In deciding to go with them, Gordon and his crew were outstanding and amazing in their removal of the trees without any fence or deck damage. And, all in one day! Their clean up of all the debris was impeccable, including replacing heavy yard items I had not been able to move out of their way initially. My neighbors even complimented their courtesy, professionalism, and care as they had to clean up a bit of lighter debris that had fallen into their yard. This is my first review that I've ever made without actually receiving any sort of interaction. Why? Because while all the reviews and information point to the positives of this company they have been unreachable for 2 weeks. Having sent a request on their site, leaving a voicemail, filling out the yelp contact form, and numerous calls (mostly out of curiosity at this point) there is zero response. So I guess this review is just out here to let people know that they are likely wasting their time trying to reach this company. I don't have any idea why, and if there is a legitimate reason for not being reachable or bothering to respond for 2 weeks this review might get changed but, as of now it makes sense to let people know that they might just be wasting their time. Another thing to add, the whole yelp request a quote is non-sense. 100% reply rate within 4 hours that it's currently showing is either fake or I am 1/200 people that they haven't responded to. Great service and really nice crew! I had an oak tree that was dying from the top down from some kind of root ailment. I felt it best to take it down before it got really bad (and likely, more dangerous for anyone trying to remove it). Daniel did a great job. The crew was fabulous and left my yard and driveway spotless! When I received my bill, I also received an estimate and the name of a company that does stump grinding. The cost was very reasonable so I will be contacting them. One of my neighbors asked if they could trim some large branches from a fir tree. The price they quoted was reasonable so now they are one street doing some work for him. Can't beat that kind of service! First they make sure they have the best estimate, next they start working and in less than 2 hours, the job is completed. By job, I mean climbing two 75 foot Oak Trees and trimming a total of 25 large broken branches and doing it all for $500. Watching Gorden Grimes climb the trees, arrange the ropes, and make the cuts was more entertaining than anything I've done this month. Very happy with our experience! Tennelle was responsive and pleasant to deal with. Daniel came out for a consultation and it was so nice working with an arborist with so much knowledge. He and his crew did a fantastic job removing a huge overgrown shrub-turned-tree and pruning two maples. They left the yard very clean after the job was finished. These guys were great! I asked roughly 10 well reviewed companies for quotes, and these guys won by far. Not only that, but they were the only company to follow up on their quote. I said I was happy with it, but waiting on a couple more I had scheduled. I called them back a couple days later and signed the paperwork. About a day later, they happened to have a cancellation for the following day and called me to see if they could come in the morning. Unfortunately we were playing a bit of phone tag, but even after hours they were responsive and we were able to get them out right away. They helped us remove our shed before starting, and did a great job on clean up. Stump grinding is separate, but still a fair price. 100% recommend. read more

The tl;dr: - Extremely good at what they do - Very competitive bids - Super friendly, small, woman-owned company - Very compassionate in scheduling jobs quickly when safety is an issue Really can't say enough about our experience with All About Trees! We had a huge, very dangerous branch of our tree of heaven overhanging our house, which posed a significant risk to our roof (not to mention our children, who frequently played in that part of the yard). We bid the job out to many companies we found here on Yelp, most of whom ghosted us. AAT not only offered a very competitive bid, but were the only company who took our situation seriously, and moved jobs around to schedule ours within a week because of the safety issue (most of the companies were scheduling jobs out 4+ months!). When they arrived to do the work, everything was handled efficiently, safely, and quickly! The did all the work (2 huge tree trunks, a birch tree, and serious roof overhang from a very large maple tree) AND had the place cleaned up in about 3 hrs. They chipped and hauled away all the branches, and left us with about half a cord of usable firewood rounds for next year. We'll be needing to take out an entire tree next year, and I'll be calling All About Trees, for sure! read more
