correctly. Requested a bid from 5 companies through yelp, 4 of which showed up when they said they would. 2 just threw out a number but not a written plan, so they were quickly dismissed. Techer's was responsive to all my email questions and when the job got scheduled they showed up with a fleet of trucks, work crews, and equipment that made fairly quick work of a bigger project. They didn't complety the job they promised to do.Techers Tree Service took advantage of a vulnerable senior citizen with limited financial means. When she questioned them on the incomplete job they threaten to put a lien on her home of 60 years. They used fear and intimidation to get paid. My mom was not happy with the incomplete job. The day of service, the crew showed up on time, were very friendly and efficient. They confirmed the work needing done prior to cutting any branches. They also cleaned up every single twig that came off the tree. No half-way clean up like I've seen from other companies. When they completed the work they asked me to come out to inspect it. Techer's Tree Service responded quickly when I asked for an estimate to remove a very large eucalyptus tree that had died and was a danger to my and my neighbor's houses. The estimate was 1/2 of what another major tree service, but Techer's was booked up for 3 weeks (which says something about their business). They said they would come sooner if they could. Two days later. they called and said they would be out the next day. They arrived promptly, and I was amazed at the equipment they brought. They could handle anything with that. They completed the work in 4 hours that I thought would take all day if not more. Later, when I noticed some very large roots around the area, I called and asked about them. The boss came out the next day and said he would return shortly and take the roots out for free. He even took out a fairly large stump of a cactus in my front yard for free. We had a huge pine tree growing between our house and the neighbors not 5' away from our AC units. I messed up the date when they were coming and didn't move things away from around the tree. I love this service..... Everything you want & even things really not expected done. I've had them come in &'clean up' before & after you never knew they were there except everything was cleaner... I had three over-grown citrus trees in the back by my pool...... Not only did I never pick the fruit but I think I was supplying breakfast, lunch & dinner for the roof rats. Did a good job with clean up and went above and beyond by immediately replacing a pool filter cover that broke when one of the crew stepped on it. (Note it was old and brittle). We had Techer's Tree Service out yesterday to trim all the trees on our property. They were on time, thorough, professional and treated our home and property like their own. The trees look great. They look trimmed but still full and able to give shade. They did such a good job our neighbor had them come by and trim a few of his trees when he saw them trimming ours.
